I popped into the store after work on November 22, 2021 and was incredibly impressed with Mona and her colleague (I am sorry I forgot to ask your name!). In the times we are living in it was incredibly refreshing to meet strangers who not only were passionate about their job and company, but who were equally dedicated to customer service. I am not sure what Suzy Shier's guiding principles are, but these two staff embodied patience, exuded kindness, and professionalism. We need more of that in the world right now, and Suzy Shier is lucky to have you both as representatives. Thank you for making my one hour of 'mom time' a wonderful experience :).

Nice store attendants, they were very helpful. There was a sale going on at the time that I went. The only problem was that, they did not have the sale items in all sizes. So I guess that they were just trying to get the old stuff out, thus the sale. I also did not find their shoe selection as appealing as the collection at Aldo, or even sears. They could definitely do better on their shoe collection. But regardless, this store is the real deal. I would say go there if you can. They have such beautiful dresses.

I don’t why it has low rating (3.7). I always buy all the dresses even jackets from the store. The workers are so nice. I bought a expensive jacket last year which I couldn’t even wear for one year comfortably but this year I bought a jacket for only 60cad which is really comfortable to wear.. Love the collection of dresses as well as the discounts!!

Coming to this location is always an amazing experience for me. And the associate Mona is remarkable her inviting and friendly greeting upon entering the store makes me stay and on top she’s the most helpful. Great location to shop at.

i am a tall lady so i always buy XL at your store. today, as a saleslady was ringing in my XL dress, she looks down at my stomach and smirks and asks when i'm due. very embarassing I got outta there so fast lol.

Love Suzy Shier but I am disappointed greatly that there is only 3 store left in Edmonton now why are you closing so many!! My favourite clothing store to shop at !!
