As a child, birthdays spent cycling between Laser Tag, Bowling and arcade games became some of my best memories. As a teen, although sometimes "too cool" to visit a family friendly place like this. We used our bus money to instead, beat the highest score on the arcade punching bag, after an unsatisfactory game of pool... Settled our mates rivalries in the safest way possible. As an adult, a game of bowling, Laser Tag, Pool and any of the arcade games we desire (mostly the punching bag or racing of course) has found it's way back into my life, without financial or egotistical restrictions that I once had. With added access to a bar, I doubt I'll ever age too much for a casual visit here. Within walking distance of Bayside Shopping Centre, Hoyt's Movie Theatre and all of the Cafe's and restaurants. A casual visit is always on the cards. My only complaints would be the $3 fee for a game of pool. As well as the positioning of the pool tables. Great place to go!

Very disappointed in our treatment and experience at Strike. We had a family group booking (including seniors)of 13 people to celebrate two birthdays. We were given two lanes, 6 on one one and 7 on the other. Our booking time was 6pm and we were cut off and asked to leave at 6.45pm. Given the number of people playing per lane I felt that this was an unreasonable time frame to complete our game, an extension of 15 mins or so we would have completed our games. We were also given no warning or told that our time was nearly up!! An hour time frame would have been suffice to finish. Very poor treatment esp with the amount of money charged for the game and spent at the bar on drinks that we didn’t have time to finish either. Very expensive for a 45min game we were not allowed to complete. I will not recommend this venue to any friends or family members.

I booked online what I thought was Strike Bowling in Frankston however upon arrival realized i'd booked Zone instead... the girls behind the counter said it was a frequent error.. I said thanks and apologized and we left.. we made it to the front door and a young girl came running up behind us and said "excuse me" then proceeded to give us free bowling for next time....I was amazed, shocked and very grateful for this great piece of customer service and who ever this girl was is a credit to your business as we will be back and I will be double checking in future I book the correct venue all because of this great customer service that I thought didn't exist anymore... I am regretful I didn't take the time to ask her name but once again she is a credit to your business. Great work Strike Frankston A1...

Hi Guys, Where do I start? From the minute I walked into book my sons party, to the day when It arrived the staff at Bayside have been nothing but kind, understanding, patient, polite and extremely professional. I was blown away that one of the staff members from 3 weeks ago, remembered my first and last name! Our host we had on the day, Lola was kind, fun and caring and did an amazing job attending to all the boys at the party. My husband and I were very happy with the way it was run, the food and the entertainment. We Highly reccomend Bayside for the amazing atmosphere in Strike, the sensational staff and entertainment. Thankyou once again for making the day special for my child and for creating an awesome party x

Its horrible now. You'll order food and drink from the QR code and get nothing after an hour, people spiting on randoms and grinding on randoms, drunk people starting fights and punching on with random people for no reason, drunk people in the middle of the lanes passing out. Security doesn't do anything about this, and staff just turn a blind eye. Lanes rarely work and you'll wait 2 minutes per bowl if your on lane 6 or 7 as the lane is broke and staff wont be bothered moving you or fixing it. Pro tip: go to general public, much better security, better bowling, better food and much better games. 5 stars to General Public

We had our son’s 7th birthday party with Arcade games at Strike Forrest Chase. Everything starting from booking, organisation, party room, venue and staff was amazing and stress free. Huge thank you to De’Karla-Maree, who was so kind, professional and friendly from the beginning till the end. Kids had so much fun, they didn’t want to leave, so lovely De’Karla-Maree extended the games for another 30 minutes. There was no rush in the party room, kids had plenty of good pizza and chips. Bad registration options. Tried to book 2 lanes for 10 people online. Doesn't show any information during the registration process that it will automatically book 2 lanes for this amount of people. Tried to call them, no one answered the phone. Drove there to book live on the counter, to get told that for the wanted time no bookings are available. Fix up your online booking process/information if you're unable to provide such information in another way. Booked now at Zone Bowling as they were able to answer the call. I also will avoid Strike Bowling in the future. :)

Incredibly fun kids party! We had my sons party here, three games of laser tag, arcade time, pizzas and a party room upstairs. The kids were having so much, I had parents text me how their kids said it was the best party they had been too. The Party Host (we had Josie) was unbelievably sensational! She was entertaining, managed 16 boys well, and would ensure rest breaks and water and every child happy! She was also very attentive and communicated well with us parents. We adored her! Couldn’t recommend having a kids party here enough! Pizzas and chips were yum too!

We held our Christmas staff party with families including young children, this year at Strike, bayside. The staff at strike were quite simply, amazing. It was good too see and be the recipient of ongoing, good old fashioned customer service. Adults and children all had a great time playing Laser tag, bowling and Pool. The food was surprisingly good and Sara and team were always there ensuring a refreshment was alway on hand. One minor detail, the music was loud, which we found slightly distracting, but not enough to detract from the day.

Have had the best experience at Bayside Strike Mitchell provided exceptional service I couldn't flaw. I took my son for his birthday for bowling and laser tag. Harry also was very friendly and helpful. We left feeling so happy and with positive vibes. This is the second occassion Mitch has provided such amazing customer service when we've been. I highly recommend Bayside Strike. Thankyou for a great time especially after the past couple of years not being able to celebrate occasions. We'll definitely be going again for social fun.

Took the family there last night and sure if we’ll go back. Order some sharing plates, wow $19 for 5 chicken wings and let’s not get started on the marinade they cake on after they’ve been cooked. The beef slides where overcooked, rubbery bits of meat and the corn just take it off the menu! Ordering drinks, would be nice if I was charged the same from all your staff instead of 2 different prices for the same drinks…

We were there yesterday for a family birthday. There had been a mixup regarding bookings and found there was no space for us. Thank goodness for Sam. He did an amazing job of fitting us in after some re organisation. He apologised and did all he could to make us feel welcome as did the other staff members. Thank you so much Sam. Visited on Tuesday lunchtime, prices were reasonable for myself and 3 kids. Lady behind the counter was awesome. We'd turned up a bit early and while we waited for a lane she gave the kids arcade passes so they could keep themselves amused. Was a really nice gesture. Place was clean, bowling was fun (though I got beaten by my 3yr old haha). Overall a great experience.

Had a kids birthday party, we went in casually for a game so no party room package. Staff were very helpful, and good service. The kids had a great time! Only downside was there wasn't really anywhere we could go after we finished playing for the kids to eat lunch so we had to take that elsewhere. But having not been there before I didn't know the setup. Thanks again!

Lovely atmosphere and the chicken pizza is to die for the place is a bit small which means sometimes you have to share your sitting space with other people in the lane which can be a bit awkward but fun regardless. The music gets you in a party mood and the lazer tag is a cherry on the cake. Staff are always keen to help and make sure you have a good time

Staff were sound. Mistakenly came here on a Saturday afternoon/ evening though and the 18 year old knuckle draggers ordering jager bombs were a bit "how ya goin" as im writting this someone yelled yeeewwww shots. Cool bro.... Also the music is 1 star. Might be ok on a mid week thing but not my scene. More of a quiet beer and throw a ball at things guy.

SO did just witness phoebe fix a girls dress amazingly with a zippy tie! Their customer service is amazing and always have a good time here. WOULD RECOMMEND. We had a 10th birthday party for a very special boy . We had a range of children from 3 to 15 . The children enjoyed laser tag followed by bowling and party room . Our host was amazing and attentive. Went to bowling with family and friends today evening. Thanks to the 2 girls in the reception we had a very great time. The kids had so much fun with just bowling but the girls threw in a game of laser tag as well and the kids think they're the best. Thank you for the fun filled experience, will definitely recommend the venue to friends.

Came in for a birthday group the staff are super friendly kept us entertained and I’m sure our singing did for them also and dance move the vibes were flowing and thanks to the No 1 bartender Caitlin keeping up with our surprise cocktails all night stress levels were high but she never cracked keen for the next one …

Pretty good place to go bowling, bar is nice as is the arcade. They also do quite nice food and drinks. The only problem is, it can get quite loud. They hire a DJ sometimes, for some reason, and just blast, particularly the bar, with the music. You have to yell to be heard, it's just a weird atmosphere for bowling.

There is two different prices for same thing. First we asked girl worker about price she said it's $21/ two games than later on we went for booking at same point boy worker said it will be $25/ two games. When we asked why it's different they both came up with different answers. Really unhappy about it.

Amazing customer recovery from Sofia here when technical issues meant Lazer Tag couldn’t happen.Reunded in full and gave the kids some credit for the machines. Kids had just as much fun as they would have playing Lazer Tag. Great to see this level of customer service, Will definitely return.

Music Blaring out that should not heard by young kids, Overpriced Items, Arcade only had cards (I do not cards I do cash, heck I was going to spend $10 there), but the Lazer tag was fun that was the only saving grace one star for bowling and Arcade but two if you go into lazer tagging

Juliette's customer service for my son, Owen's, birthday was nothing short of amazing. She continuously checked up on us, always making sure we had everything we needed. The party went of without a hitch and would highly recommend for any 8 year old. Thanks again Juliette and team.

Great venue. Bar member think her name was Heather was fantastic and super speedy serving customers. The staff member at the front counter, didn’t catch her name was very lovely and gave me extra credit on my card for the arcade. Overall great place to hang out and have some fun

Was a real shame that even after thinking we were going to have a good time they put us on the broken lane again, it took our balls and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to fix the issue which made us late for other activities. Very disappointing we won't be back

Went to a birthday party here today. Food took 2 hours to make. Barely any staff, the staff that was there were not very attentive to their customers. There was no aircon on and it was a really hot day and the toilets were super smelly. Won't be coming back again.

Such legendary staff especially Grace Ador . Came in late and hammered and was still treated with enthusiasm at the counter. Best strike I’ve been to based on sub par experiences in the past. I’ll definitely be returning to strike bayside because of her!

Our team had an amazing time at the Strike Bowling at Forrest Chase. Rhe venue is new and clean.Team is super friendly and fun. Big shout to Baily who is extremely patient to help us finding lost receipt afterwards. Definitely come back again soon!

Might have just got a staff member on a bad night but not knowing the products they offer despite them being on a sign on the wall and the Strike website is ordinary at best. Then getting angry and rude when questioned on it totally unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful unfortunately their toilets had water or wee all over the floor in the ladies toilets and when I went to dry my hands the dryer had alot of water in it and the smell coming from it was disgusting …

My Parents and I came for the first time at Strike Bayside and our experience was nothing but outstanding. Lola and her team were exceptionally patient and understanding. Great effort from the team. Will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend this place for a social event. We had a booking on a public holiday and despite the staff being flat out, they were calm and helpful and went above and beyond to make out celebration special. Great cocktails too.

Place became delayed in bowling due to people taking longer than expected, so they gave us free laser tag! Absolutely loved that a company couldnt provide a service so they offered a meantime alternative! Great staff and drinks!

Our kids love it here. They have been to a few birthday parties here and loved every minute of it. It’s a small venue but we have never had a problem getting a lane at short notice outside of their peak periods.

Loved that we could play laser tag with the whole family even our little four year old who had a ball. Great bowling lanes well equipped and arcade. Friendly and very accomodating staff and family friendly.

Really good fun, laser tag arena is smaller, but they have layed it out very well. Staff are very happy to help with everything. Would recommend the bowling and the tag here. They even have a nice arcade.

Fantastic place to hang out with friends with a really chilled atmosphere, music pumping, a well stocked bar, and a nice nibble menus for when you get those mid game munchies.

Great place - with a good variety of entertainment options. Sometimes the crowd is a put-off, but generally the atmosphere is appealing and staff are a great bunch of people.

Quite a small Strike compared to other Strike places but definetely has a lot of stuff: Bowling, Mini arcade, Karaoke and a bar with DJ. Bring an ID after 8 pm !

Great friendly staff! Easy to book. Do miss the bar being next to the lanes, like the old days, but still an easy way to cure to boredom for a few hours!
