I really wanted to like this place because it's my closest sneaker shop and I enjoy supporting small businesses. So I come in on release day to get a pair of Jordan 1. Highs that retail for $180. The lady pulls out my size and says it's going to be $270 plus tax. This is more than you can get them for on reseller sites, so I declined and left. Clearly they are just marking up shoes on release day, and probably back-dooring them if they can't get people in the store to pay. If you're a Nike retailer, you're supposed to be charging Nike retail prices and if you're not, you're simply ripping people off. I'm disappointed, because I don't love lining the pockets of eBay and stockx, but at least there's some transparency there.

This is a legit gym shoe store if you are a sneaker-holic. Great selection of stuff you actually want to try on. Prices are good for what you are buying. My husband and two sons all got new Jordans and are super happy. Great selection of Jordans, AirMax, Foamposites, Etc. and some clothing choices to match. Staff is friendly, not overbearing, and they know their inventory. It is a family run establishment which meant everything was casual, not stuffy, unlike a lot of the shopping on the Magnificent Mile. Again, if you like sneakers, this place is killin' it. They will even ship to you. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I have been going to Succezz for 10 Years. Always enjoy swinging by to see the crew. The staff is extremely helpfu . I have bought shoes for both my daughters here since they were too small to remember. They are awesome with Kids and make the shoe shopping experience lots of fun for them. This is the place to get hard to find shoes and the latest releases. Their new location is great and the store looks awesome. Congrats on the move and here's to another succezzful decade in the South Loop. Support this local business.

My 11-year-old son discovered Succezz, and so we went not really knowing what to expect. This store is absolutely the best sneaker shop on the planet. My son's eyes were wider than any Christmas morning, and admittedly I was nearly as excited. Better than the selection were the amazing folks who helped us. It's an experience my son and I will never forget, and rest assured we will be back. Needless to say, we walked out with two new pair of sneakers, one for my son and one for me, ha! What a great experience.

Don't bother with ever trying to cop anything online when it releases. Was able to checkout a pair of Air Max's, only to have them cancel my order about half an hour later. I suspect total backdooring on their part and/or they got some of the worst web developers who can't control their stock numbers. I later asked them why my order was cancelled, only to get "sorry sold out" from them. Super rude. I appreciate honesty in why they were sold out when they had stock on their site and checked out legitimately.

He's sells fake shoes mixed within the real shoes he has in the store. This guy is a known scammer and liar. Staff is unprofessional and very demanding. They will make you feel very uncomfortable when you walk through the door. Everyone knows he doesn't have a nike contract at all. The guy that use to play professionally basketball that he's friends with does. He up sells 3x the amount of the shoe original price. Which are knockoffs

This store is amazing. It's great to have a locally owned store that just oozes south side Chicago pride for sneaker shopping. They always have the hottest shoes and the biggest releases. All the staff are awesome, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love stopping in just to shop around and see what's new. You honestly can't go wrong here and I can't recommended another shop more than this for your next sneaker pickup.

Amazing service and was assisted immediately, my and my friend where searching for a specific pair of shoes and went to many other shoe stores in search these spending two days prior and was assisted and found the shoes within 20 minutes of entering the store. This store location is very accessible with the green line being a 3 minute walk away at Cermak-McCormick Place station on the near south side on the green line.

Really great selection of hard to find dunks and Air Force 1s. They sell a variety of mens, women's and kids clothing and shoes. They had a lot to choose from in the store but I only went in looking at two styles and Legend was great at sales, patient, nice recommendations and not pushy, she helped me find the perfect pair for my step daughter. Will be back just based on my interaction with Legend.

My son and I, visiting Chicago from a small rural town in Wisconsin (population 2,000), stopped at no less than 10 “Urban Lifestyle” shoe stores in one day. My son loves shoes and everything about big cities. Everyone at Succezz was fantastic and treated us like we were regular clients. Out of all of the stores we visited, we went back to Succezz to make our purchases.

Sneakerhead or just a person wanting some fresh kicks or apparel...Succezz is the place to go. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and will make you want to come back. I've purchased several pairs of shoes and will be back soon. Located right on the outskirts of downtown. If you haven't been, definitely pull up and check em out. You WON'T regret it!!!

This is the best sneaker shop in Chicago. If you are planning on going I highly recommend Succezz. I’ve never get so welcomed into a store like Succezz. Varnard was incredibly helpful and enjoyed seeing my Nike Adapt BB. I went to 13 other sneaker shops in Chicago and they all disappointed me after seeing Succezz. Once again highly recommend this place.

Over priced shoes and dysfunctional website. Next. Not worth your time. Shoes have become a currency. A depreciating asset but people believe what they are told. YOU WILL not be able to resell used shoes for more than you paid. So when you over pay because of bots that steal the shoes to resell in places like these. YOU WASTE money. Skip this spot.

Terrible service. The staff was extremely rude. I went in to look at the shoes and they were charging double the retail price and more on sneakers. How is this even acceptable?! They were very pushy. I’m all for supporting local small businesses. But the prices on this was completely absurd.

I've got helped right away, they were nice respectful and didn't have to wait only less than five minutes to enter due to covid but other than that succezz is clean, spacey, a lot of variety of brands and shoes to pick from I got The adidas Stan smith Kermit for 110 flat

The place is great with top notch sneakers. However, many of these shoes can be found elsewhere for less. On my last visit I decided not to buy because the employee kept trying to push the most expensive sneakers on me. Guess they work for commision.
