I will give them 2 stars because it is clean and the food is usually fresh. I've had a few times the meatballs were questionable and received spoiled milk once. However, they are ALWAYS rude. It doesn't matter which employee or what time of day. I used to stop in the gas station 2-3 times a week but stopped going about a year ago. But it never fails, stop by again and EVERY employee in the gas station and subway are rude. Extremely rude! There are too many other subways/gas stations to choose from so I will skip this one!

$60 worth of Door Dash delivery and something is wrong with every sandwich. None of the kids meals have their sides. My sandwich had no condiments or toppings and was suppose to be toasted especially since I'm very pregnant and unable to have uncooked meat. None of the sandwiches were cut and all missing at least condiments if not toppings as well. Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway off Franklin and Thompson... much nicer, full restaurant.

Please wash your hands with soap and water before attempting to make someone’s food order- ESPECIALLY after returning from the restroom.. Disgusting! Even if you wash them in the restroom, hands still need to be washed before putting on clean gloves to prepare food. Mobile order wasn’t ready at promised time. After waiting over five minutes past the pick up time, I canceled the order- mostly bc of lack of hand washing..

I placed an order online that didn't go through and the owners were very patient and adamant about resolving the issue. I placed an order in the store, after discovering that the online charge did not go through, and I received quality fast service. The lady making my sandwich was very kind. Highly recommend!

I called this place three times and they kept hanging up on me , not only that but I had to look up Google translate to ask them if they we're open in Spanish. If you guys aren't open 24 hours you might wanna change it. Cause this really pissed me off. Me and my cousin we're hungry and got a rude response.

I’m so so so upset that I went to my favorite subway and watched her serve and take money (bills) from two customers then proceed to try and make our sandwiches (which we declined). That is not food safety and especially not okay with Covid going on right now. Very disappointed …

This Subway fixed me a fresh and delicious 12" sandwich with a friendly smile so I rate it highly. However it is located in a gas station so I can't say that the atmosphere was great. It had a pay phone in the parking lot...a cool blast from the past. More
