Being a patient for a few years but not having any check-up's during lockdown, rung to see if I could get an appointment as I'd started to get a tooth ache expecting it to be at least a couple of weeks, after talking to a extremely helpfully receptionist, got an appointment for 45 mins later despite emergency appointments being arranged at 8.30. Arrived at the practice and saw the dentist on time who was very helpful and did a through examination & explained what she thought the issue was & the best way to treat it. She then showed me back to reception and helped to arrange a follow up check-up for a couple of weeks later when i return from holiday. Can't praise highly enough, everyone i dealt with was very professional, friendly & went out of their way to help. Absolutely excellent service, thank you.

Spoke to a Lady called sarah really rude, and unhelpful on the phone speaking loudly more a less shouting horrible customer service I would be ashamed to have a member of staff who conducted themselves in such a way basically accusing me of lying. I had explained my tooth problem and there was confusion on if my appointment was a follow up or emergency I had explained my tooth had come away and was very sharp and was also in a lot of tooth pain as well otherwise why would I be so persistent I had called 4 times in 1 day and spoke to two different people, clearly I needed a appointment. Just hope this particular lady has further training on customer service. Terrible. 1 member of staff represents the whole team something to keep in mind Sara.

Fantastic treatment and advice from Flavian. Sorry to see him go. He's done a lot of treatment and was kind, helpful and patient. Very happy although things didn't go as we'd hoped, he gave me the best possible outcome.I saw John today 16th Oct for a broken tooth which he will repair in Dec then a crown which will save the tooth, at the same time he checked around my mouth and found a white patch which I hadn't noticed, he has arranged a referral to check what it is and have received a text message about this very quickly, so thank you to John. I had a broken tooth which John repaired for me today 4th December 2023. Fantastic treatment, well looked after and advice given.

As with most NHS serving dentists in the area this one has decided to impose a limit on the number of NHS patients they will see and charge more than the local Bupa dentist for consultation. This level of greed and indifference towards the suffering and hardships of the community from whom they make their living is sickening. If you can help the sick you should. To force people on benefits to pay alot of money for basic health care is down right evil.

Really happy, been going for over 4 years and never had a bad experience. Dr. David Blaen always takes his time and is very gentle so that I have never had an unpleasant visit there. Called them once when I had a tooth ache and got seen the same day. Really great customer service and quality of treatment. Can only highly recommend!

The denist was very pacient with me as I am not the best of patients due to my reflux issue. Although I would have liked a polish and clean the dentist decided not to go down this route. I can normally manage this together with a check up . I would recommend this practice as I have been going for many years.

An emergency appointment was needed so didn't see my regular dentist, the young lady I saw was so helpful and reassuring and sorted out treatment needed and appointments, all staff very friendly,polite and helpful, 5 star all the way for something nobody really enjoys, thank you.

I just switched from a horrible dentist to Street Lane Dental and I can't tell you how happy I was at service. Everyone's so nice, listens to you and makes you feel very looked after. Has to be one of the best dentists in Leeds!

Emergency appointment to replace crown that had fallen out. The work done did not even last 24 hours before falling out again. Angry and frustrated with low quality of de tistty offered to National Health patient.

Always had excellent treatment. I ususally have Jamie who is superb but when I've had to be seen by other dentists the treatment has always been first rate. Hygienists very good and reception staff always helpful

Always a great service, had three dentists since I've been there and my most recent is John. He is very reassuring and patient as I get very anxious at the dentist. Lovely friendly staff all round.

Waiting time to get booked in was a bit long, had to wait for the person in front to book 4 appointments. Once in, John did a great job of extracting a tooth, all on time, nice relaxing atmosphere.

give this dentest a miss tried to charge me band 2 for urgent treatment no discussions as i refused to pay thay would not treat me any more,could go on but i would be hear all day
