Came into the sandwich shop in the bus terminal. The woman at the counter asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a number 30 never had a number 30 I don’t know what’s on it. She started asking me what’s on the 30 I do not know I told her that part of the sign is covered up and got upset at me because I didn’t know it was on the sandwich and started to Yell at me because she didn’t know what supposed to be on the sandwich and I should it’s a Restaurant if you don’t know what’s on the menu, don’t take it out on the customer who’s ordering from that same menu very rude and unprofessional so I turned around and walked out. Would you give me the store number would give me the manager nothing very unprofessional staff

Traveling from California to North Carolina, had a layover here and made the mistake of coming to this subway. This was the most aggressive and racist experience I’ve ever had. The woman assumed I couldn’t speak English even though she saw me speaking English with my partner and our luggage became her business. My partner repeated bacon 4 times and I guess she couldn’t hear because she was too worried about what I was doing. Her whole demeanor changed when someone that looked like her walked in, she greeted him & gave him great customer service, I wish I could’ve said the same but unfortunately I was discriminated and I wonder how many other people she has mistreated that can’t speak up for themselves…

Terrible service rude as hell I have never experienced this type of behavior from an establishment not to mention the girl was yelling and I had my children with me it took everything not to snatch her from around the counter then the other lady come out the back instead of checking the employee she also starts yelling looking dirty filthy hollering screaming don’t spend a dime here terrible just nasty both need to be fired the other employees even came outside to where I was saying they both were wrong the security guard did too and said it happens all the time why is this happening all the time they need to be fired.I will be calling corporate about the matter

I wish they had an option to rate it -0 because that's exactly what this place deserve. This subway is one of the worse that I've ever been to.. The employees are extremely rude and very unsanitary. The same gloves they use for making sandwiches with they use them for everything else as well. One employee left and went to the back with them on while the other was on her cell phone. All this while in between making sandwiches. They had very bad attitudes toward customers especially the ones asking questions. Because they were too busy gossiping amongst themselves about drama and one them who kids didn't have school today. Horrible Customer service!

The service was substandard as the two employees we're cursing, they didn't wear hair nets and one got into an argument with two separate customers. Unfortunately it's the closest eatery available and other places are at least 6 blocks away. The restaurant next to subway in the station was closed. If your layover is more than one hour it's worth catching an Uber to nicer restaurants for better service and food. I've been catching Megabus, Greyhound & Amtrak through this station for 20+ years and this subway almost always has unprofessional staff. My theory is that they are a reflection of management.

Favorite place to go daily...its one located inside the hospital...so you kno it's extra clean..fast service..ready to serve..just what and how you like it...well I must admit I've been on my job..14 yrs...so I'm knowing where I'm eating ( fresh)..sub way.. I always order pizza..with plenty of greenery.. I love 9 grain bread with blacken Forrest ham..light lettuce mustard.. or the special meals now that they except the mailed coupons to my home....then there's Wal-Mart..near my home..going to eat on the shopping day..why not eat fresh..at one of my favorite spots subway..

Horrible services, I have to wait here at the greyhound an hour with my son. I ordered a egg n cheese and the lady in blue dreds skips me and starts making other sandwiches i ask did u forget mines and i repeat my order n she starts putting steak when i said egg n cheese sandwich she gets mad because i told her i didnt want steak n threw my bread to the side n said get yo money back.. Thanks subways i dont how long till me n my son eat again.

They deserve 0 stars, asked for a black forest ham sandwich and they made turkey instead, even asked if it was ham they were making and they said turkey not caring to get the order right. Took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich because they employees were fighting with each other and cursing. Flys were buzzing around the open condiments too. Worst subway I have ever been in!!! They need to fire all the staff and start over again!!!

Trying to leave nola to baton rouge via megabus and this employee in subway inside the terminal is completely harassing us while we try to eat. Because of my legit legal service dog. After we showed documentation. Being very confrontational and ultimately throwing us out after we ate, after she approached us several times while we were eating and heckled us. COMPLETLEY ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO THE DAA AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They really need a minus 10,and the whole staff needs to be replaced,I was in the Union Bus Station location, and realized that the staff locked a women in the store and they all went home, 2 of the employees who managed S. Diamond Street location also managed this same location, they have no customer service skills at all, I was in disbelief because I had issues from the previous experience with them

Absolutely low grade attitudes toward customers, their jobs & even themselves. 2 young ladies spent more time gossipping to each other about the customers that were in front of them than actually being good at any of their job directives. You'd feel better eating a knuckle sandwich than eating a Subway Sandwich from this place! #Geezus!

I've never been denied free water at any food establishment as I always provide my own cup. There is a first time for everything. I decided not to finish my transaction and got a salad from Rouse's down the street. So glad I did that! They have a great prepared foods section! I'm glad the employees at Subway were so rude or I may have ended up eating a subpar sandwich instead

This place is quick. That's about the only thing going for it. Bread tastes like raw dough, store doesn't keep sandwich fillings stocked. Line is run like a slop house kitchen, unfriendly employees who just throw each sandwich together. Must be easy to not care how this Subway is run, when they do such a high volume from hungry travelers. What a shame.

Customer Service is the worst, asked only to have the bread removed from the middle of my hero and the rude employee said no he don’t have time for this nor is he required to do so. Took the bread and through it back on the tray. Simply the worst, he really need to check his attitude.

They close in one hour but someone just mopped the floor. They told my daughter they were not taking orders because they were waiting for the floor to dry. Why mop the floor an hour before closing and have customers standing waiting to place their order. There were other ppl waiting as well.

This Subway location is in the Amtrak train station in New Orleans.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever visited. The cashier was rude and ignorant. She was on her cell phone at the register while she was taking orders and then went off on me and said she wasn’t serving me.

Not customer friendly. I had to ask the person making a sandwich to change her gloves and I think she was the manager.. I had just stopped in to eat after a fishing trip down in Venice.. I'll pass it by from now on..

What a awful place with awful employees, came to get water cuz the water fountain not working in the station. The lady behind counter yelled me out. Attitude problems

Worst subway ever been to In My Life prices are way too high the people are unfriendly and you cannot get refills even if you want water

subway already has exceptionally low standards in terms of customer service, but this place somehow managed to lower the bar

Bought meal online for someone and they refused to give them the drink & chips, because the person had a service dog.
