We walked in as a four person family.We are very hygienic and clean.We booked 2 rooms. In both rooms the sheets were disgusting and were covered in oil stains and pee.They were clearly used and not cleaned.The phones don't work.The staff members came and threw the sheets and duvet aside they were mad and annoyed at our request they changed the sheets and duvet it still had stains but less then the one before... we got them changed in both rooms.we were also disgusted by the toilets and they fact that they hadn't been cleaned in years they also smelled putrid. We saw later on that there were roaches and other bugs filled in the room and also noticed the floor hadn't been cleaned or moped in years.The staff members were very annoyed at us for any requests and seemed to be impatient.The A/C would only work if switched of in a certain way. All in all we were NOT SATISFIED by our FIRST STAY AT AN OYO HOTEL.

Rooms are okay. But the comforter was not clean and the pillows were also dirty.. *It looks like they don't clean the toilet regularly. I'm a very hygienic person so I want everything clean and neat. I didn't find the toilet really clean. *The bed was not comfortable, the springs inside hit the body and it's achy. Everything else is okay. *When you have to checkout their time is 11am sharp no matter how late you check in they don't give you even 5minutes extra and they will keep knocking the door and calling you even if you tell them that you'll check out at 11. They keep disturbing and that is really annoying.

I do every day checkin in Oyo rooms This place were I did today checkin is worst to do check in. No proper Management No front desk manager put mask on face Blanket are damaged given Match box & half cigarettes are left in cabords No shower gel & shampoo are in shower room No one will answer the desk land line phone No towels are given while check in. Says laundry boy absence. I dropped issues of today's check in to owner Mr shiva I hope he is not in intrest to do business. He say only one thing we can't do anything. As your wish you want you can stay or leave. So I request to Oyo management to resolve the issue & fix the things #oyorooms #ecil

Do not assume the room to be like in the photo. The pillows have no covers and they are very dirty. The bed sheets have bad patches and seems to be not washed for days. The bed is all dis oriented. Never stay in these types of hotels which is my best advice. First time I booked due to no other option, but checked out / ran out by finding another hotel close by. Never ever will try OYO. First and the worst experience and will be the last try

First Manager wanted me not to book through Oyo. Then I got a room which was dirty with spider webs, stained bed sheets, unhygienic bathroom and toilet. No towels in the room. Use matchsticks were lying around. Chairs were broken. No drinking water or glasses in the room. When I asked for water they gave an unsealed bottle. I asked for a sealed bottle so they charged me ₹25 for it. There are not many options in this area which is why I have to stay here otherwise I would never return.

The Rooms are the best in its Class for a tight budget middle class family. The OYO location is in close proximity to AYYAPPA SWAMY Temple and also a few restaurents n fast food outlets which provide nice hygenic affordable food. Its at 5 minute walking distance via DAE Colony Gate from ecil bus stand and auto stand.

My Review after 3 Day stay .....It is Very nice hotel .... located at the ECIL X Rode ...it's distance from Secandrabad jn almost 15 km away towards ECIL RODE..... You can prefer City bus from Secandrabad jn to ECIL Rode ..very cheapest fare only 20 rupees. I giving 5 start out of five.. ..For one Night stay you will pay 1200 for 1 or 2 people... All services available like list freezer free high speed wifi etc thanks

Budget stay with polite staff. Walking distance from ECIL crossroad, adjacent to Ayyappa temple. The rooms are spacious and airy, esp the ones on 4th floor. The manager is always at your self. One star less due to intercom not working. Also there is no restaurant with the hotel, one has to order food. Stayed for more than 1 month during an industrial inspection.

Worst worst unhygienic hotel with full of termites, cockroches, bedbugs, mosquitoes with full if bad smell. It is not hotel but a brothel where many couples comes those who doesn't care about hygiene. Must must avoid and oyo should take action against such properties. Full regret as I stayed here with family.

Staff was too rude. They didn't even know how to treat a lady properly. Very unhygienic rooms. Shabby bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket cover. Cupboards were full of cobwebs. Bed and floor both were full of cockroaches that were roaming here and there. We were bound to check out early due to poor condition of the room.

AC ,TV OK Needs Improvement: 1. No cloth handle in bathroom 2.No online booking status available in reception.They are calling owner repeatedly, wasting customer time. 3.No food arrangement. 4.Room is too small. 5.Too much strict for early check-in 6.Bathroom door is not working. 7. In a nutshell, maintenance is zero.

I stayed in OYO 79976 on 25th july 2022. Cleaniness disgusting. Bathrooms smells like public toilets. You feel vomiting sensation in rooms. Unhygienic. Worst. Disgusting. This place is not for working professionals / students / family/couples. Last thing charges are too high for zero rating facilities

I do not know how Oyo call it Flagship... 24 hour chekin....??? Cleanliness? Property condition: sorry ... Room no. 003 found all cobwebs ,dirty bedsheet. Wet towel. Better be prepared for any surprise. And , Agoda... Shame on you promoting...

This flagship hotel has been started Only three months back and a brand new one with all the facilities. Only negative point is there is no restaurant nor have they any facility to supply coffee and tea. There is no car parking facility. Otherwise it is very good location wise, ambience.

Water supply not working … AC not functional… extremely rude staff and worst of all … the owner hangs upon you every time you raise a complaint . When we raised the issue that the room key was left in another bag 25 km away .. initially there was extremely rude behaviour … only upon

Big problem is lack of cleanliness. There was a hoard of insects in the bathroom. One night I got back to see a cockroach on my bed. I understand that OYO’s business model is hourly rentals for unmarried couples but that shouldn’t prevent them from thorough cleaning

The location is good, hotel could be more cleaner, service can be improved a lot. Rooms need to be more cleaner, bathrooms need to be revamped. It's an average stay. Amenities are top notch, wifi, ac, tv,geyser etc are good. Service need to be improved.

Worst hotel ... No maintenance atleast bed sheets were not changed ...charged more than the required .. If there is any 0 rating we can give that is also not worth ..

The rooms were ok, but the timings of checkout were not at all flexible and they will clean you room only once in two days. After one day stay they were reluctant to clean out bathrooms.

No water bottle, no shampoo, no soap , 2400 rupees for a room smaller than a Kings sized bed ! Is this a joke ? The pics shown in the site are so pleasing but what we saw was a total surprise ! Last time I will use OYO. Shifted to Treebo

New oyo flagship hotel which is near to ECIL circle, rooms are good but some of the rooms are very small to accommodate two person, we had visited this place two three times due to pocket friendly price & also it's near to our factory

Hotel is not in exact location they asked to move to another hotel of their own , saying that hotel is full . We moved to other hotel of the same owner there amenities , cleanliness poor . Geyser didn't work . Rooms are not clean .

Very nice hotel located in the ECIL area , restaurants,bars etc are situated nearby. To get autos one has to go to the main road which is a 10 minutes walk. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant but room boys can bring from outside

I had a stay here for 1 day. The rooms is good. You'll find toilet items provided. Hot water, free WiFi service, TV and sanitary items. They charge ₹1500/day. You'll have two wheeler parking space. The overall service is good.

They are old gen people, lack respect to customers, didn't feel to stay so we left,

No proper room service if u r staying for more than one day...Staff does not clean even though you go and ask them they take 4 four hours to reach your room and they will just change bedsheet.

AC switch is totally ripped off. Flush isn't working well. Also, the water tap is not cleaned from inside so the water was coming very slowly. Not all worth money.
