Ordered online and I got the wrong bread. As soon as I opened my sandwich bacon was burnt. Condiments look horrible. Old nasty and half the sandwich had half of my ingredients not the complete sandwich. Left a help review but one here too so people know what happens in this subway. Go check my pictures on yelp trust me you won’t want to eat there ever again. Try to contact the store numerous time they kept canceling my calls and they even picked up and when I said something the hung the phone up. Who ever is working the 12am-3am on 8/10/2020 is a horrible employee or staff that they have. Not green peppers and hardly any lettuce. Employees have nasty attitude and service from what I see. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to stay alive and healthy.

I went there a couple of weeks ago about 11pm, the staff was nice but there was a cockroach in the dining are that walked all the way from the back. I let the staff know, they killed it and went on like nothing had happened. Today when I went in and there was a girl talking to some people at a table. Once she saw me she walked behind the counter, but the was no "helo, how are you doing?, welcome to sumbway" nothing. She just stood there for a few moments as I looked at the menus and walked away saying "let me know when you are ready" she wasny rude per say but the way she went about things did make me feel like I was bothering her. I am becoming very disappointed with this establishment.

Karla is the worse, i asked for 2xtuna n she shorted me a scoop,when i said something I got the stink eye, at checkout I asked for soup n she said there wasnt any n i had looked and there was, it was steamin hot.no thankyou or anything, i see reading the comments that certain ethnic groups are complimenting and others are complaining, this is a clear pattern of prejudicial treatment. Good afternoon, the service at subway on national ave was fantastic. The workers in the store were organized, professional, and prompt. When I arrived to pick up my very large order, everything was organized, labeled, packed and ready to go. The workers also helped me carry the 140 boxes to my vehicle. This store definitely get an A plus. Nassco General Dynamics would like to thank you for your superb service. We will definitely use this store again for our catering needs.

For some reason the food here tastes better than at other locations. It is 24 hour. Parking is usually not a problem, except for afternoon traffic times. Got a brand new multi flavor soda machine that dispenses soda cold and with plenty of CO2. They also offer other natural drinks. Finally, they always have the appropriate amount of staff. I have a subway 0.4 miles from my house but I drive to this location (1.5 miles away) because it's worth it!

The food was ok. But some employees wear gloves and touch their masks and registration without throwing them . I have ordered a sandwich and saw employee was wearing gloves and touching his mask and registration and at the same time doing sandwiches. Thats nasty because cornonavirus. It was on November 25 at 3:30 morning. He was mix male

Horrible customer service, especially the girl with the hat with the anime pins. She rolled her eyes like she didn't care when I said that the soda machine wasn't working. They definitely need training for Customer service ASAP.

I went to subway on 28th street and National Avenue and I was going order 3 foot longs subways but just on the first one it was making me nauseous with the lady making my subway she was wearing too much make up and look like was going to fall on my subway so I left feeling really sick !

Maggie does not know how to make subs or pannis she messed my entire order up and my experience it was the worst she couldn't understand anything I was saying or comply with simple instructions overall it was horrible never going back at least not to this Subway …

Great staff, quick and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Only problem is sometimes the workers are in the back, may look empty you just have to get their attention.
