Frankly, if I could give zero stars I would. They have such bad customer service that I can't explain. I liked a sofa there and wanted to customize it as a sofa bed. They told me that the product would be finished in 2-4 weeks and I waited for 2 months. In the end, they couldn't even measure the product I received correctly. They asked me if I wanted the pillows separate or attached. I said I want it separately, (The cushions of the sofa I liked there were also separate) they made them attached and their style is not the same as the sofa I chose. And many more problems. And when I wanted to return it, they either made excuses or said that if you had checked it, you would have bought it and it was over. When I had just opened the plastic, I checked it and took pictures of all the problems and sent them to them. They never accept it and still say that the people who do it are professionals. They are very sneaky and fraudulent. I have already complained to the necessary places.

Great Collection, Great Customer Service, Great Price When you shop for furniture after 5 years and your first stop is the same shop where you shopped before then you know you can't get anything better from anywhere else. Both Hamid and Rahat are very helpful and knowledgeable in the business and they will give you right advice. They have furniture for all tastes and for all budgets. They also have contacts with all distributors and suppliers. You just need to know what you need and they will guide you in the entire process. We bought the furniture from them 5 years ago and it is as good as new. You can buy your furniture from anywhere but before buying just visit them and I assure you, they won't disappoint you

We went here to buy a sofabed, looked at the models and they said they would make it in the size and model we wanted. They delivered the product 15 days late. Since they delivered the product packaged from the factory, we could not look at it there. When we opened the product at home, we found out that it was made larger than the size we wanted and therefore it did not fit where you put it. There was a color difference from the fabric. We wanted a box spring, but the product was made without a box base. When we conveyed these problems to Mr. Rahat, the answer given to us was, "Why didn't you check it when you received it?" and they were not helpful at all. We are very sorry and will use our legal rights.

We had such a great experience with stylo furniture! We had spent weeks looking around for a couch, and couldn’t find anything that checked all our boxes and was a reasonable price. We stumbled upon stylo and spoke with Hamid. He helped us find a sectional that was the perfect size, price point, style, and was so comfortable. We purchased the couch on monday and it was in our living room fully assembled by just a few days later, on Tuesday. This was so impressive given many other companies were charging way more money for poor quality sofas that would take several weeks to arrive. I would recommend stylo furniture to anyone, fantastic price and service and products.

This furniture place is ‘ THE SPOT ‘ for all your furniture needs, I been dealing with them since last 15 yrs . I Always have had an excellent customer service experience and the quality of their products has always lived up to the standard they sell it at. Hamid is always there to help and previously Manzoor G was excellent with his friendly and courteous customer service. We have moved but we always go to them for any new furniture we need for our home. They have always given us an honest opinion and have always delivered what they commit. All our family and friends have gone to them and bought good quality furniture, they are all satisfied with their purchases:)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Please beware that they will take your money and you will never get any furniture you ordered ! We ordered some furniture , waited 3 weeks for delivery . One item they delivered to us but it was not even the same mattress we ordered it was a much cheaper one . We paid $2,000 for a bed and after 3 weeks they tell us this bed not available and that they cannot refund us and that we must pick another bed ( which are cheap $200 bed frames ) They refused to provide us a refund . I am currently going through lawyers to get our money back . Beware .

Avoid at all costs !! Stole $3,000 from us !! We paid full amount up front for a bedroom set which was supposed to be delivered in 7 days and 6 months later we are still waiting for it as the owner as alleging ‘it is not in stock ‘ They are refusing a refund , we called the police but they say nothing they can do so we are out of $3,000 All these good reviews are fake and from their friends who they ask to post fake reviews any tone you go into this store you can see it’s empty no one is buying anything from these thieves

If there is anything bellow zero stars I will definitely give them ! He falsely advertised giving me anything half price but refused to sell me! Telling me he will sell the item next day! When i contacted him next day he said the promotion is done and asked for double price because he knew i liked the item!I also felt uncomfortable with him asking me so many times about what I bought from his neighbour and how much I paid to give me lower price! So unprofessional

Most worst place to buy furniture. We bought several furniture pieces and they all had issues. The bed we chose was completely different than the one delivered. The coffee table was a different color than the one ordered. After we got the wrong size bed they wouldn't give us a refund and wanted to charge us more for an exchange. Kept avoiding phone calls when we asked for exchange or refund, but called us several times when asking for remainder of payment.

UNPROFESSIONAL OWNERS AND PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. 1. They ask for full payment in advance. I had to pay them before even looking at my customised piece of furniture. 2. They will speak to you very nicely before you buy stuff from them but in case you get a defected or unfinished furniture delivered they won't entertain you coz they have already received full payment in advance. Please avoid buying anything from them. Not worth it.

We recently bought a king bed and mattress to replace our queen bed and mattress, purchased from the same store in 2010! We’re very happy with the quality, price and service. There was initially a mixup with receiving a replacement headboard (that was factory-damaged from country of production that the store would not have known about) but everything eventually worked out. We’re very happy with our purchase. Will go back for more!

One of the best place in Mississauga area to buy modern, durable and affordable furniture. They have a good collection of all sorts of furnitures with a very wide price range. We met with both the owners and found them very humble, knowledgeable and kind, they helped us to choose the right Dining Table and Chair set for us. The after service was too good. Best place to buy furniture. Specially if you are looking for something durable and budget friendly. Amazing staff with humble nature. We had purchased one dining table in an amazing price. Also, we were facing some difficulties in assembling the table and they personally came and helped us in assembling without any extra cost. I don’t usually write reviews but this store definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ve been purchasing from them for the last 8 years. I’ve purchased 4 mattresses total, my bedroom furniture, my moms bedrooms furniture and just today another set for my in laws. Their prices can’t be beat and the quality is top notch. Last week we went to Stylo and met Rahat who helped us with picking out our family room set. We’re so happy with it. Went back yesterday and purchased our coffee and end tables. We purchased our living room, bedroom set, and a mattress for my son. Stylo arrived on time. I was dealing with Mo and he was sure to give us the best deal. When the mirror arrived from the dresser there was a manufacturer defect and they replaced it as soon as they could and Mo and his brother in law personally came to deliver the item their selves.

Great honest service. Not pushy. Very helpful. A few months after receiving the mattress we had to move and needed cover to store it for a bit. Rahat was so immediately helpful finding a cover and giving it to us so the mattress was protected on a rainy nasty day! Fantastic people. I will be getting my custom couch here soon.

Went to many places before buying a bed set here. They have lots of variety and prices are very reasonable. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got my couch from them at a good price, they even customized the back cause my gf wanted more cushion(paid extra). They sales guy delivered it at our new place and helped me bring it up. I was happy with their customer service and definitely would recommend them.

Always pressuring you to buy their furniture. The store down the street had the exact same couch for $500 cheaper. I’d post a picture here but they don’t allow you to take pics.. probably because they do not want to be exposed for overcharging… smh
