BAD SERVICE in Subway on 635 South Hobart Boulevard Los Angeles, California 90005 I enter the store and the air inside felt strange, it did not feel welcoming. The woman, Maria O. who was helping me, was in a bad mood and in a loud tone she asked me what I wanted. Once I told her my order, I asked her politely to take off a little of the bread out and since I didn't get a response back, I repeated it, and she in a loud rude tone responded "I KNOW." I was shocked that she responded to me like that, because I mostly go to that Subway to buy lunch. Another customer, a man ordered his food and another woman was helping him and he had a low voice and all of a sudden he asked to put a piece of the meatball on top and if she was in streets I am sure she would of screamed at the top of her lungs "I KNOW." I was so bothered by this even my brother got a little scared. When the woman who was helping me asked what I wanted on both of my sandwiches, I responded "Everything except jalapeños, please." Then she loudly said "TOMATOES?" I repeated what I said. After, she asked in a rudely manner "WHAT ELSE?" I jumped a little and said that, that was it. She then again asked rudely "FOR HERE OR TO GO?" I responded "To go.." and she just threw the sandwiches in the bag and in front of me. I always order the same thing and when i open my sandwich, they are always cut all the way, this time both were not cut all the way I had to get a knife and cut it myself. I was so bothered by the two women helping me and the man beside me. It annoyed me that they had a very rude and bad attitude towards me and the man. Work is work. Their attitude can cause clients to not go buy from there. Today, it was not worth spending $16.35 on Subway.
This is one of the subways I try to avoid at all costs. First they are not clean, they are also rude and they always forget to add something to my sandwich And the last time they forgot the avocado I just had it & I told the lady & she said let me check your sandwich so I showed it to her but it’s so disgusting she going through my sandwich to find any avocado and then I just lost my appetite. Plus don’t forget they always skimp out on the toppings it’s like what am I holding a dinky little sandwich that’s all bread. Jersey mikes is so much better !!!! Subway has really gone downhill.
Hi, Today i ran into an issue where there was some sort of glitch from the website; so my money was withdrawn from my pay-pal when i ordered my sandwich online when i got there i told them something strange was going on because the page would not give me a confirmation number but the money was taken out. The manager came out and we tried figuring what was going on. They still served me my food and recommended tips in the future so i wouldn't run into this issue again. Much appreciate their patience and professionalism.
I know your are thinking that this is probably just your typical Subway sandwich store. Well yeah, it is I have been coming here for a few years. I have seen the staff and management come and go but the quality of food is consistent. They use to be open 24 hours now only open until 1am, the staff at one time was rude as hell. However the food is what keeps the doors open, because at the end of the day, if the price is right, the food is right then everything else will definitely be alright.
Love this subway, convenient clean and down the street from my office. The staff is awesome and they always make sure the restaurant is looking and feeling clean.

Food is on par with all subways, however they are very slow. I don’t know if it’s due to management protocol or if the employees have no idea how to team up and get food served. There was 1 person making a sandwich and 4 people waiting. Yet, there was 2 people in the back doing stuff, not on break, one grabbing chips to stock front other washing something. Yet we had to wait so long.
One of the worst Subway in LA, the customer service was terrible I waited 5 mins to be help they kept walking pass me having conversation with each other I was the only one in line, and then I got served some terrible food on top of it, veggies looked old and I asked for rottseie chicken to be tosted and the meat was cold I ended just throwing the food away and wasted 8 dollars.
Came in here to eat a few days ago at about 6 after a long shift and one of the workers there I think his name was Joshua was really nice and very patient as it was my first time ordering from there . He showed me things most costumers get and I tried it out , best sandwhich ever ! This location is not far from me so will def be back soon. Hope I run into that worker again! :)
Bad customer service. I went in on Wednesday at lunch time to get a foot long black forest ham on wheat. Combo, I paid with my EBT card and cashier said it was declined. Twice. I walked out . Went got ony Calfresh app. And went back in and showed her. That they had charged my card . She still said no that it was declined. And that she couldn't do nothing.
Went for wrap after WrkouT with my gf. As we were ordering , my gf asked to used restroom… Guess what , it’s for employees only. Wth . Customers pays you guys and you guys don’t even let them use restroom. Never gonna b back in this store. If management made this decision then very pity and lack of judgement rite there. That’s how u lost customers …
Stood there for 10-15 mins before even being acknowledged. no one else in store, two people working and standing in front of me behind counter. Then to be told they don't even have in stock what I wanted. This is not the first time this happens at this location. Management needs to teach employees how to greet customers coming in.
I’ve ordered a couple times from the website and in person; customer service has always been fine if not great and accessible. I’ve recently had an issue with an unfresh online order (footlong Spicy Italian sandwich), which led me to contract a stomach bug. I would think twice and probably order somewhere else given options
The women who got my orders were not good. She didn't reply anything and gave me less ingredients than other women. I would like to give 10 stars to that women who was nice to me in past day, but I really can't accept treatments of other women. It's your luck to chosen by nice women
they didn't even care that their veggies looked like they had been out for 2 days and continued serving them to customers.. i walked out half way through the creation of my lunch.. go to Roll Roll Roll sushi next door.

So I paid 12$ for a sandwich and soup And when I was told that they were out of soup cups and it would be given in a same size coffee cup I was shocked to see that I was given half a cup of soup I got half a cup soup
Brenda is a young woman that is well versed in customer service. Mine and another customers order (4 subs) all at once while still delivering a great experience. Give that girl a raise ... Today!
This day I went and this guy Anthony is a little bit mean mean mean so not friendly not good customer service almost always in this store the person who works is quite angry and I don't know why
