OK so if you want the following from your Swimming Pool service provider then here is an honest appraisal of Swimart Lindfield and their workmen, in particular, Alfie. Notwithstanding the cost which was fair for the work contracted, the service level by Alfie was outstanding. Arrived on time - Tick Undertook all work as quoted - Tick Professionalism - Tick Time taken - Tick Clean up - Tick Bearing in mind that the work contracted was quite involved and urgently needed to avoid further issues with our pool. Drain pool. Replace hydrostatic valve system. Acid wash entire pool & spa to remove black algae. Remove and replace complete filtration system. Balance pool and prime pump system. Alfie completed all of the above without issue. Good trades people are almost impossible to find these days as we all realise. In fact, almost impossible. Cant recommend Alfie and his crew any higher.

Rebecca and Brandon at Swimart Lindfield recently went above and beyond to assist a client with some remedial repairs to their pool ahead of the sale of their home - so it was essential that works were carried out in a timely manner. They came up with an excellent solution to the issue that some of the pool tiles had been damaged, but exact replacement tiles were no longer in circulation. And, despite the recent rains the job was slotted in as soon as physically possible and the team provided excellent service and communication throughout. They always received our emails and calls promptly and kindly and overall we were very impressed with their work. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, and thank you.

Fantastic service that goes above and beyond in both customer service and timing. We needed to get an unloved pool back to life and within compliance in a very tight time frame and Brandon and his absolutely smashed it out. Everything that was promised was done, and the work has been outstanding. Easy to communicate with and such a personal level of service that you do not see anymore. All team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and continue to use.

Very professional and friendly. I did a test from a different place, it shows my salt level is high and I added more water to the pool But the water was still murky. Then I went to Swimart in Lindfield and did the test again. It shows my salt level is too low. Then I added 8 bags of salt, 20kg per bag. Followed the instruction from the gentleman. The water became crystal clear two days later. Really Happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Brandon and his entire team have been life savers for me as I have been juggling Open Homes with Sydney's crazy weather events. They have moved mountains to restore my pool from brown to crystal clear, not once but twice, fitting in with my tight time lines with a looming auction. They have really taken the stress out of everything for me. I could not recommend them highly enough. I'm going to miss you guys when I downsize to a unit.

During the recent heavy rain our pool lost power and was very muddy. I rang Swimart Lindfield and they were extremely helpful and efficient. They immediately got the power working and replaced the pump. As soon as possible my pool was cleaned and now sparkling and ready for the weekend. I am so grateful for the excellent service provided by the professional and friendly team at Swimart Lindfield. We had a short window to repair coping and replace smashed pool tiles. They worked with good humour and diligence to finish the work and did an amazing job especially in the unusual circumstances ie Sydney’s dreadful wet weather. Service above and beyond expectations! Run a mile! Their trades tried to gouge me for more $$$ after completing the job although a written quote was agreed upon. Poor quality and after sales service, Gareth will promise to look after you, then refuse to answer your calls. There are plenty of good operators out there, avoid these guys at all costs.

I can speak extremely highly of the service and the total experience with the team. Laura was amazing and went above and beyond to be helpful and assist in resolving our issues at short notice. Of all the pool services offered in the area to locals this one is a stand-out.

The staff are knowledgable and friendly but everything they sell is significantly more expensive than they should be. Make sure you get a few quotes from other pool shops before committing to major equipment or installations. I found there was a huge difference.

The staff recommended me bought a lot of useless chemicals to clean my pool which was very murky, and none of them worked. The price of chemicals in this shop is also higher than the others. Come here for recommendation only, but dont buy from here.

Just don’t involve with this shop. They send two guys for cleaning the pool and they tried charge $700-$900!!!!! Bought two drums chlorine from other pool shop, the pool is beautiful again! What a ripoff!!

Popped in yesterday and Robert quickly fixed my pool cleaner - politely removed the leaf after unscrewing the thingy. And the Aussie lady with the Irish accent triaged my problem superbly. A great team!
