I been going to Caryn's Practice for the past 6 years. It started with a patella injury from a car accident I had and I would not be able to walk today if it wasnt for her treatment and her encouragement. Emotionally and physically.She pushed me to become a better me again and reach the top. I still see her often now for any thing that bugs me; shoulder. Feet. Ankle. Anything. The practice is truly amazing and I won't be going anywhere else she is truly fantastic.

Firstly the ladies at reception was so friendly when i arrived for my session. I was so anxious as it was my first time but Caryn made me feel so at ease. Im so greatful for her assistance as i have had these shoulder/ back pains for over 9 months... And im doing so much better... I even received homework which will help with my back muscle and to cope from day to day....

I have been to many physiotherapist over the years, but after seeing Jayne I will never go to anyone else. She worked with me to not only treat the symptoms, but to fix the underlying cause of my pain and start building up the right supporting muscles. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a physio.

Caryn is highly professional, well trained in her field of expertise, warm, friendly and very understanding of her patient's needs and circumstances. I would not go to any other physiotherapist even if I have to fly down from Cairo to the Cape if need be!

A fantastic practice. All three physiotherapists extremely competent & concerned about my well- being. Even the cleaning lady takes an interest in the patients.The receptionists r like family. 2 lovely friendly ladies.
