I cannot believe that we had a new car picked up in just 3 days. From the time I made the initial enquiry until the car was ready for pick up. That is very rare in terms of customer service these days. I want to thank Robyn (Business Manager at Sydney Car Solutions) for organising all of the details and particulars around the car subscription. She answered all of our questions in prompt fashion. The process with Sydney Car Solutions was smooth, very well organised from start to finish. I was impressed that Contracts were signed electronically, which reduced what is traditionally additional burden of paperwork. Robyn's customer service is exemplary and I would highly recommend Sydney Car Solutions to anyone that is looking for flexibility of driving a new car, without attachment to a traditional loan. Needed a car in a very short time frame and Robyn delivered, very knowledgeable, made the process incredibly quick and easy. I have bought cars in the past and can happily say this process made me feel like i was picking up a brand new car! Car was presented beautifully with a full tank of fuel and squeaky clean.
