Last Friday around 2:30pm We phoned to book an appointment to open a bank account , at the beginning he refused our request .Then few minutes later he phoned back offering the appointment and in the middle of our discussion to get a time fits our schedule he hanged the phone ?!?I could believe this kind of customer car , I phoned back and he simply say I thought I had given you the appointment and thats it ?! Good luck with this kind of customer service
