    "Today I am thoroughly disappointed with my Experience today at the subway I first walk in and I noticed that most of the employees are in the back I get to the line to order my food and I noticed that the Food Line most of it is empty and hasn’t been serviced in a while this is already a red flag but I drive a truck and at the time I was hungry for subway needless to say my server was rude I asked for provolone cheese they didn’t have any the pepper jack cheese look old and dry I ask for a cup for some sweet tea and of course there was no sweet tea I’m glad that there wasn’t any sweet tea because the sweet tea bins were disgustingly nasty so needless to say I probably will not be coming back to this particular subway and someone needs to come in hereAnd someone needs to come here to see what is going on at this particular subway today it was disgusting"

The store hours CLEARLY state this store opens at 7am. Store #13083. I was there a few minutes after 7, waiting OUTSIDE of the store. The worker inside could see me waiting and still did not come unlock the door. And I decided to resort to this store because the one inside Walmart (24hr Subway, Store #38566) - the employee was counting change and said she'd be with me in just a minute, and I ended up waiting at that store for 20mins while she counted pennies. So I went across the street.. stood there in front of the store for about 15 minutes and then decided to head BACK to the Walmart's Subway. The employee then said she was waiting on the computer to boot up. I guess it was shift change? I'm not sure. But if it's a 24hr store, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER 24/7. Plus, there was someone else ahead of me now. So I go back over across the street to the one that opens at 7am. It's now 7:25, and the store is still not open. She sees me through the window, standing there.. and doesn't even signal "1 min" with her hands or acknowledge me in any sort of way. I waited there for about another 10mins and finally decide to leave. With no breakfast. Nothing to eat. This was ALL on my break too. I'd been gone from work for almost AN ENTIRE HOUR when I was only supposed to be out for 15mins. So I returned to work with no breakfast. I kept looking over at the Whataburger line as it continued to grow while waiting there for almost an entire hour. I didn't want to wait in the line there at Whataburger and then the Subway open up right after I placed my order. I figured, "Subway will open any minute, they open at 7am." NOPE. I WAS WRONG. It was 7:35am by the time I left and the lady is still inside doing a bunch of labeling and microwaving. I JUST WANTED ONE SANDWICH. I came here yesterday morning too and ordered a sandwich. She was open by 7:30am... but looked like she'd just got done setting everything up. IF YOUR STORE SAYS YOU OPEN AT 7AM, THAT MEANS YOU'RE SERVING CUSTOMERS AT. SEVEN. A.M. PERIOD. Now I can understand a few minutes off... but damn near an ENTIRE HOUR That's ridiculous. And the fact that I had to go back and forth between the two Subways and COULDN'T PLACE AN ORDER AT EITHER OF THEM?? ONE IS 24HRS AND THE OTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 7AM?!? IT WAS 7:35AM AND I STILL COULDN'T PLACE AN ORDER??? Officially BOYCOTTING SUBWAY. Your sales have gone down FOR A GOOD REASON, OBVIOUSLY. Your customer service SUCKS. Customers are better off spending their money AND TIME elsewhere. Remodeling your stores will DO NOTHING FOR SALES when your employees CAN'T RUN A STORE. Good Day. Courtney Brink

Horrible service .we were first in line. There were three guys working one guy took the first person in our party of three order he was new and slow but was not trained good they must oflet him just go on his own. then five more customers came in after us and instead of helping the slow guy and taking the rest of our partys order who came in first they passed us and took the five peoples orders and checked them all out and then came back to take our order.first in last out then when I gave them coupon they couldn't take it because they said some stores take the coupon and there's don't but it took the last lady's coupon that checked out before us they should of said it was wrong coupon that I noticed later is why it didn't take.none of the five people behind us orders were ordered on the app or called in ahead they ordered like us in the store will never go back they deserve no stars for this service

I have never had such an unpleasant experience in this location, it’s June 21st on a Friday and two young women were working there from the hours of 3:00pm to 3:30pm and they were the worst. They were unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing. They Sat in the dinning area when I came in and asked me how many sandwiches before attending me to see if they should both get up. On top of that they proceeded to make my sandwich buy over stuffing it which resulted on one of the cheeses to fall as she was folding the sandwich. They asked me if I wanted another one but I was already 20 minutes into my 30 min break. So I hope this gets settled because this is unacceptable and to top it all off I was almost charged for getting water.

Always a pleasure to go to any subway store. But on some of the stores I would see flies flying around the veggie area especially the one on airport freeway on I 21 please do something about it and on that one in particular the server told me she didn't get any sleep the night before, because her “boyfrind" came home drunk and made a rukus that she couldn't put her mind in her job. Look if these instances don't get fixed. I Will go somewhere else to do business. Plus soda fountain machine was spewing soda every where why didn't the subway attended advice the customer that it was out of order I wouldn't have paid for a combo.

Worst subway ever Store says it closes at 10 during the week employees turn all lights off around nine or a little after and will not let you order nothing they say they’re out of everything so they don’t have to serve you.. nothing but kids in there that have no respect very nasty place

Wish I can give it 0 stars. but Absolute worst experience today. Our food was so sloppy. Seemed like the 2 women that were there just wanted us out. My order was the worst. Over stuffed. I got the meatball 6 inch sandwich and everything was splattered, unbelievable. Took it home and when I unwrapped it the whole thing was soggy and everything was just stuck to the paper. Will not be coming back for a while.

I know it's been awhile play I remember that visit very well cuz it was the first and only time I wouldn't stress store the employees were rude they did not acknowledge me as a customer when I first walked in. It was are very very poor first impression, and the only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because even though the service was the worst the sandwich was still good.

I have worked in the area for 3 years now. We eat here about once a month, if not more. We have NEVER had an issue at this location. Food is always delicious and fresh, employees are always smiling and so helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. It doesn't matter if it is slow or busy when I walk in, we always receive top notch customer service!

I did an in store pick up. I waited outside about 30min for my order to be ready and in those 30min I barely saw any people go in. Once I got home I realized all of my subs didn’t have cheese and none of them were toasted. I guess I’ll never do an online pick up from this location because apparently they can’t follow simple instructions.

The employees are always friendly. Food is fresh. Short wait times even when busy. Clean eating area but small. Best for takeout. Area still has some problems with loitering and homelessness so be on guard. Nice alternative to greasy fast foods. Decent selection of non carbonated drinks including bottled water. Easy to find location.

Can't get 2 scoops of tuna without having to pay for a 6 inch sandwich being charged. I didn't buy anything obviously.... That lady crazy to try to charge me for a 6 inch and I just want the tuna

Update! I recently visited this location and compared to the last time i was here i have to say.. The food and employees was on point. Everything was fresh and had all the veggies and other good stuff i needed for my sub! Will be back. Thanks for improving drastically.

Last time im ordering online. Specifically put exactly what i wanted on the subs. and i still get the wrong order. or did the computer mest up? smh. last time i had went i was also on hold the whole time because they rather talk to eachother. unprofessional
