I’d had work done here before & it was great. The ready made pieces are fabulous. Just before Covid hit, I entrusted some family heirloom stones to this business to be made into a pendant and earrings. We had a lengthy discussion & jeweller did a rough drawing & promised to send a more detailed “cad” drawing. No drawing was received. Several months later I went to pick up the pendant. It had been made in the wrong colour gold and one of the stones had been glued roughly. Nobody called to discuss the stone breaking. I was also told the price for the earrings had increased by around $1,000 from the original quote! Jeweller said she would fix the problem by adding white gold to the pendant. What I ended up with is a chunky pendant with a cracked stone that did not resemble what was originally discussed. The pendant does not even sit correctly. No offer of any refund was made & the jeweller tried to make me sign a statement saying I would not write any reviews or make public comments. When months of lockdowns ended, other jewellers inspected the piece & were shocked at the workmanship. I’m not sure who actually made it, but it is nothing like the quality of work in the store and is definitely not what I expected or paid for, particularly from a business I had dealt with before.

Had my wedding band custom made at Studio 41. My first consultation was 4 months before the wedding. I had absolutely NO contact from them after that. I started chasing up myself a month before the wedding and was promised call back after call back, and had nothing. I picked up the ring a week before the wedding (after having to chase almost daily in the lead up) the design and gemstone colors had been changed without consulting me, and then I was expected to pay more because the gemstones were of 'more value' than what I agreed to and wanted. Along with that, the 6 heirloom diamonds that I supplied were not used at all, and then I was told they were keeping them as they used 'better diamonds' in the final design (however only 4) With much heated debate I did receive the diamonds back, but I would definitely warn against any custom designs through Studio 41, as they did not follow instructions or consult with me on necessary changes, and left everything to the last minute so I could not even have things amended before my wedding day. Horrible service, which caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.

I had a lovely experience through having my beautiful custom 18th ring made. My mum and I sat the jeweller Elayne and she brought out different stones choose from and helped out with some design ideas, she fit to our budget and made sure my ring was complete ahead of my 18th so my family could surprise me! My favourite part of the process was choosing my own unique stone, I still admire the stunning sapphire everyday! I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to have something special made with this company!!!

Amazing customer service and attention to detail after months of trying to find a jeweller to look after my needs i found studio 41 Elayne designed and custom made the perfect engagement ring for my partner and she was absolutely over the moon with the finished product i would highly recommend there services to anyone and especially those who don't really have much idea on what to get they can walk you through the whole process and give you the best finish product A+ Thanks again guys :)

We had my engagement ring made at studio 41 last year. I have to really thank Elaine and the staff for going above and beyond for me. Elaine was so accommodating. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and my expectations were exceeded. She was genuinely thrilled to be a part of the process and really takes pride in her work.

I have been using Studio 41 for years for my jewellery repairs. This year I decided to have some of my old pieces remade into something new combining all my old memories. I couldn't have been more happy with the design process and am thrilled with how my ring turn out. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Be careful if getting a “unique” piece from them. My partner has something made for me (using something he bought in as a mould) and they apparently liked it so much they sold more of it. It’s disappointing when you think you’ll have something unique to you and then find out it’s being sold to others too.

I’ve had numerous rings & pendants made here, staff are always extremely helpful & Elayne (owner/jeweller) always kept me up to date with how my pieces were coming along Would highly recommend using this jewellers wether it’s for repairs or having that special piece designed & made

I’ve had the most beautiful ring made by Elayne , a studio 41, and was so happy with her knowledge and skills she exhibited, I’ve since had other rings repaired. Attention to detail and her wonderful staff would have me going back time and again . Can’t stop admiring my ring !
