I came here to see if I could find something for my friends birthday and ended up finding a few things for me. I have been a TJ Maxx shopper for a very long time and I absolutely love this place. Today was very odd for some reason. I gave it two stars because the lady at the dressing room was very sweet but the Ms Mary at the register kind of rubbed me the wrong way. She seems that she could be sweet but when asked about a discount due to visible pink pen markings on a white pair of pants and literally were only 2 left and they both had something of some sort on both pants. I really liked them but the way she came across was definitely wrong. She told me to wash them and if it doesn't come out, to bring them back but definitely seemed to have attitude behind her tone, as if I was the one in the wrong when the cashier was the one who suggested the discount to me in the first place?! I didn't like the way she made me feel and left the whole 207 dollar purchase there and told the cashier I was no longer wanting to purchase. He said he understood and didn't blame me. I just felt bad because he already had everything in bags. I definitely didn't leave with a great experience as I normally would and definitely will not be coming back to this location.

This TJ Maxx is odd. First and last time coming here. The white guy at the register basically tried to force me to take the receipt when I stated that I didn’t want it. He said that management makes them do this. I told him I know that it says email & print but you can trash the paper receipt because I only want the emailed one. He really tried to go back and forth with me about it & then said “I’ll just put it in your bag, I have to give it to you”. Not sure what type of management is going there but I normally go to the one in Argyle area & never have that issue. If I don’t want the receipt then I DON’T want it. That’s super annoying. I just ended up leaving it on the counter because like I said I didn’t want it. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if he wasn’t rude af trying to argue with me about it … if I don’t want something then I literally don’t want it.

I'm telling you something that happened to me yesterday at the TJMAX Atlantic blvd in Jacksonville. I was treated in a very derogatory manner by the manager in charge. Just because I refused to apply for a credit card. I immediately told her not to give me the card and she started to question the price of the item I wanted to buy and left me waiting for 30 minutes and then said that the price was not correct and treated me very badly. It is a shame that there are still people with such a demeaning mentality towards others and that they do not understand that we are all equal and deserve the same.

It’s 10:40pm and the same lady in all red who has been continuously walking pass me comes up to me and goes “ we close in 15 minutes is there something i can help you find” . How rude! It wasn’t even 15 till and i know for a fact because i was standing in line for 5 min and i hear here said it loud over the store this time. I was to busy checking my items out i forgot to make a complaint but i will be calling to do a formal complaint tomorrow. Very ridiculous as I’ve been shopping here for years and never experienced this even at closing.

Okayyy, I’ll spill the secret. This is my go to TJ Maxx. I have one closer and I always choose this one. They are always clean and very well stocked with regular merchandise AND clearance. I almost always see someone putting out new stuff. Aside from the clothes everything is really well organized and the clothes usually always have multiple size options. Staff is always kind and helpful. I will say be wary that there are some unhoused individuals that stay around the plaza but they have never bothered me and are usually very nice.

First time going to TJmaxx and feel like it should be my last. I got a rude old lady cash register. Like she trowing the hanger and asking question. I’m like isn’t normal someone to buy clothes they need. I only got one big bag. Not like other tiktok I seen having 5 bags. I love the store, for it lay out, cleansing, and style. It felt like Target but price is deal and more style than target for blouse. I want buy more item or clothes later on. I’m not sure anything more

Tj Maxx is known for their brand name and quality items for a fraction of the sticker price. They have a lot of rotating seasonal stock that keeps the store fresh in appearance. 4 stars because I felt in the way the entire shopping trip with employees stocking, etc. I had to keep apologizing and excusing myself. They didn't say anything in response. I ended up making a smaller purchase than I had planned because of this.

I left a honest review weeks ago and put the name of the employee in my review. She had the audacity to stalk me and leave a bad review on the business page that I work for. My attorneys are taking the necessary legal actions for defamation of character. I will never step foot in another TJ maxx ever again and I will make sure everyone knows about this.

This was my 1st time inside this TJ Maxx! It was not as large as I expected on the inside. However it was still nice. This building use to be Stein Mart. I did find a few new items I had not seen in other TJ Maxx/Marshall's. The woman's rest room only had two stalls. One regular stall and one handicap wheelchair accessible stall. Over all a nice store.

I love T.J. Maxx! I go there at least once a week to see what they have. I love that they have Senior Discount day on Mondays, too. The only negative is that you can't always get what you want due to the rapid turnover of their stock. If you like something, get it right then. But that's why I like it, there's always new things at great prices!

Tonight I got here 20 minutes before closing to get my grandmother in law a set of pajamas and didn’t know where the store kept the pj’s and i immediately was helped! Employees are attentive ,kind and helpful! The store was very clean but ,the prices of the merchandise could be better….

Just ran in to buy a belt real quick but the lady at the register was like engrossed in a full on conversation with another woman while people were waiting to check out. How f' in rude is that. Next time just give her your phone #.

Love this place! Great choices and wonderful staff too. It is always clean and staff can not do enough to help and explain return policies and rules. I am coming back again soon as I know I could never find better bargains!

Great housewares and I found everything I needed and didn't need. Love that cat bed and of course the coffee accessories for the work week. The nephew was ready for a nap but behaved surprisingly well.

Was just in here at jewelry counter had a very bad experience Asked for help instead of helping me they help somebody else very wrong just nasty for no reason and the sad thing is I shop there a lot

Nice big store my wife loves this store. You can get anything and everything here. Only problem is if you find it you need to buy it. There is a high high high chance it will not be there later.

Smaller store, but decent selection for my wife. Friendly staff. Men's section needs more variety/up-to-date clothes. Dressing room floors were dirty. That could easily be improved.
