Absolutely appalling. I would *not* use this company and i am thinking of escalating this complaint to consumer services. I had one item (a piano) to be delivered from a friends house in Northgate to my house in Torrensville. The drivers were a total no-show at the agreed time of 10:30am, and no phonecall. When i finally got a hold of someone an hour later, they were complaining about the size of the job they were currently doing. I told the driver, 'look, the pickup address is really out of my way and i have to be here to let you in- i need a *realistic* time to come back today', and i was informed they could do it at 2pm. So i went home, waited, and made a second trip for the second agreed time. At 2pm, ANOTHER NO-SHOW. I just stood on the curb at the pickup address for another half an hour where i finally got in touch with the driver again only to be told they would possibly not be able to do it today AT ALL. The company did not contact me once off their own accord to communicate any of this with me. I only got through to someone after feeling like i was harassing their mobile. I was told, sorry, the other driver's phone is on 1%. I'm sorry that is not my problem at all- you are a removal company! Charge your phones before you head out! I understand things happen, traffic happens, jobs are bigger than expected etc, but to not even have the decency to communicate any of this with me is awful. This company has literally wasted my entire day waiting for this delivery, not to mention petrol money and, again, no one has called me as they said they would. Negative four out of five stars. Far out.

Tried ringing company for a quote to relocate from Adelaide to Melbourne, no answer on their landline or mobile and when I finally got in contact with someone they asked to send them a detailed list of our furniture so they could organise a quote. Said he would do it that night but never heard anything or received the quote. Rang again the next day and no answer the first time, rang again later and was told to send it again as they must have missed the email. Once again was told they would get back to me that night with the quote and still have not received a quote. 4 days later, no quote and now I will be using another company and would not recommend this place. If they can’t even answer a phone or organise a quote how could I trust them with my furniture going to Melbourne. Very disappointing!

Great service. Danial and Tresor were careful and skilled at moving (my handmade curved desk is a tricky piece). They were relaxed, made jokes but kept a good pace and time. We had a tight budget but we got a very precise quote we could manage. I listed everything we had in an email and had everything well packed and dismantled. We moved from a 3 bed home to a 2 bed home in under five hours on the brink of the huge storms we had here in Adelaide. I We will use them next move! Swift replied immediately to my request with a very cost effective quote for a small job. They were on time, friendly and fitted in with my time frame which was out of 'normal' hours. I also liked that I was able to go to the website and find out more about them and submit for a quote. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks guys!

Terrible, arranged a date and time, he asked for all details in a text. I repeatedly asked for confirmation that he was coming, no response to text, no response to landline or mobile, bi response to Facebook messages. Not even a message from him to tell me he couldn't do it. Absolutely woeful, wouldn't not recommend!

I would definitely use Swift Removals again, highly recommended for their service and reasonable pricing. Daniel and Victor are not only lovely guys but were excellent at their job, working professionally and tirelessly throughout the move. Job well done and thank you so very much you were terrific!

This is the 2nd time I use Swift Removalist. They were on time, and moved stuff quickly yet safely. The two guys Trui and Tresor did fantastic job. In comparison with other removalist I used over the past 8 year, this one is outstanding. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, very well priced, completed the job quickly, and took exceptional care of all furniture. I forgot to mention I had a few things to take upstairs, and the boys were happy to do so. Would highly recommend, and use again!
