Opened my chequing account online. I had a debit card because I have a credit card with TD to access easyweb. Unfortunately, card doesn't work with the new chequing account. Called TD and they said I have to go to the branch to sort it out. Went to this branch and they didn't know what's going on. Talked to his manager and they check things out on the computer and told me that the debit is deposit only and therefore I can't use it for e-transfer. Told me to call TD since they can't do anything at the branch. Asked why don't you just issue me a new card if that card is deposit only. He told me that it doesn't matter since the new card will also be deposit only. His behaviour was uncaring (probably because a lady was waiting for him specifically apparently). Not impressed. First I heard a branch can't do anything for its customer. So I called TD again, operator explain to me that they can't issue a new card over the phone and for me to go back to the branch and told me that I should try a different branch because they found it weird for the branch to not able to do anything since they have full access and they only have partial access. Well, now I remember why I closed my account at TD years ago. I will try again at a different branch. Hopefully it'll be resolved by a more competent branch. This branch is supposed to be my home branch apparently. Not impressed. Opened a new account and this is what I see. Well we'll see if I even want to pull my investment into TD. If they can't even handle a simple debit card swap, how can they handle a more complex transaction. Train your staff please so your customers don't have to suffer. It's a shame.

After trying to get through to TD online to set up an investment account with no luck my husband and I both left messages last week with this branch. Today being Thursday I still had not heard back so at the end of the day decided to pop over to set up at appointment. Arrived at the branch at 3:45 - they close at 4 - remember I only wanted to make an appointment. I was told they were not taking anymore customers. Kate came out from inside the branch I explained my situation and was told by her that they reopen tomorrow. I was explaining my situation to her and she began to walk away I called her out on it as that was rude - especially from a company who prides themselves on customer service. I then commented that with service like that I am considering pulling everything from TD - she commented with a fine, do what you have to do, with an I don't care gesture. Thank goodness this isn't my home branch - otherwise I would be pulling my whole portfolio. I will also be reaching out to my TD Investment rep with my concerns and hope this isn't ignored. These are tough times and I am usually the one who is super positive and I am always the first one to smile but I also believe the situation could have / should have been handled differently. Again I did not need a teller or to take too much time - at 3:45 on a Thursday - I just wanted to make an investment appointment. I did ask her name and told her I was going to give a review again she had an I don't care gesture and walked back inside. This is someone who should not be in any type of customer service role.

Our stressful, miserable, unprofessional mortgage lending experience. Background: Should have shopped around, but TD had a good rate and we had finally found a home after months that was in our price range. Put in an offer and had a 2 week time limit to complete the mortgage. I had gone into a sister TD branch to get an idea what mortgage we could safely afford with a 20% down-payment, but this branch was closer to where we were living at the time. -First meeting, they advised us we would need a 35% down-payment to buy the house instead of the 20% the sister branch had advised us on, with the exact same financial details we had been approved on at the sister branch. -In determining our down-payment the mortgage adviser failed to take into account our security deposit on the house, causing us undue stress as we scrambled to pull money out of my RRSP savings to make up the difference. -Failed to communicate issues as the deadline approached, leaving us to scramble for out-of-province paperwork at the very last minute. -Communication with our mortgage handler was so bad that I literally had to visit the branch on the deadline date and advise management that our house was closing that day, as she was unavailable. -And finally, failed to obtain an appraisal in time for our possession date, forcing us to sign a release making us liable for the difference in value Do yourself - and your heart - a favor and get a mortgage anywhere else.

Most badly managed TD in the city. Total lack of support for small business. Took 3 months to get a business credit card because they first sent it to the wrong address, then stated they left me a voicemail that I never received to pick up a second one. I called multiple times to check on the card and always get through to support staff that say they cant help and put you through to voice mails they say are at the branch yet nobody calls you back. Spoke with the branch manager and he didnt even know what could be the problem. My voicemails have yet to be returned. In fact, I left a voicemail the day I went in and the branch manager checked the phone and it wasn't there. Now have to wait another 3 days for another card. Have to line up and want to confirm first if it is there but wont be able to get through. Weird way to run a business. How can I do business with a branch that cant take care of their own business.

My Gawd this branch is bad. The whole production from start to finish was, dare I say, ugly. Their excuses for their lack of knowledge is, well, let's hope they make some managerial changes that result in a more positive experience and/or start a "basic banking" training program instead of what must be a "how to try to sell customers products they dont need" program. Yikes. If the reader of this review must deal with TD Canada Trust do yourself a favor, save a whole truckload of time and frustration and head to an alternate branch.

Been dealing with TD (formerly Canada Trust) for over 30 years. Service has been on a steady decline for the last 5 years. (While their profits go up). Tried to get a few temporary temporary checks while they ordered me new ones (used to do that all the time) and the clerk looked at me like I had three heads. So, I called their customer service? line and was indeed told they are no longer available.. OK, final straw after many other recent issues, they have now lost a long time customer.

Sales rep I think parnith lady with glasses was rude and super attitude Try to avoid that lady she don’t want to help at-all. she just says call customer service. She don’t even listen properly our problems. When we try to say customer service help desk told me to go main branch she told try to call them again. Time to cancel the account .. Tried to contact other branch they told no need to call customer service the branch will help in this issue.. Worst service

Attempted to renew our mortgage here. After completing the forms and submitting all of our paperwork and waiting several weeks, we were never told what mortgage rate or terms that were available to us. Ended up going to a mortgage broker, True North Mortgage and signing with HSBC for our mortgage with better rate and terms. If you are having concerns with your mortgage, I recommend contacting a mortgage broker.

I have decided to change banks due to their inane bank machines. Nothing more annoying than not being able to deposit cash because their machine keeps spitting it back out if it isn't in pristine condition and perfectly stacked when inserted. I found a bank that still uses envelopes. Nothing worse than a bank that doesn't acknowledge bad engineering and despite thousands of complaints refuses to fix it.

My wife visit this location 9th Jan 2019 around 9am. Front desk one of lady helped her but she told me never ever have that horrible experience before. She almost close personal and business account. But she just left because nothin help and the lady made her upset so bad. Anyway I told her to close the all account with them and open different account.

Finally this places is getting renovated and I am extremely happy about it. The manager actually noticed a line and took residence up on the teller. She was delightful I truly had a wonderful time. Even with the renovations you really didn’t notice anything was out of sorts. The team at TD is working as a cohesive unity and it is beautiful to see.

Alishah went above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable, but also educate me on my different options and what worked best for me. She made the entire process very easy and she also has a dazzling personality to top it off. I now regularly bank here because of her!

Staff are always nice and helpful. Our financial advisor “D.E.” is always on time and explain/answer all our questions regarding our investments. My family only do personal banking in this location. Yes they get long line up from time to time but they move quickly. Only 4 stars because we don’t get to choose the time of our appointment.

I was in the branch and I want to give a shoutout to a lady teller (wears a head cover) she was really helpful and very patient with an older guy who had trouble with the language and even used a translation app on her phone to help him out.

Compared to the mortgage specialist in chaparral Jessica at this location is nothing less than wonder woman. Extremely smart, efficient and knowledgeable. Worked fast to try and get me the best deal and gave sound advice in my opinion. Best experience I've ever had w mortgages and financial planning.

This place is horrible! People here are not knowledgeable at all...the financial advisor doesn't know what she's doing. What a waste of time coming in for an appointment when nothing was processed with my request. I will never ever bank with TD. TD really need to train their employees well.

Every time I go to this branch, I love to be served by Stasia Kucharyk-Duraj. Excellent customer service and is very helpful. Stasia is very knowledgeable about her job description. Never try to rush me out. She tries her best to help her customers. Need more people like her in the branch.

Using TD over 10+years and this is the worst branch ever. If its not urgent, please save your precious time and go different branch. Even supervisor can't keep their words. If you want what you wanted to do to be done, avoid this place. Waited patiently for 3+month now and still not done.

Seriously worst financial advisor I never saw in my entire life. She gave me 1 rate for 5 years only over 20 minutes when they should already know all their 5 different rates for every years 1 to 5 to let customers choose. I really did not like my experience

Excellent customer service. I had multiple items to sort out and the teller dealt with each one efficiently. There was no wait to speak to the teller and while I was being served I noticed that none of the other customers coming in had to wait either.

Always come here and the outdoor drive thru ATM is down half the time. To top it off, the outside vestibule doors to access the internal atms are time locked after hours. Why the annoying mess?
