I believe his name is Ryan, but our Supior Plumber called ahead of time to relay he'd be there, he showed up promptly like he said he would, was very polite and a smile on his face ready to do the dirty work. He got right to business and handled a stubborn leaky sink effortlessly and it works better now than it previous has! He even cleaned up the whole mess afterwards and he didn't have to. I want to thank him for working hard and late in the evening to help me get the job done right. If I have to deal with plumbing again in the future I KNOW who I am calling for great service on a timely manner and friendly staff! Thank you!

Service person 'Kurtis' from Superior Plumbing & Heating removed an unwanted Garbarator, checked and unclogged main drain pipe and replumbed our kitchen sink drains. He was courteous, on time for his scheduled service, and took time to carefully explain the cost prior to his repairs and our payment schedule. This gave us confidence for the service provided. They removed an old tankless hot water heater and installed a new one. It seemed to be a long, hard job and the plumber worked late to complete the job and ensured that everything was working as it should. He even swept and mopped the floor in his work area before leaving. Very knowledgeable and professional.
