I've bought from Trendy Creature for a while and when I found them, I was so happy. They used to have lovely jewellery, even though their pricing was expensive. I chalked their high price up to it's great quality, until I bought their small hoop pendant earrings. Long story short, go somewhere else to find jewellery. Their sales assistants seem like they don't know what they are talking about, and if you happen to see 2 sales assistants at the stall, get your popcorn out for contrasting contradictory sales terms and conditions. They have a good cop and bad cop act going. I bought earrings here and hoop's hinge was so weak that the earring and pendant would fall off my ear lobe. I saw a sales assistant who said they could tighten it and it would be aainple fix. I was so happy, I went back the next day and the 2 young sales assistants had the audacity to tell me that; - the earrings aren't a TC product. - it was bought from another store and there was nothing the could do as it was outside the 2 week window. I couldn't exchange the small golden hoop earring or even buy a golden stand alone hoop. The assistants had more fun talking about my earrings problemsand getting their story straight than owning up to their mistake. At the end of it, I was told hurriedly told that "there was nothing the, sorry,nothing we can do" I was in such a shock..f Firstly being misled into thinking I could wear my expensive beautiful earrings, to then have them shut down without consideration or thought. I won't be shopping at TC at all. I took a chance and bought 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace from there and they were fine, hence why I returned. I guess they care more about profit, than quality (cheap plastic beads on earrings too, seriously??) and customer relations. If you value your money, time and don't want to be on an emotional roller coaster, shop else where. This shouldn't be allowed, but if a sales assistant ever tries to sell you a display model, even if their product is out of stock, always say NO.

Thank you Trendy Creature, you went above and beyond to make my 15 year old niece’s birthday special, responding quickly to my order and sending it on Saturday morning so that it reached it’s destination before the event! My niece and all her friends love your products (so do I, now that I have discovered you) and she was thrilled to receive a matching star sign necklace with her mum. All smiles and delight and gratitude. Thanks for being a star! Giving a little bit of sparkle to one another connects us all.

Shopping at your Chadstone store this morning about 11.00 . It took me quite a few minutes to get the sales assistant’s attention, after moving around various sides of the counter. Eventually, I had to say “excuse me” to get her to turn around. When she did give me her attention her attitude was terrible, not even a smile during the whole transaction. It was like she was sorry to be there. I shop at Chadstone regularly and had not come across such lack of customer service.

Brought earrings that were 14ct gold and were $140. Didn’t last 2 months before they broke. They can’t exchange them or do anything for me as it is outside the 14 day return policy. Very disappointed, were very expensive earrings and not the quality I expected.

I purchased a pair of earrings for a friend, they were delivered quickly, packaged beautifully and came with a little note - not to mention the earrings were stunning & my friend loved them.
