I've been with this branch for quite some time – over five years. I have multiple products here, including my business account. We were proud to have TD as our financial services provider. That all ended today! This specific location continues to make depositing cheques an issue for business owners. In fact, they are arrogant and ignorant! There's something called KYC (Know Your Client) and we as business owners would love to think that the staff of the bank who holds our funds has the slightest clue of our trustworthiness and business operations - obviously not. I can't say it was ever good at this branch but there were 1-2 employees who were exceptional. It's no coincidence that they're no longer there. If you are a business owner - avoid this branch at all costs. They operate like robots who lack the ability to treat their clients like actual people! I have only been to this branch twice but I felt compelled to write a review to share my experiences. I was served by Jeremie both times when I was there. He consistently provided very efficient, polite, and professional service during my two visits to this branch. Other people writing reviews seemed to have a different opinion of this branch. But based on my personal experiences with Jeremie, I have a very good impression of the customer service on this branch. I have been to other TD Canada Trust branches and the customer service on this branch is definitely much better in my opinion.

I have been with TD for at least 20+ years. The ONLY reason was the amazing customer service that was provided back then. Fast forward to now, there is NO better customer service out there than this Branch! EVERY single person I have contacted has gone WAY beyond to help out. All financial institutions should learn from the staff at Creditview and Britannia TD branch! This includes managers from Angela, Elena, Nasir Nasir and front desk staff! Thank you team!

Bad service, come for buy gold bars but nobody available, the guy tell me do online but I don’t have online banking, so I ask him I will download it and teach me how to do, but he say he doesn’t know??? He worked at the bank but doesn’t sure how to do online banking, lol after I’m waiting 20 mins on the line for nothing. I will never come to this branch again even my house just 3mins from here.

I went in here and waited 30 minutes in line to do a wire transfer for a vendor. The person who did my wire transfer deducted the wiring fee from the transaction instead my account. As a result, my vendor was short money and could not start on the order, resulting in me having to pay an express service fee of $500. The level of incompetence is absolutely baffling.

I applied to open an account. I am a newcomer to Canada. The service provided was very wonderful. The employees were very understanding since I do not speak English well. The best thing is that there are employees who speak Arabic. It was very easy. The employee, Sarah, was very friendly and wonderful, and the employee, Mehar, was very nice. Thanks TD

From opening a Bank account to Mortgage approval i am with TD from last 2 years. Jaspreet Khatra and her team is really good and wor very fast on the application. Jas Khatra and her team will help you in every situation to make it hassel free. It was realy amazing experience visiting the branch and got my application processed for mortgage approval

THE WORST SERVICE AVAILABLE!! EMPLOYEES DON’T KNOW ANYTHING!! had multiple accounts opened at this branch with being eligible for a small safety deposit box, after 2 years they are telling me that I HAVE TO go and ask around ALL of the TD branches if any safety deposit box is available?? This is RIDICULOUS!! I WISH IF I CAN GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!

Poor customer service: opened a student account for my son but got the roundabouts (2x on the phone, & 1 in person) to redeem the $100 Amazon card. I closed the account ASAP and move to Scotibank! Contemplating on moving ALL of my accounts .

Please bring $10 bills back to the ATM machines. These are essential to a cash diet. Ty!
