Visited ODSP today, and saw this vehicle. Some people haven't got a clue. Informed Mohammed the Security Guard who took pictures, and the owner of the vehicle, was given a ticket, for the parking violation. Some people need to learn. Parked in a no parking zone, and blocking an entrance ramp, for pedestrians, especially the handicap.
