My husband and I needed a very specific sized box to post microphone stands so did a quick google search. Storage King at Windsor Gardens had exactly what we needed, their "Map Box" suited perfectly. We phoned ahead and was informed that they had two in stock. This was my only outing for the day due to Covid19 - I have two small children at home so my husband stayed with them while I had a break. All I was expecting was to stop, buy a box and never think twice about it. But here I am writing a review because the Store Manager Ki greeted me with such a warm welcome and was extremely helpful with my purchase. It was so lovely to have been able to briefly chat to someone so friendly - I drove away feeling so refreshed, all just from a friendly chat while running an errand to buy a box! I will absolutely be returning for all my future storage needs, Thanks so much Ki :)

I had my belongings in this storage for roughly 3 years. When I came back everything was covered with a strange dust. There is nothing separating my storage locker and the insulation on the roof I wasn't sure if this was normal and contacted the manager to confirm it wasnt asbestos or harmful material which he said it wasn't. I debated myself whether I should throw everything away. I took my most valuable belongings and they're still in the garage and I haven't let them in my main home. I also informed them I was closing out my locker for over a month in advance and I still kept getting overdue texts and emails. I found the place disgusting and stressful.

Storage King has a very professional, caring staff to start off with. If there is a great offer, you will see the difference when you pay. I love the deals btw! I am going to give myself three years that I have rented storage from this outstanding business, and for a good reason, I kept going back. In fact, last weekend, I rented another wardrobe. I had my belongings there that I cherished and not one item was damaged. My things were in place the way I left them. Not much dust, no stench or moving buggies on my items. Thanks to the manager and her professional team, I happy and worry free customer.

My wife and I have just moved from the UK to Adelaide and have shipped all our belongings, as we're not yet established in our own home we have put everything into storage. A relative did some research on our behalf before our arrival and found that Storage King was offering the most competitive rates for the size of unit we required and is very convenient to where we currently live. The team at Storage King have always been extremely efficient and helpful with any queries or concerns we have had. We feel confident that our belongings are safe with them and we would certainly recommend them.

I first came to these guys in an absolute panic. I had to move house at the last minute, and didn't know what kind of space I would need. The gentleman at the desk happily showed me different sized units, explained the access process, offered me an extra little space at no extra charge temporarily if I needed it, gave me a heap of boxes and tapes to help with packing, gave me a months free rent and sent me on my way. Their customer service is second to none. Im not looking forward to the day i dont need the storage space anymore, because it means i won't get to chat to the awesome staff!

I did a lot of research into storage units before settling on Storage King Windsor Gardens, so I knew I was getting a good price. What I didn't expect was the level of service: all of the staff at Windsor Gardens Storage King have been exceptional - from the staff member I bought boxes from, to the guys that moved my stuff efficiently, carefully, professionally and with humor, to the staff that have looked after my ingoing account. I feel they have gone above and beyond at all turns. I have also found the units to be clean and easily accessible. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing customer service. I called up a few minutes before close and they stayed open for me. Had everything I needed at great prices. It's not often you find service like this so when I do I feel it is appropriate to share. Store your things, get professional packers to your house, bubble wrap, mattress/furniture covers, boxes and the best prices i have found. Thanks so much for staying open for me. I would have been in trouble after having these last minute moving hassles pop up. And my furniture would have gotten dusty and wet. Again thank you for the excellent service.

I have been a customer since 2014 and have had a thoroughly excellent experience. Storage King - Windsor Gardens have friendly and capable staff and their facilities are clean, well lit and secure. As a solo, female storer I've never had any access issues and have not had to worry about trolleys etc. to help with moving my belongings in and out of storage - it's all there for you (including cold drinks on a hot moving day)! Pricing is super reasonable and their administration is extremely efficient. Absolutely recommend their services.

My first experience @ The Storage King Windsor gardens, was excellent. I went to buy some flat pack cardboard boxes for friends shifting house. Great variety of Sizes, also everything you need. Different types of tape, assorted packs of butchers paper, and bubble wrap, marking pens, and more. Service was great, and extra friendly. And the prices were most reasonable. They also have a variety of storage facilities but I wasn't there for that. BUT what I did get was excellent product and excellent service.

First time storage. Booked in for the 2 for 1 month fee promotion deal. Great facility and the store manager is really friendly and resourceful. Easy to access and storage unit is well maintained and clean. Price is affordable and will get discount if store for longer term. Will recommend to friends if they need storage.

Helpful and professional service. Paul was great at answering my 100 questions as I didn't know alot about storage, and put me at ease. Loved the trolleys onsite to help move items to the units. Lift was great to move items upstairs too. Very clean, safe premises. Paul even made fun! Would highly recommend to others.

The lady who helped sign me up was courteous and incredibly helpful. She explained the different options available to me and showed me so them individually so I could physically see the difference in size. It's clean, easy to access, and incredibly secure. Storage King is also quite well priced in the market place

Upon cancelling our contract, we were told we would get a refund for the remainder of the month. Apparently this is not the case and 2 emails weren't responded to. Hence I have changed our score due to a poor customer service experience and lack of knowledge.

Storage King is local. The facility is neat and tidy. You can use their truck for free to move in.The staff are helpful and friendly. You can also downsize to a smaller space if needs be. There is a shop for all your moving needs, boxes, tape, markers etc.

We had a lovely experience using Storage King in Windsor Gardens. Ki the store manager was very helpful to find the right storage unit for our needs. Communication was great and facilities were clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again.

Make sure you give 2 weeks notice when needing to leave because you'll be billed for it. and don't ever let your roller door get jammed because it's a near $400 call out fee.
