Awful experience at this store. We ordered delivery via Just-Eat. Ordered 4 subs with drinks and sides. The order arrived with the sides and drinks missing, so we told the delivery driver who said he would go get them for us. When opening the sandwiches, we realised that one of them was wrong, so I called the store and spoke to who I assume was the manager? He debated with me for 5 minutes whether the sandwich was wrong, basically calling me a liar (he then realised he was wrong, didn't apologise) and came to the conclusion that the driver would pick up the wrong sandwich and replace it with a new one. AN HOUR LATER the driver turns up with our sides and drinks, but doesn't have a clue that he's meant to be bringing us another sandwich. He sets off to the store to pick up the new sandwich and took the old one away. We then get a phone call 20 minutes later to say that the store is now CLOSED and there's nothing he can do. So, I phone the store in the morning and speak to the manager, explaining what had gone on. He told me he was too busy to deal with me and he'd call me back at 4pm to discuss. When I told him I wasn't happy to wait until 4pm he HUNG UP on me. Needless to say, there was no phone call at 4pm so I went straight to head office. It took 6 weeks to finally get the owner of the store to contact me, after 3 contacts to head office showed that he wasn't taking it very seriously. To add insult to injury, the email I received from him told me that there were issues because the drivers car broke down (... What?). Clearly didn't even read the complaint properly! His email stating that if I was unsatisfied I should contact him back, which I did due to the fact I'd paid for a sandwich which I'd never received and wanted a refund and possibly some vouchers as a goodwill gesture. Did I receive another email back from him? No. No I did not. Avoid this place like the plague, its got the worst customer service I've ever experience, rude staff members who don't care about customers and the owner doesn't seem to take anything seriously.

Not even worthy of one star. The place needs shutting down. Went in there on Saturday , it was disgusting , no toilet roll in the toilet , hand dryer didn't work ( I was only washing my hands ) , the maintenance check chart of the toilet hasn't been filled in , IN A WEEK , the toilet was filthy . None of the tables were clean .Customers were eating on dirty tables. The floor was disgusting looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week !! My sandwich looked like something I wouldn't even feed my dog ...ripped bread , my sandwich filling was not even in the bread it was all over the paper ! I need to become manager of that place ! Very disappointed and never eating there again .#putoffsubwaysforlifethank you

The coffee machine wasn't working which was a bit of a pain but I'm sure that was just a one off. The customer in front of me was really rude about it and the staff were still very pleasant. Good cheap lunch food in the centre of town so easy to get to. I walked to the train station afterwards so it isn't far from there either.

Located in the very city centre, this Subway is a bit small on the ground floor, but it has a first floor with lots of tables. Food is fine, as you can find in any other Subway, however you can sometimes sit outside, since there are some tables on the patio in the front. Cheap, fine for a quick lunch.

The worst subway I've ever been to. The individual serving me was rude and obviosuily didn't care about his job. If you don't want to deal with the public get another job. The salad this individual created for me says everything about this place

A standard subway although I was made to eat my salad out of the restaurant as it was take away only. It seems a bit of an odd policy and the guy serving could've been nicer about it.

Standard subway so you know what you're getting. Day time staff are great, really friendly and chatty. Good for lumch midweek.

Cheap and good quality food. Sometimes they have promotions very interesting. I recommend it always.

Subway.... Staff need some people skills... food is standard subway menu. Hardly thrilling stuff.
