Just ordered online at this location. I walked 20 minutes to pick it up. When I walked in Freddie greeted me by saying 'you took a long time'. Well, yes. I walked. Freddie also had a friend behind the counter with him that was clearly not a subway employee. Then he told me that he 'didn't look at your order until it was mostly done and forgot your deluxe meat'. This should have been a HUGE clue. He refunded me the $3 and then I tipped him $1 for his honesty. BIG mistake. 20minutes later and I am home. My sandwiches are entirely wrong. No cheese and none of the toppings were right. The other sandwich got ranch and black pepper added to it for no reason and once again the toppings were all wrong. So disappointing considering it is now 9 o'clock and I'm not walking back especially after my phone interaction with Freddie a few moments ago . I called to speak to Freddie and he told me that when he made my sandwiches another customer walked in so he had to 'rush' my food. This seemed to be a perfectly fine response. I asked him 'I'm a customer too? I paid the same as that other customer'. He then proceeded to tell me I wasn't listening to him. I asked him when I could speak to a manager. He just hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. I never once cursed at him or was inappropriate. I just wanted answers. Freddie should be fired immediately. I will be bringing this sad excuse for a sandwich back in tomorrow and hopefully speaking with someone who knows what customer service is. UPDATE: Went in today with my awful sandwiches and was greeted by a very friendly manager that did all she could to rectify the situation including remaking my subs and throwing in some chips and cookies to make me feel better about having to walk both times. She was very gracious even though I came in clearly upset. I feel bad because I neglected to get her name and she really did handle things well. I sincerely hope they fire Freddie. He is clearly not trustworthy enough to be in the store alone and he was obviously responsible for closing by himself that night. This location should be more aware when hiring and training associates

I was extremely upset and distrubed by the way i and my fiancee were treated at this store. First was given a hard time asking to use restroom. Then when i went to order my sandwich i ordered a steak and swiss cheese. I was told they dont carry swiss and most all subways dont which i know is not true i order this sandwich several times a week. Then when he was putting the meat on this $8.69 sandwich i asked him to make sure the meat was all the way to the end of the bread. I told him it didnt have enough on it you could see the bread. He then proceeded to dump the meat off my sandwich cope a really nasty attitude then get a scale out and started weighing the meat When it got to the point he was tearing little peices of steak off what was in the first small scoop he collected i decided i no longer could trust or wanted this person to make my dinner. I told him as much and we exchanged words. My fiancee and i walked out and left when he started getting nasty. I then told him i would never come to this subway again. He then chased us out to our car we were already getting in it to leave and he tooks pictures of us and continued his nasty tirade. I flipped him off and pulled away. What is the world coming to when u are gonna pay almost nine bucks for sandwich and its too much to expect to be treated with dignity respect and to have the meat at least cover the bread. I dont know what was wrong with the worker but he had an attitide from the minute i got there to when because i am diasabled i had to sit on a chair to place my order he had to actually lean forward to take my order. To when i was chased to my car. I would reccommend trying a different subway if you want full value for ur money and to be treated with good customer service.

There's better Subways around town... there's even a better one a couple miles east on the same street! This place skimps on the veggies, the lettuce was wilted, and the wrap wasn't wrapped well. The gal working there was so harried- I feel sorry for her, clearly management isn't scheduling people when they need to. While I was there, a woman came in (professionally dressed, looked fresh off of work in an office- maybe in her 50s), desperate to use the restroom. The Subway worker told her she had to wait until after she bought something. !!!!!!! I couldn't believe it and will not be returning.

I go to subway almost every day. I'll have to say worst one I been to walked in no one around tapped on employee door nothing stood around 4 at least 10 mins say hello ...nothing opened employee door saying hello finally a head pecks around corner. Walks out tells me rude of me. I think rude not to even answer me after 10 mins of being in there than tells me what I order she doesn't have most of my ingredients.. rudest employee I've ever delt with. I will never give that subway my business. If I was the owner I'd fire her

The only information for salad prices is adding $1.29 to the price of a 6" sandwich. i asked for a Spicy Italian salad. I was charged $11.69 at the register. When I asked how they came up with that exorbitant price she explained she pushed the button for Spicy Italian salad and that's what came up. It wouldn't have been nearly as irritating had they told me in the first, if the vegetables were fresh and I had not wanted to go to Mod Pizza in the first place but this place was closer. Never again.

0 stars if I could! I made an online order to be ready at 3pm. I arrived at that time and it wasn't ready. They were making a lot of sandwiches, so I waited my turn in line. When it was my turn, I was told by one employee that the other was making the online orders and that I had to wait. The first employee then helped walk-ins that came after me who were out before I was! I waited over 40 minutes for my sandwich because I didn't want to lose my money!

Update 8/17/23 Jayden (manager?) was very rude, long story short. The end of my sandwich bread was hard and stale. Which ironically was in stark contrast to the 'fresh' shirt worn by the employees. The toppings are also added onto the sandwich like a wedge so that one half of the sandwich gets a decent share of toppings and the other is mostly bread. Their prepared product looks nothing like their advertisements.

I've been here many times for lunch.. It's a typical Subway.. could use better seating, and more attention could be paid to the dining area cleanliness.. Overall tho, the employees have been friendly and sanitary (I watch hand hygiene like a health inspector), sandwiches have been consistent, and when I've had to wait (which is seldom), the line moved quick enough that it wasn't a bother. It's a good, quick spot for lunch.

Omg took me forever to find this certain subway location where I bought my sandwich from. Lol anyways, TRACY is the awesome sandwich artist who was so kind and extremely Pleasant through out my visit there, she is very friendly and she made my sandwiche so freaking good. Looking at these reviews. I realized that people don’t get how online orders impact workers and especially when they are low staff. So before you give a low star because your order wasn’t exactly on time or that you were told other online orders came first. Realize one person doing everything isn’t easy. Also she loads the sandwiches lovely!!

Today i went into this subway and a young man and young lady was working he was on his phone txing in the lobby and she was behind the counter making sandwiches. Well after waiting for all most 10 for help or even acknowledgement. I was the only customer in there at the time i just left very very poor service and customer service i wont be back and i will tell others not to go there as well

Couldn't believe my ears when I show up and the snotty guy behind the counter began telling me he hates my headlights, as I left my car on with the lights on pointed in the window... This is just a shout out to you my friend, I didn't care for your stupid blue earrings and cranky attitude. Hope this reaches the owner. Couldn't use my gift card either due to technical difficulties.

Im Dyslexic, this makes it hard for me to make decisions on the fly. So when I walk in and saw that the door had a lock on it,annoyed but ,understanding I asked the clerk if she had a key or code that is when she snap at me"you have to buy some thing first" I told her I was she would not give me the key or code tell I decided what I wanted!

Had a wrap and was so yummy. This one had options my local one does not, (toppings, cheeses, drinks, etc). So it was like being spoiled. The fact that the employees were nice was an added bonus. Would have posted a photo, but food was gone by the time I remembered.

Don't come here, some Subways are good but this one is not appealing. The employee was rude and told me she can't help me in person because she has other things going on and that its more convenient for me if I leave because other customers did before me.

The lady working tonight is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced at a Subway. It took her 10 min (I timed her) to make 2 sandwiches! Then an online order came in and therefor was infront of me. After already waiting 15 min. I left. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Absolutely horrible service. Whenever I go there, it's either an obnoxiously long wait, or whoever is working is not properly trained and has several issues ringing up my order. Sometimes, a worker isn't even available so I have to leave.
