Hi guys! If someone will buy something from that store be ready to this situation: couple days ago I bought 4 items , Watch, 2 Jymmi Choo and Armani Aqua Di Gio! so quality of Armani was not original! when I brought it back they want give me many back ,said it's wrong item receipt, they asked about small white price paper and plastic cover bag, I told even I'll find it it will take hour to go home and check garbage bags! Finally I found but they still want give my money back and suggest take Calvin Klein for 49$ So ,they made couple tricks changed 4 times managers/supervisors my make my way harder to "My true" I called to 311 made complain, case most bad staff about that situation: they sale Armani (for different price , under Blue Perfume brend) it's means sales and service of all quality not like we waiting! P.S: America is America only at tv and Movie

I had a terrible experience today with the coordinator NICOLE G. She refused to accept my return (Nike top) because she stated that the price tag was from a different item (Under Armour top). She even "CHECKED" the camera recording and said that I purchased Under Armour although I did not! I was walking around with the Under Armour top but switched it to Nike at the end! Clearly she DID NOT WATCH the camera recording TILL THE END and wrongly ACCUSED me that I switched the price tags. Unbelievable! I finally returned the item at a different location and there was absolutely no problem!!! I recommend an addition training for this lady who should not be the coordinator or switching positions because she handled my case very unprofessionally. Definitely not going back.

This is a good store they have a good selection of merchandise. The store it self is clean and organized but the bathroom was hideous, the toilets and floors were super dirty. To top that off my baby had a dirty diaper and I unfortunately could not change her because they do not have a changing table. I was unable to do my purchase because we had to leave the store to change me daughter's diaper. I find it odd that such a large chain that sales clothing for small children and babies can not offer that small accommodation to their customers. So if you have small children who are still not potty trained I definitely do not recommend this store.

Defective phone charger. After discarding the packaging of a phone charger as I intended to use it, I was given the corporate bs that exchanging an item without its original packing was a “liability” and thus unable to refund my money. No solution was given in other words, corporate theft. Note I even tried to locate a similar item and ease the process, but such item was no longer in stock. It was an unhelpful experience and frustrating. The cashier was trying to do its best explaining that no solution were available, and then other cashiers started to jump in and say that the policy was right in front of my face, so unprofessional.

Horrible customer service! Horrible manager! I bought the items in different tj max, but according the return rules I could return my items to any other tj max, so I came to this particular store to return set of t shirts with receipt and all tags. The cashier and manager told me that they can not return my money, because in that different store someone combined wrong colors and I have to go to that other store ( 20 mil) from my home and return them back the item. They agreed that this is not my fault, but did not return the money. I am in shock! Sad that I can not leave here 0 star instead of 1.

I came to this location to return an item and also to purchase — while the lady with black glasses (didn’t get her name) was nice and greeted me and my friend. I did not like the fact that she had to pick how I want my receipt back; urgently selected PRINT ONLY on the screen and went tapping like crazy. It did bother me a bit because I normally like my receipts emailed. Bottom line is, it should be up to the customer to decide how they want their receipt. The staff should NOT be making that choice for customers also NOT to be touching that screen.

I went shopping at T.J. Max. The store is very clean. However, some of the people that work there aren’t very nice, they are kind of rude. You aren’t allowed to take all of the things you want to buy. Let me explain, I am 5’ tall, and when I buy clothes I need to tried out with high hells. When I asked if I could tried the clothes, I was told, I “couldn’t go in with the high hells”only with the clothes. I really like the pants, I was going to buy. I decided not to buy anything and walked out.

This is my favorite store ever!!! It has fair prices for excellent products and famous brands. I am a regular shopper here... I love, and have buy their shoes, purses, luggage, kids clothes, bath and kitchen stuff, jewelry, sunglasses, men and women clothes, coats, jackets, underwear, hair stuff, etc, etc... They have everything I need. And I love the fact that they keep the store pretty organize and clean at all times. Keep up the good work!!! And thank you, I really appreciate it!!!

Very bad location, Loooong lines horrible customer service and also the MANGER is very rude and unprofessional horrible attitude. "Nicole" The cashier is so rude,unprofessional and disrespectful, i asked her some questions and she ignored me and never gave me answers and she started yelling at me for no reason, I couldn't say anything to her because i was my little son .and never going back to this location ever again Wouldn’t recommend it either

My card with an expiration date in 2022 was declined. When I called customer service was told my account was fine but that new cards with the same account number had been issued due to a change in their system!!? Great! So because they changed their frickin system I cannot use a card they issued for an account in good standing with an expiration date in 2022. Well guess what...acct will be cancelled...so much for customer service. Idiots!!

Ppl tht work there were very rude I was at a wedding down the street n had a problem with my shirt so when there to buy a new shirt so I ask the girl to help me and literally blow me of n told me tht the shirts were there so I looked n seen nothing so as she passed by me up again so I asks her n literally said I don't know what to to you I don't have any on your size I said I need a 2xx so I left very disappointed in your staff.

I came into the store today and bought $300 worth of furniture. The sales associate that helped me check out was very polite! She asked the male associate to help me with my items to the car twice and he took his time. She asked him twice and he never greeted me or tried to assist me. I took all of my items out to the car myself. Horrible experience I struggle with a chair in my arm and a full cart. I was not happy.

Too many people in the store for a pandemic. People were wearing masks on their chins, not covering their noses, or not wearing masks. It was also pretty crowded, about 50 people in the store. I'm disappointed the workers were not enforcing the mask policy. The staff also didn't disinfect register counter between customers. Don't go here.

I had to visit the ladies room it was the worst extremely dirty and nasty with the a capital F I L T H Y as well as N A S T Y. I did report it to one of the clerks how soon they took care of it I'm not certain. They sale fake luxury brand made in china with aweful made materials and price tags.Everyone can tell that Versce,CK,Mk they selling are fake not even close to original.Everytime cashiers tried to sell.me their credit card even i tell them"No,thank you!" They are keep pushing.me to open a new credit card. Not good cutomer service.

I come here every once in a while, and I always find something worth taking home. These places (TJ Maxx and Marshalls) are kind of messy, but the associates do their best to keep it somewhat clean and tidy. I wish customers were more considerate ... Anyway, this is a small TJ Maxx worth visiting in the North West side of Chicago.

An embarrassment and ridicules store they don’t match the prices with there OWN WEBSITE i don’t get it its the same company and the manager was no we don’t match it it might be a deferent item and i told him chick the item number than he was like even if it match we not gonna match the price ..!!!?? What a stupid customer service

This is my favorite TJ MAXX ! department store might be is not the largest but I always find something curious. I never leave that ds with “empty hands” I sometimes come here and buy no plans any clothes. I usually enjoy shopping and I like to finish my shopping delicious coffee from DD =]. Sorry ... I love it!

I always find something amazing there. Good selection in every department. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the dressing rooms. The doors look like they never been cleaned and are sticky and the floor is always covered in "dust bunnies". Other than that great place!

One of the few department stores I genuinely like to visit. Always find something that I wasn't looking for and didn't even know I wanted. But it's okay because they have really good prices for the most part. They also have some interesting snacks that I love trying out.

Over all rude associates. Love shopping here but I received no type of customer service. Not to mention how messy it is. Marshall’s at six corners (which is bigger) has more organization compared to this mess. It wasn’t even busy which shows the lack of care.

Love shopping at TJ but I was so disappointed to see customers without masks and employees not saying anything. I think that if any store is going to have a make required sign employees should be reinforcing whether person is vaccinated or not.

The store is always nice and clean most of the workers are nice! However whoever the manager woman is with the dreads is pretty rude and unreasonable. I found a white shirt with no price tag and a faint black streak on the

T.J. Maxx always has a good price on belts, socks, and most accessories. This one is much busier than most. So I have been told to try other TJ Maxx stores at times since they are sold out at this location

Love going to TJ Maxx it's right down the street from my house and they always have what I'm looking for good prices wonderful jewelry I bought all my Christmas tree there last year it's the best store

Fantastic prices, the employees are very helpful too. I always find a million things here for birthday gifts, wedding gifts, daily clothes, dressy clothes, baby clothes, etc. such a great place!

Love shopping for clothing and makeup at this store, always friendly customer service with a smile,come visit this location in Chicago Illinois excellent customer service all the time.

It's a good store, most of the things there are pretty well priced and durable. They don't have boys shoes though. They also don't have a lot of cargo shorts either apparently...

This location rarely has anything in stock. I went in looking for measuring bowls and that whole section was a mess. I did find a cute container for my sink so all was not lost.

Great prices good brand quality items i like that i can find things i need for myself spouse grandkids & household plus many more items even snacks are good quilaty no junk

Many selections that are casual to dressy for women and girls. Men's choices are few. Mostly casual/ sporty. Home goods are a variety for decorating but limited stock.

They have a good selection of jewelry and bags. Body care products are also available. Plenty of parking and overall clean. Lots of candles and plenty of scents.

I had a very bad experience today and I always shop at this store. I had Lynn as my cashier and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Didn’t appreciate her service at all!

This T. J. Maxx location is always stacked with new products and is very clean. Plenty of parking and you can grab your groceries next door at Jewels!

T.J. Maxx is about 2 blocks away from where I live, love ❤️ the store. Some accessories might be a bit expensive, but overall great experience …

This is one of favorite TJ Maxx stores. Super clean and organized. I've never seen a mess there. I especially tend to like the purses at this store.

swimwear selection is bare minimum, could not find any jean shorts... not a great place to shop unless you need athletic gear.

Compared to most T.J. Maxx stores around Chicago area, this one is generally clean and keep the shelves stocked with products.

Clean, and well spread out. They don't have too much inventory, but they manage to keep a good stock of all departments.

Convenient store, in my opinion a little smaller than other similar stores, carries less merchandise. Friendly staff.

Went in to find a swimsuit and couldn't find I think swimsuits should be over here around thing because people travel

Some nice low price items although predominantly items for women. Still was able to get a jogging suit for my son.
