I was shopping around for an eco-friendly detailer for my Honda Civic. I'm very particular with my car so I usually wash and clean it myself, but I thought I'd treat myself for my birthday and get a detailing package that will give me more than what my Windex and vacuum gives me. It's by the Runyon hike so I was able to drop my car off and get a good work out in before I got a courtesy call to pick it up. When I say it looked like I just bought it, I'm not lying. My black seats weren't dull anymore, the paint chips on my engine hood from highway driving were magical gone, and it smelled like I just got keys to a brand new car. Those pesky crevices that somehow always seem to be dirty??? Cleaner than I've ever seen. I was over the moon. The two gentleman who took amazing car of my car were polite and explained the process before they washed, and I got 2 air fresheners. I've already recommended the place to a couple friends who were looking for a good detailer. I believe I paid around $220. This will definitely be a new birthday tradition.

I will no longer be going to True Waterless. One of their workers took an item from the headliner inside of my car, a valuable adornment, and no where else could it have been taken as I hardly ever drive my car, as it’s garaged and driven only by me on rare occasions. The item was securely pinned inside on the roof, as the pin needed to be carefully unpinned for it to be removed, and no where else could it have been taken. The irony is that the adornment was taken from a poppet doll which will bring the thief bad luck!! I’m disappointed in whoever at True Waterless took the gold pin, and it escapes me as I don’t know why they did this, as I was always generous with my gratuities, and I was a good customer. I trusted them, and now that trust has been breached. Be careful leaving items inside your car while your car is unattended by you, and under their care. I do not recommend True Waterless. They steal things from your car while providing service. A shame.

I had a full detail and fixing of my scraped rims for $325. They also buffed out scrapes on the front of my car the best they could. I wish I would have had before pictures. They spent around 2.5 hours on my car. They close at 6pm and stayed open well after 7pm for me. They also told me what services I did NOT need, which was very nice. The customer service is unbeatable. Feels like a family atmosphere. Everyone was super respectful to one another. I felt that everyone really cared about me being happy with their work. They did a great job with my car. I’m a new loyal customer. And I can’t forget the little son of one of the employees. He was about 5yo and very proud of the help he provided. Super sweet little one. Scheduled a surprise detailing for someone a couple weeks ago. They can’t store card information so I was told to call back and pay when it was time. The appointment was at noon today and I called 6 times from 10:17-11:29 to pay and didn’t get an answer. I left a voicemail and sent a text to their texting number. Still at 5:14pm haven’t heard back. The person I gifted this to showed up a little before noon and they were super confused. They didn’t know what was happening or what service was booked. After finally understanding what he was there for the service (full detail) costed $250 and took 2.5 hours. There’s a wrapper left in the car, streaks on the windows, and still grime. Disappointed in the service received for $250.

We came to this place to get our car’s interior detailed and let me tell you - our car was a mess and in desperate need of some TLC. Ansel and team were fantastic. They pulled an amazing job on our car - the inside looks as good as new. Not just that, but when I came to pick up the car they also handed me a very precious valuable - my wedding ring(!!!) - that I thought I had lost for good. They found it underneath the driver seat and not only did they have the integrity to give it back to us, but they also went the extra mile to polish it! My wife and I were speechless at the quality of their work and the customer care and integrity to match. Highly highly recommend True Waterless! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing job. I brought my 2018 BMW 4 series here after a move to LA from the desert; by the time they finished with it, it looked as good as it did when I bought it. I've had cars detailed by a lot of people over the years and so I feel like I can say with confidence that their prices are very reasonable too. I had been taking my car to a hand wash place weekly, they'd clean the car but it always seemed to end up with swirl marks and minor scratches. I'm just going to take my car here once a month instead and the monthly cost should end up being about the same. So glad I found these guys! Really friendly as well and they live in the area. Support this local business!

If you ever want your car to look brand new, I think I just found the guys I would suggest you always call get an appointment because it seems like these guys are always busy. Thank goodness it. Finally my appointment came up and they did not disappoint and Ansel seems to be the owner of the business, and he also seems like he knows what he's talking about. Couldn't believe the work very happy with it shout out to these two guys. Marco's is his other partner when it comes to auto detailing I think you don't have to look any further, but don't take my word for it check them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Maybe because it was the end of today maybe because they were busy. I gave them my car for a Hollywood detail which I paid $105. I don’t know if you guys have been through one of these machines you pay 10 bucks and It just washes your car from the outside while you sit inside and you have free vacuum for 10 minutes… it felt the same. The guy was rude at the end, refused to issued me any sort of discount. And said that if I did the most expensive one, I would be happier. Which is $250 (to wash my car) On another note, I had a part sensor in my car that they left outside. I had to look for it in the trash.

I've been to these guys a couple times now to have them take care of my car. I have matte paint and prioritized avoiding water marks or any chemicals that may harm the paint. I found this spot and I won't take my car anywhere else. For $30 they hand wash my car and wipe down/vacuum the interior within about 30 - 40 minutes. On top of that, the two guys that took care of me, Ramon & Ansel were both extremely kind and welcoming. Please be sure to tip them as they beyond deserve it for the amazing work they do. They'll be receiving my business for as long as I'm in the area!

These guys at true waterless are a new good spot in Hollywood. Services are on website but you can call and get a quote if you want something else. These guys are really nice and friendly when you get there. Ansel and the other guys really took car of my car and put in some elbow grease where needed, now it looks like it’s coming right off the showroom again! They’ll take their time and explain to you things like how to take care of your paint from harsh weather conditions etc. Will be going again.

Was lucky enough to run into these guys, wasn't too confident but went for it anyways and let me tell you, very great experience i had. The squad was very friendly and informative which made me feel better. Great reasonable prices and very professional. When i came back to see the finishing touch, I was VERY IMPRESSED. Had some minor scratches that they were able to remove and cleaned it way better than i was expecting. Most definitely will be coming back and recommend them to everyone I know.

This auto detailing service is a real hidden gem. I discovered them one day a couple of months ago when looking for an affordable carwash in the Eest Hollywood area. They have done an amazing job every time with an excellent sense of customer service. They only use eco-friendly products AND sanitize the interior with each visit! True Waterless is the only Carwash & Auto Detailing service I'll be using in LA from now on. Great service, great people. Highly recommended.

When I first went to TW&W, I was not happy with the outcome of how my car turned out. HOWEVER, upon expressing my frustration, Axel and his team took my car back and not only re-did the car, but UPGRADED the package I purchased. The car literally looks brand new. Juan Carlos was an exceptional help when it came to detailing the interior and exterior of my car! When I got my car back it was spotless! They shampoo’d my seats leaving them smelling and looking brand new. It only took just about an hour for Juan and his team to clean my car and it was so worth the wait. This place is the absolute bomb! So gracious, very professional, and excellent work! I had a huge scrape down the back quarter panel of my Jaguar and thought I would have to get the whole thing re-painted for several thousand dollars. In 2 hours, they got out all scrapes and removed all paint from the vehicle that hit my car - looks brand new. No exaggeration. Just incredible and for a totally reasonable price. I'm a customer for life!

I had to get my car interior detailed after my lovely dog decided to pee in the car. By the time I noticed, it had been a couple days and it stunk. I decided on true waterless because they had great reviews, some of which mentioned the price being fair as well. I agree completely, my car is spotless and smells wonderful and from my knowledge of interior detailing costs, it was done at a fair price. I would recommend giving them a call!

I am so particular on where I bring my car for a car wash & I always look out for hand car washes only. I had an appointment & I noticed 2 young gentlemen washing cars outside. They gave me their business card & I immediately came back a couple days later. They did such an amazing job. My truck was spotless. They were fast, efficient, professional & did such a good job! This is the best car wash I have ever been to and I am not exaggerating. At first, I thought the waterless aspect of it would make it less effective than a regular car wash. Boy, was I wrong! My car comes back to me in pristine condition and stays cleaner longer than when I take it to regular car wash. They even got rid of some scratches I had on my bumper. I don't see why I would take my car to a regular car wash again.

I had damage to my vehicle from a ceiling leak in my apartment building’s garage. True waterless did an amazing job restoringd the paint. It looks brand new. They were on time very professional. The job was alot more difficult then anticipated. They did such a great job and honored the original price quoted. It was a great value for the price and way less then my insurance deductible.

I brought my car for a polish because the paint wa really bad due to some scratches ...... The inside of my car was really dirty because of my two dogs and he really left my car like new.... Took my car to get cleaned after almost two months. Carlos provided great service and complimentary stain removal on the carpet from a spill. These guys were incredible! We called last minute and they were able to fit us in immediately. They were able to remove tar from our car that other detailers said was too difficult to manage and did an exceptional job detailing the car inside and out. First time going to this car wash, but definitely not my last. The wash didn't take long at all, under 30 minutes- for the exterior and interior to be done. Quality of car wash was first rate- my interior looks brand new, and exterior is water-spotless. Very nice guys who work hard and are worth every dollar i paid for a full car cleaning.

They do an awesome ECO hand wash for the affordable rate of $25, however they also provide detailing, polishing, and sanitizing at higher rates.
