Made an order through the app. Picked up the sub and realize later they had forgotten to put cheese on it. Called in to let them know for no other reason then to just let them know they made a mistake. Lady was very pleasant and offered to make another sub for us. Went in without any issue got the new sub (which she made in front of me) and was very happy with the experience. Obviously it would be better if it was made right the first time but the five star review is for how good the food was and how professional they handled the complaint. Will definately return to this location. The app needs to have a plan ahead function as you aren't able to put in an order unless they are open. Not sure why I can't put a order in so that once they're open they can make it and I can come get it. Similar apps have this function at other restaurants and makes things very convenient then having to wait for the store to open to put in my order.

Ordered via Skip for pickup. The person who made our sandwiches mixed up the order and put the wrong toppings on the wrong subs. Additionally, my husband ordered a footlong steak & cheese and it barely had any steak or veggies on it (they were the wrong veggies too) but everything was so skimpy that you could see the bread through the toppings when you opened the sandwich and at least 1/4 of the sub was just plain bread and had nothing else. Also one thin strip of mustard. The sandwich was awful tbh. We would not suggest this location to anyone after our experience and seeing the other reviews. Fwiw, it was dead/empty when my husband arrived, so I don’t even know that they can say it was because they were super busy….just seems like incompetence and poor service. Really disappointing.

Would appreciate if the employees don't have to be asked multiple times to add sufficient toppings. For a foot long veggie, I was being given 6 leaves of spinach, 4 cucumbers, barely any olives, or green peppers. Can give my business elsewhere if this location is not appreciative of it. Revising my review from 2 stars to 1. The lady Jaspal working there is the absolute worst. She is so stingy with adding veggies as is she brought them from home and is paying out of pocket for those. "Sandwich Artist" didn't even have the paper they make the sub on and the sandwich was thrown on to the wrapping paper.

Sitting here waiting for my catering order, which was supposed to have been ready for pickup 45 minutes ago, is the reason for this would be 0 star review. Sure, forgetting is a human mistake. But I put in that order two weeks prior for a specific time to ensure a party was catered. And I called several times the morning of to confirm my order, to no answer. "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it, especially since there was one customer in the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all. Absolutely appalling.

They were out of pickles, out of herb and cheese bread, and out of honey oat bread. I didn't even go there close to closing, it was 8 pm.. I've never seen a subway run out of one thing let alone 3 different items. Also the lady serving me at first just dropped her gloves and walked away from me as soon as it turned 8. Why did you even start serving me if you were 1 minute from being off? She put lettuce on my sub and then walked away. Even the other staff member was visibly angered by this. I will not be back to this subway.

THERE WAS LADY AT FRONT , don’t know how to talk with customer. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I did order online and I just got very small foot long nothing in their properly. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SHOULD NOT IN THE STORE UNTILL SHE KNOWS HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER. My MONEY IS WASTE , I am regular customer but I will not go back because of her bad attitude and very less veggie in my foot long.

I've never went to a subway and been so unimpressed. The portions are completely off from any subway I've ever been too and the quality was really off. Not to mention the staff was rude and wanted to charge extra for everything when they put a TINY bit if lettuce on a foot long sub. Also be ready to be disappointed if you get the 7 doller wrap, I was shocked at how little you got for what you pay. Over all save your money or get ready to be disappointed.

Very unprofessional. Lady was washing the floors 2 hours before closing time with costumers in the store.The floor was so wet everywhere, my kid was able to slide on it. Also, first time ever I was not able to get the sandwich (tuna) I ordered because she did not have it written on the kids menu. This has never happened to me at any other location anywhere in Edmonton. I just walked out of there and will never be back. Very disappointing experience. :(

Just an idea for the owner...maybe shut off your skip the dishes or whatever service you use for delivery when you have 1 worker. I waited 15 minutes and then left without being served, when I was the only person in the store as your single worker slowly took her time making skip orders. Not only did you lose my business but the 2 other people who came in and left. Great business model. I'll drive the 10 minutes to go to a different one in the future.

Worst Subway ever. Could have made a better one at home. Lady at the counter does not even know what customer service means. Non-fresh not enough veggies (requested twice to add more, all I got was a weird stare) Got only 3 tomato slice, 4 cucumber slices and 6 spinach leaves in a foot long. Also, you’d probably need a magnifying glass to find if there’s any sauce. Not recommended at all, there’re plenty good subways within a mile distance.

Great location, very friendly staff, they were very accommodating when I asked them to change their gloves to make my daughters salad because she has coeliac disease. However I would not recommend this to people with coeliac disease as they do touch the bread and then put their hands in the vegetables so I won’t be going back there again for food for her. However they were very accommodating with what I asked them to do.

I visited this subway near about 15mins before closing time and the staff who was serving us was good but the other staff name Gacery I believe was very rude she had an negative attitude which was not comfortable at all. I understand people get tired working all day but if this the attitude staff want to carry for their customer they should probably take a day off or not work at all. Was not a good experience.

I have visited this place a few times out of convenience. But the costumer service is by far the worst I have experienced. The one lady here is so rude and entitled doesn’t care for the costumers at all and they don’t care how your sandwich turns out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Unless you want to your day ruined lol.

My first and last time visiting this place. Seems like a lot of the "good" reviews are bought. I ordered a large wrap, and this lady literally put two pieces of spinach, 4 olives, 2 banana peppers. I was honestly just dumb struck with the amount of veggies I was getting for the "large" wrap I had ordered. Save your money everyone and order somewhere else.

The cucumbers were roten and she put them on my sub I ask for her to take them off... she did in a huff... and put them backto use again..... her shirt was covered in mayo and very dirty pants.... was so gross I will never go there again.... she was so rude!!!!

I love this location! Extremely helpful staff. I wanted to use a coupon I've received in the mail,some toppings would've been an extra charge. She was nice enough to mention a different way I can make my Sub and they don't cheap out on the toppings. I even got a drink with it! Thank you muchly! I appreciate it♡.

Dont go here, terrible subway. The last 3 times I've ordered through the app, they barely put anything on the sandwich. I had 4 jalapenos on a foot log. I've tried putting double toppings in the app and it didnt work. So I put a comment asking for more as well. Got even less.
