OMG! This place is AMAZING! I have been coming to this Taco Bell for 10+ years, and they're always great. That being said, the other night I went and was a little bummed about the lack of meat in my taco, but as always was SUPER impressed with their customer service. I was so impressed that I kept the receipt so I could write a review to send to them to tell them about their great employee. It was only when I saw the taco that I added how kind of bummed I was with it, but was thrilled with my service. I asked them to call me about it (not really expecting to hear from them). Less than 24 hours later the manager Anthony called me. He was so incredible and thanked me for my review, and then asked if they could remake my meal and also give me some free food. I told him that I'd come in right then which I did. I didn't think I could be more happy with how I was being treated, until I got there. Then I had Hunter, Brent, and Steven, help me out, and they blew my mind! They went above and beyond with my service and also the meals that I got. My remade food was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! I wish I could take a pic because they looked like they do in the commercials! I was so blown away! Thank you to all of you guys that run this awesome establishment! I can't get over how incredibly well I was treated, and the respect, concern, kindness, and promptness, I was given. They've gained a LIFETIME customer! Keep it up guys! Y'all were amazing!!

ONE OF THE WORST TACO BELLS I HAVE BEEN TO! I work in the food service industry and I try not to complain but, I meant to write this a while ago. They have messed up my order for chicken quesadillas every single time I have ever ordered them, even when the manager was there “supervising”. It’s not hard to make them! Either the cheese wasn’t melted, or there was no chicken or there was no sauce in it or a combination of any of those things. I don’t expect much from fast food, but how the hell do you mess up a simple chicken quesadilla (a tortilla, cheese (melted), sauce)?!?!? I will never visit this location ever again!

Terrible experience, went through the drive through, I asked for a Doroteo Loco Taco and a Grilled Cheese Burrito, the guy asked if I wanted to add jalapeños, I said no, then he asked if I wanted to add meat, I said no. I noticed on the screen it said add jalapeños, so I told them at the window I didn’t want that, the lady said “okay I’ll get that fixed for you” then gave me the food with jalapeños. And on my receipt it’s listed with both items as add jalapeños, and also didn’t provide sauce packets despite having asked me. Never coming back to this location.

The pricing is astronomically more expensive than any other Taco Bell Iv ever visited. Denver, LA, etc. All of which are dramatically more expensive cities, with higher much higher minimum wages (Denver 18.50). If im paying over 10 dollars for for a combo, it needs to be the best damn Taco Bell in the country. All I can assume is the owner of this franchise is price gauging. To the other reviewer calling this Taco Bell a “good value”, how intoxicated are you? You don’t seem to understand fair/market value whatsoever

I went here on a rainy day with my boyfriend and we were really craving some good Taco Bell! This location was so delicious! Sherry was working and made our food. She was so nice and made the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had! She was so sweet and kind about substituting potatoes for me since I don’t eat meat. It was an overall great and delicious experience!

Lady at front counter around 2:50pm on November 30,2023 was so disrespectful to me and others who were in front of me. Also to her coworkers. Honestly will be contacting the better business bureau I have very seen someone be so rude and then laugh it off and then be nice at the end. In the picture just explaining what happened. I went there to just get a beefy 5 burrito grilled. I made that clear. But the rep kept asking me 21 questions. I asked for the second time if she can make sure they grill it. She said she'd let them know. I pull up by the window to pay & receive my order. The dude working at 12:45PM, stared at my order for a few seconds before handing it to me. That should've been the first red flag. I come to find out they didn't grill it. They also added hot sauce packets. Which is more trash for me to throw away.

Here's the thing about this place- The staff is friendly, the restaurant is always clean and the food is that classic Taco Bell taste. The main issue with this place is that it always takes 30-40min to get your food. Longer in the evening/late night. I don't think it's a staffing issue (the have like 10 employees working back there). So yeah. Great place, but don't plan on a quick stop.

The food of course was that and taco bell goodness you want on a long road trip. The employees were a little weird though. Their service was prompt which was nice. The guy at the counter also seemed over eager to help us to the kiosk, which is apparently mandatory now :/ and even worse he treated us like we were five and didn't know what a touch screen was.

Spent over an hour waiting for 2 simple door dashes because they didnt want to check their mix ups on their orders. There were other door dashers that came in AFTER us and they got them out before us. When the girl working in drive thru asked if we’ve been helped yet and i told her my complaint, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Over all they were rude. On top of it the cook rudely told another dasher “all the orders are right there. Try and find yours”

They only accept drive thru or online orders after 10 and give preference to the drive thru window. The food is like any other Taco Bell so if you like it you like it, if not then not

Taco Bell is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants! I always get my food fast, and the menu has great variety! I love it when they have seasonal dishes or drinks! The value menu is very nice! You can get a very nice meal for just a few dollars, and it's very tasty! One of the easiest places to get food!

Don’t order the double decker!!!!!!!! I can’t believe they can get away with this, with a 969% markup, since when I bought this back in highschool. I would just like to confirm that this Taco Bell is the most diarrhea inducing Bell that I’ve been to. I am not pleased with the crunch wrap but I received. It was soggy after I left it in my car for 12 hours. This is unacceptable! It’s called a crunch wrap for a reason! I would much rather eat at Del taco and risk E. coli!

Pretty good place, they were able to serve my order quickly even during the busy hours. Order process was seamless due to using a touchscreen ordering machine which helped me filter foods based on Vegetarian and has options like Specialties, Taco, Burritos, Sides etc and also gave most popular menu to choose from. The price of food is what made me surprising, priced at really well priced.

Hot and tasty food at this branch! Excellent! But one female employee was cleaning the chairs the hole time right beside us and had no manners. It was horribly loud because she scratched the chairs over the floor the hole time while we tried to enjoy the food. It’s possible to do this less loud by lifting the chair when moving it.

Didn’t even have my order after waiting a whole hour but everyone else got their food,there is no costumer service here and you’re all on your own to figure out if they even really have your order or not

I loveof this Taco Bell. I go there often because it's close to work. The décor screams 1997, but it has a strange coziness; maybe because of the homeless population that hangs around there people tend to be friendlier. Or at least more benignly neglectful.

This place sucks. Got my order wrong. Just threw my order in sack so it fell out of wrapper when I tried to get it out. No one knows how to answer the phone and no corporate accountability. Will NEVER go to this store again and will never recommend More

The only I didn’t like was that when I asked for sour cream on my tacos, they only put it in one spot on the tacos. The one on 2100 So. State Street spreads it around!

I order late night deliver from the App. Always delivered in under 30 minutes and the order is correct. Typical Taco Bell food. Varies but overall does the job.
