The women behind the counter was nowhere to be found at first. She appeared from the back with product to flip her table. She said nothing. Her second trip from the back she was again carrying product. She finally says "I'll be right there." She then takes my order. As she is making my sandwiches she is touching everything. Turning off the counter lights. Unplugging her phone charger. As she pulls my sandwich to the side with the veggies, there is a long black hair right under where she just put my food. When I tell her about the hair, she proceeds to try and pick it up with her gloves, then with the knife she just used on my food. This is disgusting, not because a hair is like crazy gross, but how she handled herself and my food. Her customer services skills were very unprofessional and her cleanliness was less than acceptable. We will not be returning and it is a shame we shop at this walmart all the time.

0 stars. Employees didn't know how to make things that are advertised on the menu. I asked for a meatball sub on cheesy garlic bread, biggest picture on the menu is advertising it. They asked me if I wanted garlic on it, well yeah it's cheesy garlic bread. Then guy put wayyyy too much garlic butter on it. Then put the meatballs on and I told him what kind of cheese and he was about to put it in the oven and I asked aren't you going to put the cheese on the bread? And he said more cheese? I said it's supposed to be cheesy garlic bread. And pointed at the picture. And he barely spoke english so the other two ladies would speak to him in spanish. Then he kinda lifted up the meatballs and put a couple CLUMPS of the shredded mozzerella on it. And also, the credit card machine was in spanish. Once I tried eating my sub, the only thing I could taste was garlic so I threw it away.

Very busy gas station with a Subway inside. My husband and I had a meatball sub last night. They were pretty good. The staff make a quick sandwhich yet they have taken the time to offer things to get customer loyalty on more than one occassion. Most places rarely act like anything more than a human conveyer belt making fast meals out of fast food choices! I think the last time I asked the order taker for BBQ sauce they looked confused at me then looked up at the menu behind them cause they didnt know how to ring it up to add it to my sandwhich. So I truly appreciate customer service and if they understand it's better to give an extra meatball here and there rather then throw 'em away my loyalty is won....good job Subway!

This place is the worst Subway I've been to. I only gave them 2 stars because of the 2 friendly employees I see when I visit. Everyday on my 30 minute lunch break I go for a sandwich there is always 1 or 2 employees working during lunch hours 12pm to 2pm. It literally takes me 15 minutes to get my food because the line is long with only 2 people working. I feel so sorry for the Black guy & Hispanic girl working there. They really did try their best to take care of customers fast but they definitely look like slaves behind the counter.

I wish I could give it a zero, workers don’t understand anything you ask for. Apparently the mozzarella is only for the pizzas. Ordered the new boneless chicken and they threw it in the microwave and they were extremely dry. No forks to eat it. Asked for ranch and the employee put in on her and and spelt it to confirm that was what it was. Roaches in the lights.

I recently worked for this store. Was one of the only employees that spoke English. I couldn't get proper training because nobody spoke good English. All employees in this store are mostly transfers from Puerto Rico. The Manager Jeremy is complete jerk and is sometimes VERY rude to some customers. HORRIBLE place to Work. My employment was terminated because I'm planning to move soon. And they rather let me go than file a transfer to a different store. ABSOLUTE IDIOTS!!

Hire employees who know English. I asked the lady multiple times if she had tried the sub I was getting and if she had thought it was good. She kept ignoring the question every time I asked it and just asked me what I wanted on it. When I payed she told me the price and just walked away. didn't stay for me to pay or anything. If it's a Spanish lady in there, for your sake just walk away. there's a subway down the road from this one.

Been to this location twice. 1st time rude staff and 2 soda syrups were out. Took staff 15 minutes to change and there were no customers. I was done with my sandwich with no drink. 2nd time was just now and again not so friendly staff. I was next in line and lady let 3 people cut in front of me. I walked out without ordering. I really wanted to but my Ren Fest tickets too. Ugh! Nothing annoys me more that bad customer service.

had the best sub there, had great customer service the woman behind the counter didn't miss a beat on getting what I wanted on my sub. even after a couple before me were quite rude and had an argument while ordering their sub's. the wife of the couple was very fouled mouthed and rude to the lady serving them. I would give the lady behind the counter kudos, she handled them quite well. I'm a happy customer.

I wanted a cold sandwich. I was exhausted and hadn't eaten all day. I ordered rotisserie chicken sandwich. She put the meat in the microwave and threw it on my sandwich. I asked her about it and she literally said it was cold and slimy. I should have just left. Buy the time I got home I had a warm ball of goo. The chicken was so dry it was unedible. Just disgusting. I will never eat at subway again.

20 minutes till 10 the worker this subway looks at me and said sorry we closed at 9:45. I told her it’s not even 945 and your hours say 10. After arguing with her she reluctantly agrees to make me a sub but says I’m limited to one And there after she said she didn’t have everything I asked for. I will never come back to this location I hope management reads this. The date was December 8, 2021.

I didn't get waited on. The guy did a lot of talking and waited on 2 people ahead of me but didn't wait on my. He stood next to the girl making sandwiches with his hands on his hips. I didn't even get acknowledged. This happened Sat. Sept. 11th around 130 pm. Never again will I step foot in that store. I finally turned and walked away.

Worse subway Ever! Just when I thought the owner was turning it around for better it got worse. I use to get fresh bread every morning from the manager kwami but now since he left all I get is OLD leftover bread with rotten tomatoes, sour cheese and frozen eggs. I will NEVER eat there again, I'd rather starve to death

The employee coughed on my sandwhich while making it, Paused, looked at me and said "sorry". Then kept making the sandwich. I guess serves me right for ordering subway in a walmart

I am a manager of a business right down the street. My staff goes to Subway a lot. Today I walked in and they would not take $100 bill. Needless to say I will not be going there and I will tell my staff to go someplace else. This owner seems not to care about his business

On July 1st I went to buy a Turkey sandwich and I was very surprised to see employees that spoke English. They also have a New manager.. Kwame was so nice and made my sandwich Perfect.. I will definitely start going back there for lunch now that a new manager there..

They won't let you ait down in the back tables after 7:30pm away from all the noise....this is a shame and poor customer service....when I sitted on the back tables an old guy came out and slammed a chair and was saying dumb things. Worse subway experience.

Rude manager,worst customer service ,on busy times of the day they closing the dining area leaving only 3 freaking tables,means get your food and get the hell out of my reastaurant.you cant even get a table to eat your food.I called it drive through subway.

I eat at subway a lot, and this particular location is clearly not being run up to par. Unprofessional staff and not so fresh vegetables are biggest offenses. If you don't mind eating lettuce that looks like they got it out of a dumpster then come on down.

They have no water cups, you have to pay for a bottle, the bread was all out except the most boring white bread. The chicken wasn't heated up correctly and some pieces were cold while others were hot. Do NOT go there if you want quality!

This place is nasty you cant even see clearly through the glass to the toppings. I looks as if it hasn't been cleaned for some time. The same mess as the one down the street. Also the same employees working at both.

I bought a $19 meal here and asked for a cup for water to go with it but the nice lady refused. She said they have no cups to give for water. So I sat and ate with my kids complaining that they were thirsty.

Terrible customer service. The food was GROSS and the manager would not honor a coupon for a buy one get one... even though it was a valid Subway coupon. TERRIBLE. I will never ever eat here again.

The service was very mediocre. Seems like the guys didn’t want to Make my foot long. He also has an attitude with the guy in-front of me because he wanted extra mayo And napkins, that’s pathetic!

Ordered through DoorDash. Only half of the order was sent with the driver. Hung up on 3 times after being put on hold and never got to speak with anyone. Waste of money and time. Never again.
