Unfortunately I've taken my daughter there today for a hair cut... her hair WAS extremely long and healthy... she came home with a much shorter hair than expected because the 'hairdresser' just could NOT cut it straight?!? She passed my daughter to a different hairdresser to finish it. The second hair dresser was very polite and she managed to make it look a little bit better and also she also offered me a discount. But the damage was already done and it's sad that my daughter lost her beautiful hair

I didn’t have a good experience the lady who did my balayage didn’t do it right. I’m left with a brass tone copper looks awful. I spoke to another hairdresser and they said she didn’t blend the toner properly. I paid £130 it looks awful very disappointing. Lani was her name. I wish she told me it would come out copper or brass to be honest I don’t think she knows what she doing at all. I never go back there now I need to find a professional hair dresser to correct it.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service of this place. My girlfriend had an appointment for her little girl at 1 pm. today, and when she got there, they told her she would have to wait 30 minutes, so my point is this, why have an appointment book knowing who's coming in on what time but yet you only have one hairdresser in for the day. Thats what you call ridiculous...

Had an appointment booked for 3:45pm but wasn’t seen until 5:10pm because there was only one hairdresser in working. I was then charged £28+ for a wash and blow dry. I can get a shampoo, cut and blow dry for the same price. Added to that the hairdresser kept having to leave me to deal with other customers resulting in a very disjointed and unprofessional service.

I had a cut and blow dry. The stylist was nice, but they charged me more than originally agreed and when I got home my hair was soo wonky, it was miles too short and had some bits two or three inches shorter than others. It took 6 months of growing my hair and getting it trimmed elsewhere to undo the damage done in this salon.

Had my hair cut and blow dried, by Robert I believe. Lovely and friendly and checked with me how much was okay to cut off before starting my haircut. Receptionist was also really friendly but don’t know her name. A good experience - my first ever time using them :)

Had the most amazing experience here today and the hairdresser Sarah was absolutely amazing so polite and understanding she done mine and my 4 year old hair and done an amazing job. Would definitely be going back again

Jenny is lovely who cut my hair. Love Supercuts in and out quickly for a wet cut at a good price, if that's all you need. Will definitely be returning for a colouring and cut ❤️

Worst haircut ever, my daughter's hair is ruined and charged £40 for a childs hair cut. This place should be shut down.

Lani has done yet another fantastic job on my hair. Highly recommend
