Moved with sunshine removals. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really wasn't impressed with the service. Gave 2 stars as communication was good and 2 of the 3 guys were very friendly, however couldn't rate higher as the removalists on the day were carrying light things one at a time, and was very evidently walking at a slower than usual pace, it was only until my partner said kindly you can walk faster and carry more than 1 light item at a time as we were paying per hour, did they start moving at a regular pace. We were helping with carrying items to the truck and walking at a normal pace however moving a lot faster than the removalists themselves. We needed to make another stop and had to cancel this as it took about 3 hours just to load the truck. I can appreciate it was an apartment so it will take longer, however it took under 2 hours to move in, and that was through the basement down a ramp, and took close on 3 hours moving out on the ground floor. The furniture in the truck wasn't secured properly and my bed headboard fell directly on its front and one of the built in lights now doesn't work. Driving to the new house I left at the same time and went via a drive through not on the way to pick up food, and still waited another 10 minutes for the truck to arrive. No paperwork was exchanged and nothing was signed, and was wrongly over charged at the end of the job, we asked about the charges and the removalists added the costs incorrectly. I have moved 3 times in melbourne in the last 5 years and never had a service like this. I hope you use this review to improve on service and take it as a positive.

Keep away from this mob after agreeing on a booking time due to being wheelchair bound and needing an exact time. For obvious reasons They rang 40mins after the booking time and told me they would be another hour. And where rude and aggressive when questioned whyThey where 2 hours late and upon arival they couldn’t back their truck up. After agreeing on payment to be made via credit card they loaded my goods and held them for ransom they demanded Ipay in cash Upon ariving at the destination I Discovered damages they caused and blamed me for it and tried to convince me itdidnt exist.They wouldnt leave my apartment until paid and said they would rectify the damages later on ive given them many chances to try and rectify the issues but they just keep on lying and sceaming and twisting the story to avoidn rectifying the damage, Do not trust these people

Absolute professionals!! Michael and his team lifted my free standing kaskade stone bath tub weighing in at over 160kgs up 14 stairs and a sharp right hand turn in quicker than I had imagined. The bath was wider than the doors / stairs and manoeuvred with great care. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. Plus they arrived at the agreed time and completed the job quicker than I had expected. I would highly recommend them and definitely book them in for the next move. Thanks Michael & team. Disappointed with their service. We moved between two - storey townhouses and it took forever. We had two guys, one short and the other an old man, so they struggled with some items and took frequent breaks. I ended up helping them to save some money. They packed the huge truck well, so nothing was damaged in transit. But they did leave a few minor scratches /scuffs around the house where they struggled to move things through doors or up stairs.

Michael and his team were fantastic helping my partner and I move during a lockdown here in Melbourne from one house to another. They were quick, efficient and most of all great company with the banter throughout the day. The team at Sunshine Removals are efficient and fairly priced. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend giving Michael a call if a removalist is needed in the western suburbs. Cheers.

Michael and only one other member of his team did the impossible and moved a large 680L refrigerator up the stairs when other movers said it was too hard or came up with convoluted ideas and did it all in record time too. They arrived with a plan and wasted no time putting it to action. I will definitely be using them for all my future moving needs. Professional, efficient and smart! Thanks again!

They just delievered our piano. Great service. Very helpful with where and how we should place it. Very careful putting it in place making sure that neither our house or the piano was damaged. Top marks, Jayden and Jermaine did a fantastic job helping us with our tricky move, and Michael was happy to come along and help them given the complications with the job. All were humourful, polite and professional, and helped make what could have been a stressful day go pretty smoothly. All at a reasonable price too! Highly recommended.

Michael and his boys moved us in the 44 degree heat today! They were absolute champions and powered on through without one complaint or negative comment. Heavy latex queen size mattress had to be delivered up a narrow staircase to the first floor. Two other removalist teams found the job too difficult. Sunshine Removals used great skill in taking the mattress over the balcony. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were also friendly and easy to deal with.

I used Sunshine Removals to move out of one property on a side hill with over 10 steps to the front door into a property on a 4 lane main road and also with over 10 steps to the door and the job was done effortlessly I highly recommend these guys if your after a professional job at an affordable price.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! We can't thank Mick and Costa enough! We had huge crates and they were extremely heavy needing to thread through a small glass window! They were as calm as anything and I was in panic mode! I don't know how but an absolute miracle!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
