I was a walk-in and had no appointment, however I was looking to get my hair styled for my year 12 formal. I was greeted when I walked in as I checked for their availabilities of the day. They managed to put me in 10 minutes after I walked in and were all very polite and nice. I had my hair washed and blow dried, and when it came to styling my hair the stylist was very considerate of my hair as she placed Bobby pins in making sure that they weren’t hurting etc. I had shown her a style and she had eagerly completed it, and I walked away very happy from this first time experience. I was even given more Bobby pins in case my hair began to slip later in the night. Not only does the salon look like royalty it makes you feel like one too. Thank you all I will surely be coming back.

I came here to have a nice hair cut for a very important event that's happening the same week. I was seeking for advice and guidance but your time is counted (10-15min for an haircut instead of 1h on their website) and once you made a decision you can't ask it shorter. So I ask for a carré and event if I told/show that it wasn't straight (and became too short after fixing the haircut multiple times) , I was "questioning 30 years of experience". Well, I let you judge my haircut... It's the worst haircut I ever had!

It's worth coming to that place. The money and time seemed well invested in myself. The women who work there is lovely, they are kind and very attentive. They do very good work. They advise you and help you choose which color and how your hair will look the best. I will come back only in this salon. Now I am very happy with my hair. Thank you very much for working so hard.

Amazing experience! The staff were so lovely and were super accommodating for me, considering I didn’t have an appointment or anything and just showed up. They made all my hair dreams come true and I walked out with beautiful balayage hair that had been styled so nicely as well. Lovely and friendly staff who are incredible at what they do. Can’t recommend them enough!
