I can tell why this location already has a better rating here on google. From the time I entered to the time I left, I had a great experience. CLEAN! Very clean, and very well organized. No trash or messy/dirty tables or floors, drink station not splashed with soda, tea dispensers were stocked and ready to go. Greeted at the door, there was noone behind the counter as I walked in but immediately when I stepped up to order "What can I get for you today". Compared to other locations I've been to in the central Phoenix area (THAT TAKE WELL OVER A HALF HOUR TO SERVE THREE CUSTOMERS), this specific location was very quick and to the point, the staff (Luis) was audible and very perceptive of what it was I was asking for! None of this "huh" or "one more time" or "you said you wanted...". I do not like repeating myself and was extremely happy that I got what it was I asked for the first time. Not only did I get what I asked for, but I asked Luis if he could make another sub for me just as he did the first so that I could enjoy my new favorite sub throughout my 12hr. shift without going hungry. This was not a problem, he was even kind enough to repeat all of what it was I had on the sub while at the register! GREAT JOB LUIS!!! YOU ARE A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!

Worst subway ever did an online order. Picked up all went smooth until I got home and discover the sandwich was missing items and also wasn’t toasted like I requested. I took pictures and contacted subway via the website. Never got a response. The next day I did another online order once again when I got back it was missing items and not made properly another set of pictures and an email. 2 weeks later no response from anyone so I goto website and inquire and they state they forwarded info and someone should contact me well a week later and no one has. Is that what they call customer service. More importantly an online order is very clear on how and what to make it with konei didn’t hear that or anything. Anyway I won’t be going back to this subway ever again and furthermore I will not goto any subways In the near future.!!!!!

I take it back. All the previous employees are gone and it shows. I can’t understand why service is so hard. This is by far one of the best subway locations in Phoenix. They have a good team that works well together to complete your meal and they are quick and friendly not overbearing and fake customer service just genuine people doing a good job. I would of given them five stars but my review is for dine in or take out only. Unfortunately they don’t have the mobile ordering down yet. They always seem to miss or add ingredients but if you’re going inside the store they are great!

I want to file a complaint for this Subway which is located at (according to the receipt) 530 East McDowell Rd. I went there with my Family of 5 at around 6:55pm and i was not treated with respect. I felt discriminated by the employees Lisa and Mico, who would look at me, whisper among each other and laugh in front of me. As a customer, I demand for them to be taught, that a consumer should be treated with respect, because because of us, the consumers, we are the reason they have a job. I also want to say that I called the manager,Becky, the first time she did not answer, I called a second time and she answered then she hanged up, I called a third time and she answered in a very rude and despot way.

Although the food tastes standard the service was very frustrating. I went in for 3 sandwiches asked for them in a specific order to keep the toppings correct and the staff switched the sandwiches 3 times in the very short time it takes to complete the assembly. This was after the man that was at the beginning of the line helped the lady in front of me with her sandwiches then looked straight past me to the lady behind me and asked her what she would like. The lady was very polite and advised him i was there first. Never again will I come to this location. If I hadn't been getting orders for other people i would have walked out without ordering like the unwanted customer they treated me as.

Showed up a hour before closing. Already tearing down the work station and acting like making our food was a inconvenience. Half the toppings were in the center of the sandwich. Only one side of the bread was cut. I work fast food so I understand but I still give my customers the respect of making the food they pay for and not throwing it together. And we were not rude, were waiting for them to finish what they were doing and waited for them to ask if we were ready to be treated like a inconvenience.... Ridiculous.

The one star is for the careless manager. I overheard an employee calling the manager to let them know UPS next door had a gas leak and they could smell it in the restaurant. By the looks of the call, the manager brushed it off. All of the employees said they were uncomfortable being in the building and the manager wasn't taking it seriously. Those poor workers were so kind too.

Ive been to this location twice and it's a good place to grab a quick sandwich. It's vegetarian friendly but I would not recommend the chips, they taste like they have been sitting out for years.

Placed an average size order for coworkers, etc. First problem, we attempted to order online....continually got "Error Msg - Please Try Again Later". Second mistake, we ordered by phone. Paid. Waited for delivery. Kept waiting. Called questioning the delivery arrival. Told, "We don't deliver". Delivery ALL over your website and verified delivery when ordering. Never again.

I was just at this Subway it's literally 1 hour and 10 minutes before they close and they only had one foot long wheat and one 6-in wheat no other bread nothing else they didn't want to even make some more bread and it was still a whole hour before they even closed this is just insane why have a Subway if you're not going to have anything on the menu.

No complaints from this guy. Can't say that for every Subway I've been to. The employees were great at working as a team. Heard what I wanted, through the mask, didn't get frustrated with anyone if they didn't hear them the first time... Very polite. I ordered the new Cali Fresh FL. They crisped up the bacon nicely but when he tried for the avocado the tub was empty. With no avocado reserve left, the kind counter person gave me a substantial discount. The sandwich was excellent regardless with my choice of toppings. KUDOS to the great customer service attitude. One of my favorite sandwich shops.

I always love Subway, but this store is a real gem. The sandwich master did a tremendous job making my sub. He was attentive, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his care and abilities and, most importantly, I loved the sub. It was absolutely delicious. This particular Subway gets the highest recommendation I give. Great job!!!!

I give this subway 5 stars, not because it's 5 star cuisine but because it's an awesome subway. You already know what you're getting at a chain restraunt. This one does it fast and courteously. I'm here often enough to consider myself a regular and service is always consistent and friendly, even during high volume.

Today is 8-4-23 this milk expired 7-28-23 it should not have still been in the refrigerator for sale luckily my daughter realized right away it tasted weird and made us aware.

Was just there guy in front of me ordered 4 subs when it was my turn to order sandwich maker asked how many subs I said 4 she told me to stand out of line so they can help other customers. Rude workers I explained I had a doctor's appointment she said she had to help other customers

Love this place. Good atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. I once had a female staff member tell me she thought I had pretty eyes, before she took my order. Also got a free cookie from filling out a quick survey. The best cheap alternative to Jimmy John's in my opinion.

I have been going to this location since 2016. It is without a doubt the cleanest and best run Subway I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys Subway.

The Manager goes the extra distance to be sure her Customers and Staff are well taken care of. This store is fun because it always has decorations for the Phoenix professional sports teams, and the food is always very good!

Each time I frequent Subway on 24th street &McDowell they are out of the different types of bread except white bread... if you advertise different types of bread please have what you are supposed to have!!

I love subway food. However, I will only visit certain locations. Every store is not welcoming. Some stores I've visited in Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona had some pretty rude individuals working there.

I have never encountered such awesome subway workers! This is my favorite subway in the valley simply because of the awesome energy and can-do attitude of these guys right here. 10/10 would come again

Been to like 3 circle Ks downtown and not a single place allowed the bathrooms to the public. This place allowed me to use there resteroom so this is where I spent my money.
