Tried to put 0/5 stars, but could not. My partner has received a random phone call from a random person at this bank with their extension attached to the message. The bank does not pick up the phone when you call back. To be clear, she called back 6 minutes after receiving the call (because she works during the day time - god forbid) and called back several times over the course of 30 minutes (in case the person was busy temporarily). We also tried calling the bank phone number and left a message only to receive no response or call back - both messages left with the bank reception and the extension number as specified in the message. The person who called my partner only left her name and extension and did not specify remotely about what the call was about, if it was just routine advertising, or leave a note on file as to why they were calling my partner. I know they did not communicate this information with other team members as well, because I called the investing number of this bank in order to get someone on the phone. They answered this phone number right away, so this is clear that they are ignoring general inquiries and call backs. The ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THIS BANK IS AS FOLLOWS: - you must call to set up an investing account with them, then suddenly they are willing to take your calls. Please do better. Communication is important when it comes to banking. Update: Received a generic cut and paste response to this review in under an hour, but still no phone call back from anyone at this bank. This clarifies priorities at this branch. Update #2: Nobody called back for the remainder of the day. The original call was at 4:44. First call back from us was made at 4:50, among several others. Still, at 9:56pm, there has been no attempt of this bank to call back, whatsoever. - Still, at this time, nobody has made any attempt at following up with a phone call to tell us what it is that they were calling about in the first place, despite being told that they would call back tonight after their appointment at 5:00pm. Update #3: It has been several days now and we are still yet to receive a call back about what it was that they were calling about originally. Still in the dark as to why they were calling. Still waiting... 0/10 experience.

You can't receive a less service than at this location. Its tiring and exhausting process when you absolutely have to go to bank. Booking an appointment or reaching the specific person is impossible. Extensions on their business cards say its invalid, emails are ignored. Multiple consultants same behaviour. Call a branch and leave a message to call you back ? Pfft, never called back.Good luck. If you are lucky and you somehow get an appointment because there is no other way to do the banking transactions online (yeah TD still in 20th century), then it's a multi visit process with more obstacles than solutions. I don;t know how they can even operate. And we are trying to take out money and business elsewhere maybe thats why its so difficult or just pure ignorance. I wish we could not do the transaction in person if there would be any other way I would avoid it in a heartbeat.

I absolutely adore the experience at this bank—the lines, oh, the lines! They afford me such valuable moments to sort through my emails and even contemplate life. Although, I must admit, the disappointment creeps in when they're a bit too efficient. Perhaps they could elevate the ambiance by reducing the number of tellers further. Two wickets open? How extravagant! One would undoubtedly suffice, a true testament to streamlined service. And speaking of efficiency, have they considered the joys of automating their services entirely? Imagine, a single employee managing everything with the help of state-of-the-art machines. Why stop there? Online banking is all the rage; why bother with a physical presence at all? Ah, the beauty of cost-cutting for the sake of shareholder satisfaction!

I typically do not write reviews, but this is worth the time… This is the last time I visit this location… the service at this branch deteriorates each time I go there… it is by far one of the worst locations for good client service delivery… the East Indian branch manager has poor attitude and is unable to deliver good customer service… he informed me that if I was not happy with his response, that I should take my deposit elsewhere.. what kind of service is this? Tellers, you are just doing your job… clients, beware! There are many other locations…

Want to waste your time and feel what poor customer service feels like? Come into the McLeod location of TD Canada and you'll find exactly that. Went to the bank to get a bank draft and this idiotic woman named Darnia refused to give it to us because she didn't feel like it. Had to spend time to go to another branch who was more than happy to do this work us like a bank should. Horrible location and we will never come back to this location again.

This is the worst Bank that exists in Calgary, the customer service is lacking, all the tellers are terrible, especially Jogneet, he can never solve anything. and the supervisor or manager is just as terrible as he sees that I am hoping that I am the only one who is waiting after a customer at the window and does not even decide to attend me.

The worst branch in calgary! There's couple of tellers only so you can easily be waiting to get seeved for close to an hour. Very unprofessional...even if you have a business you gotta line up. There's many other banks that you can be in out in minutes.

Each time I have been at this branch, Swapnil was always very helpful and accurate. He always had the correct answer to my questions and provided the highest level of customer service.

A smile and “ is there anything else I can help you with?” Goes a long way. If the tellers aren’t happy with the job, they should look for a job somewhere else.

It's 9:10am, they are supposed to be open at 9am. A staff member told me they don't have enough staff to open the doors and asked me to wait 5 minutes.
