We recently used TCOY to move about 14 furniture pieces from an estate sale in Kansas City to the East Coast. Tim & team were communicative and clear before and during pickup. Once the palletized items arrived in Virginia, the care taken to pack and ensure no breakage was evident. Tim's team treated our things with kid gloves and made sure everything arrived very carefully packaged and secure. I learned about TCOY from ShipSmart, but you'll do best to avoid ShipSmart and call Tim & the TCOY team directly if you having moving from the Kansas City area.. Thank you, folks!

Tim was very friendly and punctual. He had to park his truck a block down from my apartment because of the street that I’m on and had to navigate stairs and a tricky sidewalk when moving all my stuff - including a mattress and some heavier items. He and his helper Taylor also broke stuff down for me and were done in no time. Very grateful for their help!
