BEWARE! Management at this location does not hold there employees accountable for their actions. The only male employee there. I don't know his name because he refused to give it to me. I ordered a sandwich and told him what I wanted and there was a miscommunication on his part and then tried to charge me for a sandwich that I did not order. This guy then tears my sandwich open all while cussing at me and takes off the bacon that apparently didn't belong on the sandwich that I ordered. I then told him that I didn't want a sandwich that was misshandled and again while swearing at me in front of customers he grabbed the sandwich and threw it on the floor. The ladies there we more then accommodating and made me a new sandwich, while they were telling the guy to stop swearing at us. I then asked for a refund and the guy refused to give me a refund. Then he finally reached in the cash register and threw $2 at me. I paid with a credit card. We called the corporate office and filed a complaint, and figured that they would rectify the situation. After another visit a week later, my 16 year old daughter walked in with one of our employees, and he immediately kicked them out of his store. This store is across the street from our business. Our business is a 4.8 * business. I honestly cannot believe their management has not rectified the situation. I would urge everyone to go to different Subway and the customers will have the last voice.

Never come here!!! The employee tried to short change me on my sandwich by putting only 3 slices of meat on the bread of my footlong and was very rude to me and my father. Being mellow folk we were still very nice to him and tried to talk him out of his angry mood (we all have bad days) so I asked him how his day was going. He ignored me and ignored what I asked him to put on my sandwich?? Just saying "so you're done." and moving on to my father's sandwich. I was starving and not wanting to cause a scene so I just went along with him trying to short change us on our sandwiches but when we did the promotion for the $5 ham foot longs the employee kept trying to charge my father $14.21 refusing to say why. So my dad asked i'f he could use a coupon and the employee threw it and some trash at my father's face and then cussed at us in Spanish. My father in shock like me threw the sandwiches back at the guy and we left to go to Jimmy John's. To the subway employee I hope you read or see this, you are the most disgraceful and cowardly person I've ever encountered in my entire life, I don't know i'f you're a racist or if you're just a human piece of garbage, but I will never ever come back to this Subway as long as I Live. Shout out to Jimmy John's for being awesome! They're just up the street by tmobile and Tony burger both excellent by the way

Placed online order for 3 subs and 2 wraps plus 3 drinks. Online receipt indicates details. Very clear. I was at work so I sent my son to pick up. Didn't have ingredients for one wrap so didn't make it. Completely didn't make another sandwich. Accused son of stealing lemonades paid for online. I work in service and know things happen. Called to address issues. She explained it was resolved and to send my son back. Sent back 1 wrap saying sorry its not what you ordered but we don't have sauce for that and a sandwich that she made a wrap when it was supposed to be a sub. So much for easy dinner on a late work day.

Worst. Subway. Ever. Understaffed, dirty, and unprofessional. Their bathroom had problems and the door lock didn't work. The one worker they did have seemed very stressed and had a hard time communicating. On top of all this the surrounding area smells of smoke and looks like you might get jumped any second. Just go to the subway a couple minutes drive from here. You'll save yourself so much heartache. You couldn't pay me to go back again.

Genuinely the most friendly Subway I’ve ever visited. Both of the employees working when I visited 5/18/22 at around 1:30 PM (didn’t catch their names) provided fast and pleasant service. Considering the typical Subway experience (generally mediocre service), this was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you!!

The lady here is amazing! Quick, clean, and efficient! I love that she washes her hands and changes her gloves after every order. Sandwiches are yummy and well balanced as other subways rarely put anything on them. All around great work ethic therefore making wait times short! Love it!

I just went in to get a sandwich for my daughter. The lady preparing my sandwich noticed my parent badge from primary children's hospital. While preparing the sandwich she made a strong connection to my situation and brightened my day. Staff here are very observant and care about the customers. I hope to return here again. Thank you!!!!

Food was delicious. It was late, we were so glad they were open!!! Thank you, we had another hour long drive and hadn't eaten for 8 hours.

This place made me sick last night. I always try to avoid this location at night because they guy behind the counter is really stingy with the vegetables and condiments. I saw him argue with a guy once over napkins. Not the friendliest service and the sandwiches always are just ok.

Awesome people when doordash didn't deliver my food the guy helped me get me my order. He was very professional about it and understanding. I was very satisfied with the services he give me. I will continue coming to this location as a loyal customer.

Whom ever the gentleman was closing the store by himself on Friday 12/27. That kid is a champ! Took our family of 4’s order and didn’t make us feel rushed knowing he had someone else awkwardly standing close behind us. Solid kid! Good work!

I expected more but guess that's what happens when you go to major food chain but that's what postings for helping future attendees and what not so check them out if you want it needs tlc for sure staff aren't bad people either

After making eye contact, the service person went to the back, leaving us to wait for nearly 10 minutes. When we did order, the ingredients for what we ordered were not in stock. The service was not what I wished for.
