Closed early with no notice. 6 ladies were standing inside staring blankly. The bank machine took my 800$ and said couldn’t deposit then the machine went to sleep. They stood there and did nothing while it was still their operating hours. They will not answer the phone or even try to help! The service at this location is the worst always! Lazy staff end of story.

I beg to differ cause I once came across and back to the machine 2 times 1 day the. Next day same issues so who needs a talking and a new job because us . Edmontonians especially who live close to or by the bank depend on the employee responsible for forgetting to re- load and receive due to probably lazyiness or technology errors.

I have been involved with this bank for over 35 years and I have never had a problem in the least. There has always been wonderful people there and all my money is still there! The staff are all pros and do their best for you needs. Can I last another 35 years? …

I love this branch, it's not terribly busy. After a couple of visits they actually remember you. The tellers I found to be awesome. A definite 5 stars, my branch for 30+ years, wouldn't change for anything.
