Wish I could rate this place ZERO stars!!!!! The staff is absolutely unbelievable and so rude. My family and I ordered a mobile pick up order today at 5 pm. We ordered 4 deluxe combo boxes, 3 sub potatoes in replace of beef on all tacos in the box for vegetarians. And one box with steak as is, each box was supposed to come with 3 freezes (which cost extra). When we picked up the order we were given all Baja blasts fountain drink style, and the what we're supposed to be 3 potato boxes ended up all having meat in them. We called in immediately and told them if our issue and they said no worries just come in and we will get that fixed for you. My fiancé and I drive over to there and proceed through the drive thru, we handed our messed up food to them and kindly explained the mishap. They then sent a young woman out couldn't have been more than 24 years old she came out with such a rude tone and was snapping in our faces saying they will not remake it for us. We then asked for a refund and were told no, this is ridiculous because we spent $60 On food we didn't get to eat or even keep at the end. They refused to return our messed up food or replace it. When we finally asked for the corporate number so we could call them and settle it they then closed the window on us and would not give us the information. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a Taco Bell before! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location if possible.

I have been to this location a few times with no complaints usually but recently we ordered and our food tasted really bad. I called and the manager “Tee” was really friendly and stated she thinks it was overcooked in the morning. She stated I could return the next day if I came early and could have my food re made..So I stopped by before the lunch rush the next day and got the food replaced and went home. When I started to eat I realized it still tasted really bad and I called back and spoke to another manager “Sabina” and explained what happened. I suggested maybe something was expired or the oil was old but she stated the oil was changed that morning. I suggested someone taste it because I didn’t know what it was or if other customers are getting the same experience. I will credit both of the managers because they were really friendly and tried more than once to find a solution by offering the same items remade or I could get something else..I did not return a third time though because I ended up getting really sick and vomiting with stomach pains. So I’m not sure what is going on but it is fast food so Idk if I should expect this? I don’t want other people to get sick

I am a driver for GrubHub. I had a late night order to be picked up at this restaurant. I attempted to call the restaurant at 12:40 a.m. but got no response. I had a 15 minute drive to the restaurant with a five-minute window to spare. I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:57 a.m. I got no response at the speaker and immediately went to the drive-thru window. I could hear voices through the window and so I knocked on the glass knocked on the frame honked my horn trying to get someone's attention if I could hear them I know they could hear me. Finally after at least 5 minutes and at this point 105 a.m. a young man came to the window and refused to give me the customer's order which I could clearly see sitting on the counter.the employee even acknowledged that that was the customer's order but because they were closed he would not give m me the order. Their behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Frustrating to me as a driver because I drove quite a distance to get here and ultimately will not get paid for this drive. And the customer even though his order was prepared did not get his food.

Very bad experience , called location and spoke with someone with the name April . She was very rude and unprofessional . She laughed on the phone in the middle of our conversation . I called and let her know we had been given the wrong soda and she laughed again . Then said well you can come back I mentioned we were already home and she proceeded to laugh and say well I’m here tomorrow everyday blah blah blah and I asked if she could write my name down and we can come back another day , as she was getting our info I also let her know she gave us the wrong sauce and she said “ human error “ no apology no empathy , nothing just a smart remark . I will never go to this location again . Also let’s not forget to mention we spent over 40$ just to hear that response . Very poor customer service . Do better April

Great food variety and fast as in all taco Bell but even thought I told them to make sure the order was right Monday night at 6pm cause I didn't want to come back, they still forgot my steak taco with an order of 7 items. As always they made it good but the guy who looked like the supervisor at the time, the same guy why assured the drive through guy that it was right, when I came back and told them, the guy working the food line is the one who made the mistake right and offered apology and an extra one cause he could tell I was bothered. The super didn't even say as much as a sorry or even a word. . just a sigh like HE was annoyed. The regional should consider switching riles with the young kid that was customer service orientated in a supervisory role and put the other guy back on line.

I ordered twenty soft tacos and a burrito Supreme with no sour scream. When I got home, I couldn't tell the difference between the soft taco size and the burrito. It was so tiny that it was smaller than the soft tacos. The only reason it was the samesoft taco size was the size of the tortilla size. It had the same ingredients as the soft taco. I'm upset that did that, but I'm not upset enough to currently change my review. I rarely buy fast food, and when I do, I don't need to post a review. I know I'm getting less than quality. I got a six dollar burrito that I should have gone to for. It was even dripped in an amber grease. Every taco was soaked. I'll probably return in a year an update. I'll happily change the review if different. If not, I'll never return.

I what's enjoy coming to this taco bell for a quick lunch while I'm at work they are always quick and it's never been a bad quick I don't have issues their staff is always friendly and fast they always ask questions too and I love that because sometimes I forget what comes on each meal. Their system with covid is a 10 out of 10 they make sure everything is sealed and that the person handling the money doesn't touch any part of your food or even the bag, straw, or condiments for your order and this means a lot to me because every fast food place should be doing this but they are the only ones I've seen to do this yet! Thank you very smart system and it's working!

The people here are generally pretty great, but the food quality has suffered lately. Stale chips in the nachos. Stake Gordita shells… I’m still pissed they took away the meximelt. That was the best thing they ever had on the menu, though it was overpriced for a steamed taco with no lettuce. Really tired of them constantly screwing with the core menu I grew up with. Then, when they do come up with a delicious new creation it’s always a limited time item. Maybe it helps bring in the occasional Taco Bell eater, but for the life long hard core fans it just feels disrespectful.

I spent $15 for a Mexican pizza meal and a beef and cheese only burrito. First of all the burrito had beans very little beef and no cheese. The tacos were soggy and tasted like there was some type of chemical on them. The Mexican pizza tasted spoiled. I ended up throwing the whole meal away because I didn't want to get sick. I will not go back. Please don't waste your money. You will be very disappointed in the food. It was horrible! I wish I had read all the other reviews before going.

This location is hit or miss. On my recent order I asked for extra nacho cheese and extra sour cream on a Crunchwrap and not only was there no extra sour cream or nacho cheese, there wasn’t any at all. So glad I paid $2 more to have extra and then not get it. Also asked for the “hot” sauce and they only provided “fire”. I used the app to order so there should have been no confusion. Normally I wouldn’t write a review for this, but this isn’t the first time I’ve paid more to have “extra” and not have any. Guess lesson learned this time.

We have a big family and just went through the drive thru and ordered 20 of the new tacos for $91! These tacos were horribly made. Almost no ingredients inside and thrown together. Maybe worth 50 cents in size and ingredients. So we were highly disappointed to pay $4.50 a taco for what should have been like a chalupa size. Awful!!!! And broke for no satisfaction. The staff you speak with is nice. Food is good, it's taco bell. For some reason when I order through taco bell they always forget the cinnabon delights. I order at night and thought they were just out so I ordered a few weeks later during the day and got the big pack and they didn't include them either. drivethru OK, online order YIKES we always order here and drive thru was always efficient esp those teens in the crew. Then i ordered online and paid. when i walked in to pick up after about 15 mins, supervisor sez 'oh i havent pulled out your online order for kitchen yet...' so i waited again this time inside the store. Then the crew that gave me my order didnt give me a bag for all the boxed meals for ease of carry. I asked for a bag and she said "sorry (trying to open the plastic bag) i cant open it hehe...here" and handed the bag for me to open. Oh boy.

I've never been so grateful to a fast food restaurant, I was with my girls today headed to a parent teacher conference and we stopped for food and I had accidentally left my wallet at home and only had my purse. The manager and staff was so sweet! My daughter had $5 they let us keep our original order even though we only had the $5 to pay. On top of it this experience this location was already my favorite Taco Bell location because they don't skimp on the quantity of the portions and the quality is always fresh and the service is always quick and friendly!❤

Not very good customer service. The staff was not attentive at all. I waited several minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order even though there was no one else there. All their attention was on the drive-thru and there were about five people working there. When I got ready to leave I wanted to tell them that their soda machine was going flat and it took another three or four minutes before someone came to the counter to see what I wanted. I probably won't return here. There are other companies I'm sure who would appreciate my patronage.

I ordered in the drive thru and I should have checked my items but was busy. When I got home I noticed some items were missing and they did not provide a receipt. I called to make sure they would provide the rest of the items. I spoke with daniel who was great. I asked my husband to go pick them up but the manager Jesus decided to be rude to my husband and demanded a receipt. Also made him pay extra. I was able to sort it out by calling daniel back who remade and provided my items. Horrible management! Basically stole money from us. Don't come here

Three stars that all go to the consideration shown by offering us free drinks when our order was taking an over long amount of time. It would have one star if not for that one thing. Our order was wrong and lukewarm. So shines a good deed in a bitter world or however that Willie Wonka quote goes.... Yes, the equity of a simple offer is that great. Three stars plus we will give them another chance....especially since I still haven't gotten to try the rattlesnake fries....despite ordering and paying for them lol!

This is my local Taco Bell. I decided to finally order here and slightly regret the experience. I ordered a Nacho Doritos Locos Taco easy on the lettuce, what I got a was a taco chock full of lettuce. My mom ordered a Power Bowl and had the same experience, TOO MUCH lettuce. They might need to retrain on how to read and complete an order based on the customers directions. I will be sticking with the Taco Bell by the local Walmart instead who seems to always fulfill my order to the T.

I don't mind eating there once in a big while but seriously, if you get tacos you would think they would put lettuce and a little cheese including the meat, instead of wondering if they are rationing everything. You go to enjoy the food and not wonder what happened to the ingredients that goes inside. My tacos were we flat I thought I was eating a plane taco shell. And the same for my tostada, I really think they need to start putting more ingredients for what we pay.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, right? Wrong. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. They consistently disappoint with burnt tortillas and poorly thrown together menu items. I continuously give this location more chances, as a well executed chalupa has it’s place in my occasional rotation of culinary indulgences. However, the Baseline and 51st location has never, not once, produced an acceptable version of Taco Bell, and I will never be returning.

Food was really good, service was good but I had to clean off the table we sat at. Employees were putting orders together but not the entire time I was there. Trash cans were more than full. I'm not sure why an employee is not assigned to periodically clean the dinning area. If they are then they need to do it more often. 5 star place if they clean the dining room.

If i could give them no stars i would. Not sure if they understand what vegan means. It meant no meat and no dairy products. Sour cream has dairy and cheese has dairy. The lady at the window looked at me like i was crazy. She didnt smile at all. The 2 people that answered the phone were really helpful!!!! You 2 did a great job. Not the lady that hands people their food with the glasses. She needs to greet her customers with a smile.

I purchased 4 Mexican pizzas for my wife, my mother, and myself via drive thru approx 2 weeks ago. The food tasted similar to the smell of very bad body odor. We were so excited to get a Mexican Pizza and it was NOT good. They made it with red sauce and not with PIZZA SAUCE. They are two different sauces!!! I will be returning the food in the morning!!!! Same fry grease used for spicy chicken and desserts. So as day goes on if you order the desserts in the late pm they are saturated with a chili flavor from the days oil. Love this location. I work near by and no matter what time I've been inside or drive thru they are friendly and helpful. I'm also vegetarian, even with all the substitutions i request they never make me feel like a hassle. It's also great that they remember my name.

Food is always cold and consistently will get my simple order incorrect. I ask for a bean burrito no onions there are extra onions. I have asked for a combo that comes with a taco supreme or even ask for a taco supreme separately and ALWAYS get a regular taco.

I ordered the nachos belle grande and ADDED chicken and paid the upcharge for extra toppings and they did not add the beef that comes standard. I dont know why adding a topping is so difficult. This isnt the first Taco Bell that has had a hard time with this.

Well when we got home there were 3 soft tacos that didn't have lettuce on them and a hard shell taco with lettuce that should not have had lettuce on it. The order was wrong and they didn't even put the receipt with the order so I couldn't complain to them.

Pretty nice facility, clean parking lot, drive-thru, and inside is clean. Order takers nice and speak clearly. But order on screen and what i verbally ordered dod not match, was corrected, bit still got what i didnt order..... but it was good. In the end.

Since its a drive thru world at this time. I can give as good a review as possible. They are quick,was very busy yet was at the p/u window in very short time. Order was spot on and well made. Customer service is key anymore,was super helpful and patient.

One if the few fastfood places that I've been to, that seems to be on a constant good food, really good customer service, orders being correct, clean restaurant and they offer in store dining as well, so yeah one of the best Taco Bells that I've been to.

This place used to be better. I don't know what happened, but the quality is just gone, and my expectations aren't really high for Taco Bell. When I order soft tacos, the edges of the soft shells shouldn't be crispy like they've been drying out all day.

Went to this Taco Bell today, with my members from Tungland, thier staff here was great! They were so welcoming. I wanna say Thank you Taco Bell staff, not everywhere we go we get a warm welcoming like we did here. I really appreciated the treatment.

Actually I was at Fry's with a friend of mine she stopped to get some shampoo or should I say hygiene products but I think it's a good nieghbor hood it's clean quiet and different places to choose from to get a bite to eat

They have inexpensive fast food. The $5 boxes have tons of food. Depending on how much you can eat in one setting they are shareable. It's typically fast but always check your bags/boxes before leaving the drive-thru.

This Taco Bell HOOKS up the sauce on all its items. The meat inside my items was a little on the stingy side, but the overall value of my meals here are excellent. Love this location and the workers are on top of it!

Lights off pulled up , unprofessional and they cannot make a bean tostada at all. My uncle with no arms could make a better spicy tostada then these guys!

Our usual taco bell restaurant. Food took a while because employees were horse playing in kitchen. Saw other diner waiting 11 minutes for his order.

Bought some old bad tasting cinnamon crispy things and it left such a bad taste in my mouth. But I called gave my name so they'll be making it rite.

I think it goes without saying that they are in such a rush to get you out they dont pay too much attention to what you ordered or being polite.

Soda fountain was broken and the machine that makes cheese crisp broken million dollar company can't get them fixed bad managment in my opinion

Shining paragon example of what a Taco Bell should be. Clean, fast, courteous. I order mostly online for pickup and never had a single issue.

Must be a shortage of nacho fries lol? Not that it's a huge issue, but hey since I'm here, there must be a shortage of mild sauce too.

Breakfast burritos with green sauce are outstanding. I especially like the potato burrito, it's filling large and it only costs $1.

You know what to expect when you visit a Taco Bell. This restaurant and this visit were not surprising in either a good or bad way.

Another positive fast food experience. Ordered inside for a Dbacks special to go. Good works prepared fast it was fresh and hot
