Very unhappy with your service! I went into the shop today (24/8/2022) about 4:00pm. The male service person Jack showed me two types earrings and told me the price on tag. I am happy to buy one of pairs . ($175.00). But when I ready to pay for it ,Jack told me the price is wrongly marked. The price should be $385. He just say that is someone's fault not even a sorry or apologise mentioned. How can your shop put the price not following a businesss law? There was a lady assistant there too. I don't even want to give you one Star .

I have visited this store for almost 5 times per year. This is located beautifully near Myers in Werribee Plaza. The staff is well trained. Often I looked more than ten items and spent like more than 30mins and did not buy a single thing but staff were pleasant and smiling. They are passionate and hardworking team members. They do their best to Welcome and help customers to find possible solutions. The store does contain new arrivals and beautiful products. I love this place and strongly recommend you. Many thanks

Went to the store to get the annual 2021 ornament christmas star in crystal color. Been told by staff that there's no such thing as it only comes in gold. I mentioned that it comes in 3 different colors and it always come with the clear option. Been collecting it for years and I specifically check it if it's available in the werribee store. Staff kept insisting that its not available and maybe I'm after the 2020 style. Left and just did a click and collect in swarovski emporium instead.

I needed earrings and wanted to purchase them from swarovski. The 2 girls managing the store in werribee didn't greet me as I walked in on Sunday. I had to interupt them from chit chating to each other in order to try something on after being ignored in the store for 15mins. Absolutely rude and unprofessional service. I ended up buying earrings but i wish I didn't at this store. If you want to purchase something from swarovski.. don't go to werribee

I believe that Rachelle from the Werribee Swarovski store is the best! I mean that with all my heart. Rachelle totally understood how much my item really means to me and told me that it had to be sent to Sydney. Rachelle was so much more than amazing in helping me as I became very emotional in letting it go into someone else’s hands but I just knew it was going to be very safe because of her. Especially with one of employees her name is Sophia… she listened me carefully Understand my problems and provide best solutions to me…great experience with great people in the shop…all products are really nice with wide range of varieties as compared to other stores.. price is also reasonable with no compromise in quality… definitely go again in this store.

Website can't process orders correctly. I tried to purchase an online gift card and the website would just take me back to the home page after clicking confirm order without any confirmation email or even processing the order itself. I have tried this a few times and the same result each time.

Utterly no service, even when i asked it was very off putting to say the least , assistant whispered and gave of the vibe , i would be a time waster, or wouldn't buy anything, well guys i did so, be more attentive and less judgemental, i would of gone to Melb , that day but needed a gift

I have come into the store 5 time in the past 2 weeks. Each time i walk in not one person acknowledges my presence and totally ignores me. I have been looking for earrings for my wedding and cant believe this awful customer service. This happened to me 5 times........

I am writing this with absolute disgust on how I was treated by one of the Hijabi customer representative I couldn’t stand the way she was to me and I had to ask her to things I was not treated with courtesy.

I have purchased many beautiful items from this store for both myself and my wife. This Christmas (2020) being no exception. Very well trained staff and good range.

A lady helped my mum with exchanging a bracelet and went above and beyond in obtaining one from the emporium store - she was great!
