This is a review of TD as a whole not this branch, they are the most archaic and worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Constantly blocking my cards without justification, preventing transactions being done remotely, hours

My sister went there today. She deals with this rude TD employee. My sister lost her speech due to having cancer on her tongue. Was unable to process her cheque. Deborah Point also goes by Debbie. You could have easily called her old TD

This is a branch in a fairly affluent area and they use it to train first time tellers. The turn over is extraordinary. The tellers make mistakes and seem surprised by larger transactions and have to get a signature for everything. The

Customer service has declined significantly. Went there several times and I noticed that there are no staffs at the greeter’s desk. Long wait for service. Employees are also less friendly.

Went into the bank. Asked to sell funds. 2 weeks later i noticed it wasn't transacted. Called to follow up. They said they'd touch base with the individual. No follow up.
