I believe that there are Michele really knows her stuff, and when I was able to work directly with her, I always felt comfortable with her advice, however she did not have the bandwidth to work with me directly. The person assigned to me was incompetent. She gave me gave me incorrect information about the proper channel for handling a situation when another party incorrectly claimed our child on their taxes. She failed to provide requested guidance on how to maximize healthcare deductions. She also failed to file the proper extensions. This resulted in thousands of dollars in lost deductions, late fees, and interest.

We found several mistakes in our 2017 return. Eventually the return was fixed, but we did have to file for an extension. Yet what really bothered my wife and I was the owner. I had called her to fill her in as to what was going on and wanted her attention to the problems. We never heard from her, other than an impersonal email explaining the return was now correct. No customer service from the owner.
