The customer service at this particular store is absolutely shocking. Today I was waiting in line for at least 15 minutes whilst 2 girls on register were working EXTREMELY slowly to serve customers with many many items. They both also had no respect for the customers waiting in line - chatting away absent mindedly to the customers they were serving. As they have 4 registers, it would seem appropriate to call other staff to open temporarily whilst there are many people in line (about 15 people were in the line behind me). Many other staff walked up to the registers without even thinking if they should help - in any way. When I finally was served, the lady was rude and absent minded. She did a double take when I handed her cash and had to print the receipt 5 times before she handed it to me. To make matters worse, I walked out of the store realising she hadn't even given me my change. If it wasn't only 15c and the line wasn't so long I would've gone back inside. However, it's the simple act of simply remembering to give a customer change which really annoyed me. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received - as I work in retail and can think of many ways in which the staff could've handled this situation better. To top things off, the manager seemed to be wearing sweatpants - I just couldn't believe how unprofessional this entire experience was. The customer service and register handling in this store needs a serious rethink. I'm sure the many customers behind me felt the exact same way.

I entered this store this afternoon Aug 16th at 4:45pm and was advised by the lovely lady at the entrance that the store will close in 15 mins time. Which is fine. Only to be approached 1 minute later by one particular female staff member, who was trying to get customers to leave early, advising me they are closing the store right now. Another case of staff wanting to be packed up, lights out and in their car driving home 10-15 mins before the end of their shift. Management need to tell certain staff they are required to continue to serve customers until the store closing time.

Huge supermarket place with very affordable branded products. These products are not second hand or damaged which makes them even more attractive. You can find anything and everything at lower prices than traditional retailers. 1. Men, Women and Children clothing 2. Men, Women and Children Shoes 3. Toys 4. Utensils 5. Luggage bags 6. Decorations. 7. Phone accessories 8. Electronics And much more. Visit this shop and you will not be disappointed. Absolutely disgusted with service at this store. I arranged for them to hold a storage container until 5.30pm as no stock available at other TK Maxx store on the Northside. I was personally pleased at this stage because they normally hold items for an hour only. My husband went to pick up item and was told it was not in the hold area. He went looking himself and could not find the size I wanted. He left the shop but I decided to ring them and the manager of that night eventually found the item apparently stored incorrectly. Just not good enough.

You never know what you will find here. It's got a range of designer items at a discounted prices. Normally end of season or from past seasons. Ample parking outside and you can access the DFO outlets as well which is in walking distance. This is an awesome place to buy gifts. Last time I was here, I saw YSL & Moschino. You can snag further discounts by scouting out the clearance sections or looking out for items with a red sticker that have been marked down.

Some bargains if you have no goal and are happy to just looking and maybe not finding exactly what you're looking for. Some prices are quite good and some prices are more like retail. Good range of bags, from ladies' to schoolbags to travel options. In clothing there was typically only one or two of each item in my size (medium/12). There might be more options for small and large sizes. I didn't look at the shoes.

Huge store with average products for sale. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with the range particularly for large scale store like this . Not enough mens options for 34 waist and L sized shirts for men . Everything seemed to be S or XXL . After 20 minutes I just gave up and went to the DFO . The only bonus was plenty of parking but considering it's shortfalls from my perspective that's moot point.

Always a good bargain to be had! I've bought dresses for under $50, NB trainers for $60, handbags, exercise wear, kitchen items, cushions, a doll's house, luggage..... fashion is usually unsold items from US or UK/Europe (check sizes and try on). Everything is new and stock changes all the time I'm a regular, it's my go-to store! And bonus ample free parking right outside!

It was a great experience. Full of little surprises when you visit the store once a few months as there are always new goods imported from overseas, nice Christmas gifts, toys, etc. some of the goods are at discounted prices, very good bargain, value for money! Only downside is the display of the goods can be messy, hand cream covers missing, etc

I am OBSESSED. Loads of great brands at cheap prices. There's also lots of stuff that you don't see anywhere else which makes it a lot of fun, seeing as you never know what you'll find. Many USA brands. Literally the ONLY shop I find flavoured coffee and at a great price. Usually in the store for 2-3hrs haha.

Yet another great TK Maxx store to visit. These outlets are great. Always some great bargains to be had. Great place to shop for clothes, things for the home and gifts. Stock changing frequently so every visit is different. Strongly recommend checking out the clearance items whenever you go too

On TWO different occasions the staff have failed to pack items. $58 dollars down the drain due to incompetent staff. Great store but the staff's lack of basic packing skills tarnish the brand. I've wasted money on items that were never packed, extremely annoying and disappointing.

Love TK MAX. Usually manage to snag a good bargain when we visit Brisbane. Have everything you could ever want at great prices. Clothes you have to really go through as sometimes they might only have one of something but that's half the fun of getting your treasure.

This is a brilliant place to shop for quality items from fashion to homeward at a fraction of the designer s original price....great for gifts or some serious retail therapy...it will however require some rummaging...but well worth the effort.

Great TK Maxx! It's big like all the others, has a lot of brand options and plenty of sales. They do tend to lack sizes that fit your 'healthier' or 'fit' men and don't have a lot of the luxury brands you find for men in other TK Maxx stores

We came here while waiting for the family to arrive at the airport. Nice big store with lots of variety and value and very helpful friendly professional staff. Enough parking on site. DFO was a cross the road.

Heaps of Juicy Couture, Steve Madden and Guess bags/wallets. Quite a lot of Hello Kitty merchandise too. This is one of the better TK Maxx locations in Brisbane. The store is always well organised and clean.

Only discovered this last weekend when looking for the EKKA strawberry icecream. Good selection of brands all discounted for men,women & children. Clothes, shoes, Manchester, beauty products and other items.

The Wife loves this outlet when shopping for the kids. Me? They don't have anything in my size... Depending on the day parking is a breeze (avoid weekends) and it is nicely set out in the store.

Tidiest TK Maxx I've been too with a massive range of products as well! The lady who served my friend and I was just as enthusiastic about our finds as we were! She was absolutely lovely!

Loved the layout of the DFO store at Brisbane Airport. Easy to negotiate around the store. Felt well organised, not so clutter like other TK Maxx Stores. Great experience.

I had never been to TK Maxx until today and was surprised what a hreat place it is I can almist do all my Christmas shopping here and the staff are helpful and great.

I have been an avid fan of this place. Loved the bargain prices, which is never seen else where. Unfortunately they now don't stock much of men's footwear nowadays.

I'm from Sydney so I was comparing to the castle hill store. It's much larger, similar stock quantities though. Staff friendly and helpful

Big shopping area, spoilt for choice in the adults section for both male and female but very little for children 1yr plus.
