Their bank machine seized my card on Friday night, I got ahold of the help line over the weekend and they said I had to go into bank to replace, but that it wasn't my card or account just a faulty machine. Went back to this branch to replace card and report broken machine, teller was extremely unhelpful. I've been banking here for 6 years and am incredibly unimpressed with the service offered this visit. Due to COVID I understandibly waited over an hour, but would appreciate it if once I am able to speak to someone my complaint is properly resolved especially when I am forced to come to the bank, waste my time and fix TD's mistake. Really bad customer service practice.
