I've been a loyal customer to them for sometime now. My home loan is with them and applied for a refinance more than 2 months ago. They were so slow in processing my application to the point that the rate has increased already. Even if it's their fault, they won't honour the rate that they offered me. They should have honoured it at least as an act of goodwill but no. Their turn around time is ridiculously slow, very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers.Will definitely not recommend!

Good customer service, however, only one branch open up to 4pm and closed Saturdays located in the city where finding a car park is a nightmare is not a good support & respect to SA customers. I remember there was a branch somewhere in Modbury and closed few years ago. It's not good for the 4th biggest local bank to have only one branch in SA if they are willing to serve SA customers.

The staff here at this branch, in particular, Joshua & Tanya, went above and beyond to help me through some home loan matters. Although I think Suncorp lags behind in some key product service offerings compared to other banks, their customer service and staff support are first class, exampled by my recent positive experience at this local branch. Well done Joshua & Tanya.

Huntress Dwiyut single handedly insured all of my possessions for at least triple what they are worth at half the price! This is where insurance is ensured! This ginger bombshell is a solid 2 with room too moo (sounded like a ginger over the phone). 10/10 would recommend for a lend.

Horrible customer service, unable to understand operator's when listening to voice messages or in actual conversation. Long wait times on the phone only for them to hang up on me when I got through...terrible experience.

Staff here at Adelaide City Branch are very friendly, helpful and customer focused. We don't use this Branch much but when we have had to we have found staff to be absolutely professional.

Mobile app gives a lot of trouble. I'm locked out of account easily and it takes time to resolve the issue by calling call center. Today is the third time. A lot of headache.
