My sister and I ordered steak and cheese subs using the app. The promotion was that if you ordered one large sub using the app you would get the second one for free. We had gone to this Subway in the past so we pretty much knew what to expect - NOT. We brought our subs home and there was very sparse meat on it. In fact it did not quite fill up half (lengthwise) the sub. I actually opened it up and was so flabbergasted I did not think to take a picture! So the only thing that seemed 2 for1 was the bread. I had also asked my sister to add certain veggies. She could not locate where to add them. When I inquired with the worker in the totally empty shop, I did not even get an offer of some veggies in a separate bag or the offer to open up the subs to add the veggies. I think all that app does is make sure you drive away with the sub so you would not come back and complain when you got next to nothing. I do not recommend this place but even more I do not recommend using the app unless you are prepared to open up the subs right there. So disappointing compared to the zsubway I went to in Ottawa.

I went online to get subway had a coupon for 3 subs for 17.99.i copied and paste so when i went ahead it charged me 30.73.so right away i called this subway at 5824 terrace road.and asked if he could cancel because it did not give me the coupon price for 17.99 .he said that he made them alreadu and i said in a couple of mins u made 3 subs.i said i don't believe that can u please cancel.he said he would cancel at his end but i had to get my miney back from the place where the coupon.then i asked should i call my bank to cancel he said yes.So i called my bank and the manager at subway lied to me because he was the one that was suppose to give me a refund. So now when i call a girl answers and say hes either gone home our stepped out.and she said he was not. Going to refund me. What is more up setting to me was i just wanted to surprise my kids with a sub .At the end i did not get any subs and he kept my 30.73. How un professional to treat a customer and steal there money . and ignore me

Ordered a Veggie Delight based on the picture on their website, when I opened up the Sub that was made for me I was shocked...2 small slices of tomato, 3 thin slices of cucumber, no green pepper and a little bit of shredded lettuce. I had requested no onions and asked for black olives instead. I also didn't ask for any sauces, however this was the most unappealing, and unappetizing sub I have ever paid good money for. Did I eat it, yes, but I had to go to my own fridge and put more tomato, and cucumber on it plus put the missing green pepper in also. I had to load it up at home....I might as well have made my own sandwich at home!! Honestly, there wasn't enough of anything in that sandwich to feed a child, let alone a hungry adult and as for the picture on their website of the "loaded" Veggie Delight sub....don't be fooled that is NOT what you will get. So disappointed.

After the Subway app accidentally sent my order to this store instead of the Leduc store that I was at, the employee informed me that I could not cancel the order because she made the sandwiches already, 5 minutes after I placed it. I had to drive 39 minutes to the store and ask for a refund in person, which she then said she couldn't actually do it. When I asked to speak to the manager, she gave me a number and then did not give me my food. When I followed up today, the supervisor said I refused to take the food and also couldn't have a refund and that he shouldn't have to pay for 'my mistake'. Needless to say, any other restaurant in this city would rather take 3.50 in food cost loss rather than telling a customer to take a hike, but not this Subway! I will not be eating at Subway again.

I changed from 1 to 3 because I usually love the staff at this location. Working trades, I'm usually on a tight schedule that they accommodate on top level. However, another customer was able to interrupt my transaction and go before me just because he "just wants soup". I told him there was a line but the staff proceeded to serve him first for some reason. Low and behold he took the last bowl and I'm told to wait 15 minutes on my lunch break. The staff was excitingly rude about the situation. I'm no Karen or any, but holy jeebus I had to pay and walk out. Tldr; if an absurdly rude dink in coveralls walks in to this location, you're not getting any soup. P.s. if this guy reads this, I didn't get any soup today because you don't know how to act like an adult.

I went it at 9:25 on my way home from work. I was exhausted and just wanted something quick. I didn’t wanna cook. So I went to subway (out of my way). Was told they couldn’t toast my pizza sub because it was down for cleaning but it just looked powered off to me. I get wanting to do something early I’m a bar server. Some slow days i do everything early like empty my ice well but if never tel someone you can’t have ice id do the little extra work to go to the back and grab ice because it was MY DECISION to shut my bar down early. It’s not the customer who should suffer. So anyway I’m now going home to cook at 9:30pm because I couldn’t get a sub.

I watch the employee not listen to one thing the pore guy and his kid ...she did not one thing the way he asked for.. and he gave it to her but then my turn... well, it did not go much different, and when it came to paying, I asked for 10 of my card and the rest of the cash..... she put it all on my card and it was declined because I only had 11 transfer from sayings...she got up set and was very rude to me I will never be back there are much better subways out there ...take my advice got elsewhere.... .... oh ya, burnt bread as well

I was just at this location at 830pm on December 10th 2021. I ordered a footlong ham sub combo she asked what I would like on it and I told her, she then accidentally puts black olives on and as she did it I said no not that cause I can’t eat olives.. She then picks out all the olives out of my sandwich with her fingers and puts the olives from my sandwich back in the olive container.. That’s not allowed cause that is cross contamination.. She didn’t offer to remake my sandwich for me, I won’t ever go back here again.. I ended up giving my sandwich away to a homeless person..

never will i come back here! first off the service is not friendly at all and very rude and not kind in anyway! that’s not even the worse part, i had walked in the subway to pick up a sub and a drink i buy my sub then i go over to fill my pop and there is ANTS! LIVE ANTS crawling all over the counter where the coffee and fountain machine is it’s not like there was 1 or 2 but there was so many, i came back a second time the next week and there where still ants all over the counter clearly they aren’t dealing with this, i do not recommend getting food from here at all!!

Okay so, I get coming in 5 minutes before a place closes and being told they're closing. But we got there half an hour before close, and they don't have half the breads, can't heat anything up, no soup, and no bacon or steak. The employee was cleaning up and trying to get ready to close. If you're going to close at 10, pay your employees to work until 11. Cleanup after the store closes is still work and people deserve to be paid for it. Never going back here again.

I haven't been to a subway since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in July 2011. Wow have the prices got up. I under stand my addition of G Free bread ALWAYS increases the price of food but I ordered a 6 inch Chicken Ranch Melt and on "regular" bread it was still $7+. My G Free version and a medium fountain drink was like $11. It is nice yo have this option but wow expensive. Oh and I had to ask the staff to change their gloves so not impress with that.

Worst Subway place I've ever been to. The old east indian guy with a beard was very rude and he squished all the sandwiches he makes, all the prep veggies are dry and old, trying to request for a fresh one wont do the job because he just says with an attitude "they're all the same" And for God's sake, cover your beard!! This store does not follow basic sanitary procedures!! Dont bother coming here!

The food was what I asked for however, these employees don't look like they want to be at work! I went there saturday morning at 11am!! How is it possible to have that kind of attitude especially at the beginning of the day? They don't smile, they are just rushing with everything and they aren't speaking with a friendly tone, no smile, nothing. People pay for experience more than the food itself so please.. it doesn't hurt to SMILE!!!

Tried to phone them today after I found 2 dark hairs in their egg salad sub so they could look into it but their phone # is a fax number. Anyways the staff has to start wearing hair nets when preparing their food. I was a regular customer for years ( the fat olde guy who likes veggie subs) but the yeech! In my mouth from pulling hairs out of my mouth will make me hesitate to return. “ Look before you eat” Yours truly .

Same sub as always... But what used to be 11 dollars and change now costs almost 17. I'm willing to accept a rise in prices due to inflation... But I don't think inflation is running at 40 percent. I used to think of subway as a constant... 2 or three times a week was normal... Seems like never again is the new normal.

I worked on this side of town this week and by chance I came here on Tuesday instead of Tim’s and I came every day since! The sandwiches made by Hardeep were absolutely amazing! She was very polite and friendly as well all the time. Would highly recommend this location!!!

I would give them negative if it would let me. Such a lack of customer service 2 employees even left the front unattended as they walked quietly to the back . They did not engage any customers not even an acknowledgement. Terrible Horrible no good service.

Someone delivered subway and left it on my doorstep for anyone to take, or any animal to help themselves. I didn't order it and don't want it. The person who answered the phone was less than helpful and guaranteed I will never be one of their customers.

This location is a special one the workers are always polite they wash their hands and use gloves when needed. I know that my sub will be made with care at this location the toppings stay on the sub or wrap and everything is fresh

I've been to this location several times. While I've never had outstanding service, I've never experienced rude or bad service. It's small, never that busy so we enjoy going for a reasonably quiet meal.
