Worst subway I’ve been to so far!! And that was shocking because subway is one of my favorite places to grab a bite! And have never experienced such poor quality and service out of all the outlets I’ve been to so far!! Very less options of veggies, which later when tasted weren’t fresh! To add on, he was putting bare minimum of every topping ordered! Literally like 1/4th quantity put by any other subway outlet!! Bread was really really dry even after getting it toasted!! Very poor service as well. The man behind the counter needs to learn communicate rightly with a customer! Also, the place looks pretty unhygienic too with all the flies & the nasty smell! Would Never ever recommend this place!! Like

Went in about 7:45 at night he only had one type of bread which was wheat so I asked if he had flat bread which I could clearly see he acted like that was a hassle he acted like he didn’t want to be there. They had no tea out and the drinks out of the fountains were watered down and not to mention he wouldn’t take my text coupon that every other place takes. Then as soon as we walk out of the door right at 8 he shut his lights off to close. I would not recommend this place at all!

I went to eat in here one early afternoon & all the woman could do was just be awfully rude, stare at my husband & I also stop making my sandwich just to talk on her phone that was last week then we went back in there because the heat was making me feel sick & I n needed some water yet was refused a cup of water then within 10 minutes I had an epileptic seizure die to my body being over heated which I asked for the water to cool down but was refused.

Last I went to this place there were mice running up and down the hallway. Every time I go in there the staff always complains about how much they hate working there. They don’t have a majority of the ingredients they need to make sandwiches on their menu. Ultimately this place should be closed not only for health concerns but possible employment rights violations as well.

I've tried so hard to give this location a fair shot. Unfortunately it's evident that the Indian stereotype is alive and well here. They give you the absolute minimum allowable in meat/toppings, they refuse to sell small drinks, instead forcing everyone purchase a large, the drink machine is always almost empty, the store is infested with fruit flies, and cookies are stale. Walk the extra block to go to a different/cleaner location.

First of all, people need to realize the people that work here do not make the rules. The lady was by herself when the 8 of us came in. She was so stressed out. I tried to lighten the mood and she was smiling by the time we left. The owner has rationed what can be sold, which is ridiculous. They might as well just close this location. The food was good, just didn't have most of what we normally get at subway.

Got to this location at 7:30. Google says they close at 9pm. The sign says open, the two employees behind the counter completely ignore us. The door is locked, and when we tap on the glass, they go to turn the lights out. I guess an hour and a half of lost business is okay with these employees, but at least have the decency to change the hours and turn off the sign.

This Subway is across the street from my hotel. I tried to order from the menu and the lady behind the counter had a melt down. I could go on but all the 1 and 2 star reviews are dead on..This is not a Subway it's just a ham sandwich shop. I am not sure how it can be a franchise. Unfriendly and slow but they definitely want a tip.

We've ordered from this subway multiple times, and a good 70% of our orders were vastly wrong and every time we try to call to figure out what happened with our subs, they never answer. Subway in general has good food, but this specific location seems to not look at the receipt long enough to figure out what to put on it.

The two ladies that work there are amazing. The owners have let this place fall apart. They steal employee credit card tips and they don't properly supply the food items needed to make everything. The only thing good is the 2 ladies who work there who deserve better.

One lady all by herself when I went. She was rude. Certain breads weren’t available, no spinach and there was barely any Turkey on my foot long. Absolutely terrible! Shame on the people who are in charge of this location. You are obviously just don’t care

I really like this place. The ladies work there are very nice and helpful. One of few good restaurant in this area that serve healthy fast food and sandwiches. The service is very fast. The place is so clean. Sometimes it is crowded at the launch time.

Stay away very rude staff. Acted like the smallest issue was the biggest deal in the world. You really have to try to be as rude as they were.

I couldn't get my free birthday cookie to work on the app and the manager behind the counter decided to give it to me anyway and I truly appreciate that since I was in Tulane Medical Center helping my mother recover from a stroke

Go to a different Subway. Only one person works here and there is always at least a 30 minute wait for a sandwich. Not friendly either and always out of stuff. Until they get help and control the inventory go elsewhere.

I only eat at two subway locations now. The 1st is on Broad St. and this is my 2nd. I've eaten @ so many subways and these are the best by far. Customer service was outstanding @ this location. Nice clean store!

I know the meat portions are rationed but literally 2slices of green peppers and I had to double check to see if there was any lettuce that I had asked for. Good if you want just bread, terrible sandwich.

There was a roach in the meat container. The staff was very nice about me asking to cancel my order but the general demeanor and lot of shock/grossed out made we wonder how common these roaches are......

Nothing wrong with the sandwich just terrible customer service. The person was rude, rushing us to finish the order when the store was completely empty. Unpleasant way to start the day. Feb 21, 11am.

We walked 6 blocks to get something to eat. We checked the website and it said that it was open. We went there only to find that yall were closed!!!! We were very disappointed...

Out of too many items. Employee was not friendly at, rushing our oder and there were no other customers waitng...she needs coaching and development in customer service

So disappointed that this lady is working here by herself during busy lunch hours. This is ridiculous. She was sweet but at this location there’s only one person smh

We stopped by to grab a quick bite. The woman working behind the counter did a great job. She had a genuine smile which is hard to find some days. Thank you

No word needed. This is what I got for my steak and cheese sandwich. In addition to this, they don't open their bathroom for customers either.

Ask for olives and pickles and he puts three of each. Never come to this place if you're hungry. You don't get your money worth

Ate breakfast there every morning. Not bad, it was hot, and the staff were personable. They were fast and we were on the run.

Went there at 730 pm and it was closed . There was a. Employee inside who saw me waiving and didnt bother to approach.

Your basic subway. It's a good price point from your $15 po boy in the French quarter though.
