They never showed up for my friend’s wedding bouquet!!! Super unprofessional! My friend booked her wedding bouquet, left deposit, and even told the florist that she would pick up the flowers around 6pm the day before her wedding. Yet they never opened the store not bother to pick up the phone. We called and texted, and didn’t get any response. My friend didn’t get any apology or explanation until she went back to get the refund. She was told that it’s because of the smoke from Canada. I get it. Some people don’t feel safe to go out all the time. But when you take someone’s wedding bouquet request, at least give them a heads-up and allow them to buy flower from somewhere else, or at least pick up the phone when they call. It was not even the first day of the smoke problem. It started on Tuesday and my friend had her order on Wednesday. Sunny’s Florist didn’t do anything until my friend went back on Saturday, but the damage was done. Most flower stores were closed at 6pm. We spent an hour and half searching and walking, and finally found a place at 7:30pm, where closed at 8pm. The other place was very nice and helped out at last minute. But still, I would never want this kind of hassle again!!!

Sunny’s Florist has not disappointed me yet after being a customer for years. The owners are so sweet and helpful. They know their flowers and how to pair them well to look good in bouquets. Prices are always very affordable for the quality you get. They take both cash and card. During holidays, the lines may be long and sometimes the family takes off (no website to check availability), but it’s checking during their operation hours. The president-made bouquets change according to what’s in stock and the season so that’s a nice surprise too.

Always walked by this florist but never actually commited into buying any arrangements. Decided to purchase for the first time and was incredibly suprised by not only the price, but the quality and the FANTASTIC customer service. Being from NJ, my partner and I will make the active trip just to buy flowers from this location regardless of distance. I cannot recommend this place enough and one to have my support throughout the years.

I had to get flowers last minute and they were able to create a beautiful arrangement that fit my vase within my budget on the same day. They were very attentive and even offered to put the flower in my vase (that I had on hand). While heading to my destination, I had gotten a few compliments on the bouquet. I would definitely recommend this place! They were great and the prices were shockingly reasonable for Manhattan.

Lovely family owned florist! Lovely selection available and it’s clear they care about what they do. The prices are solid and the flowers are well cared for. Very kind people and the years of experience are so clear in how they make the arrangements. They even make two roses look incredible. A really beautiful selection of bouquets and flowers. The owners are so so kind and lovely, always with a smile. I picked up some dried lavender and watched them hand pick a beautiful bouquet for another customer. Instead of a bodega, I highly recommend picking up a special bouquet or florals from here!!!! Bought a beautiful King Protea flower today from this place and the service was outstanding . The man wrapped the flower so nicely and answers all my questions so patiently even though other customers were there and waiting. The flowers r unique and they have a beautiful selection. Definitely will come back to purchase more flowers in the future .

So far the best florist I have ever found in my LIFE. Their price is beyond fair, even on valentines day you will still get a big bunch of flower with no crazy price at all. Their techniques are extraordinary. The flowers are always super fresh. As long as they are open and Im around New York, I would not pick any other florist.

This flower shop makes me so happy. They have the best bouquets at an affordable price and the service is top notch! I seriously can’t recommend this place enough or emphasize how much I love this small, family owned business. They work really hard to source everything locally. Cash is preferred but they take cards with a fee.

This place is beautiful, every flower is in a really good condition and the bouquets were in perfect harmony. Additionally the service was good and fast. In terms of pricing I don't think this isn't expensive at all, is much more beautiful what you can get here compared with what you can get in flower district for $10.

Loveeeee this spot! Beautiful pre-made flower arrangements for about $16-$17, can’t beat the price for what they provide. It also looks like they have other flowers to make your own bouquet but I’m not sure. They do take Apple Pay. Trying to resist the urge to constantly buy every time I’m around and they’re open!!

Absolute GEM. After reading some reviews online, I decided to get some flowers for my sisters birthday. Such a sweet lady who took her time to wrap everything and make everything look pretty. Decently priced too! Definitely recommend all ladies and gents to visit this place for flowers.
