We usually pay $1.5 for 30 minutes following first 60 minutes for free. However, we were charged $10 for 6 minutes. No way to contact and request the refund.
Entering building from Sussex Gate street was awful. Snowbanks too high to get from street parking to sidewalk. Entry to building no wheelchair access!
Trash, first hour free, but only 2 minutes overtime charged me $10. Don't come, there are other better parking options nearby.
They mentioned first hour free and $1.5 for 30 minutes afterwords but I was charged $10 for a little over an hour. Pathetic!
